I purchased a Nissan Maxima from here, and just three days later the transmission went out. They came and picked the car up, but I was left without a vehicle for three days while they kept going back and forth about what they were going to do.
Early on, after the Nissan broke down, I was offered a refund. Instead of taking the refund, I declined because they told me they wanted to “make things right.” They then put me into a Honda, which I accepted, believing they were actually trying to fix the situation.
Unfortunately, the issue was never truly resolved.
To this day, nothing was done to fully make things right like they originally said. It felt more like they were trying to avoid another bad review rather than genuinely fixing the problem.
Overall, the experience was frustrating and inconvenient. Being sold a vehicle that failed within three days, being left without transportation, and then never having the situation properly resolved is not how a customer should be treated.
Junk cars one after another,they are almost never there any cat I got from them if you want junk or trash or to be talked down to this would be the place to go how do they even stay open someone should call the BBB
I bought a car from them 3 weeks ago that’s gave me problems since I bought it and I’m currently paying on it and they are refusing to comply with me and is braking a state law and don’t seem to care until you have to take some kind of legal action which I plan on doing
VERY VERY BAD PEOPLE/STAFF. They sold me and my wife a vehicle and it has so many issues. They kept lying to us and won't let us talk to their mechanic after telling us twice that they will. They also won't let us trade in the car because it makes them look bad, and that's coming from the owner himself.

About a month later the car needed repairs... While I was at the lot making a payment, I mentioned this. Kenny asks me some questions and right away said bring me the car and I will take care of it. Turns out it needed a part hard to find but Troy and Kenny drove to pick up the part. Not only did they fix his car but delivered it to my Grandson house. This all @ no charge!
Tell me if anyone else would do this! I promise you can not get better people than these guys!

Be careful messing with these people they just sold me a savage title car without disclosing that information with me which is illegal by TN state laws
The can't get anything right and my lawyer will be visiting them If they don't want sued they will get me a car and let me pay what I'm paying now for the car no more money down cause if you are all preachers and good folks you would make it right
