I was driving through South Dakota and found that the covering for my oil pan under the car was catching on the pavement. I stopped in on the chance that they could help me fix it. Not only did the lady at the front desk help me (sorry, I forgot to ask her name), she crawled under my car to fix it on her own!! Yeah girl! She didn't act like it was irritating her in the least bit (like the man in Wall, S.D. did that turned me away) I can't thank you enough for the kind and amazing service!
I wish I could give Dakota Truck 10 stars. I took my Class C RV in for brake work. They were very thorough and explained everything that needed to be done. I highly recommend Dakota Truck for any work you may need to have done.

Simply the best garage we found in 9 states! Excellent communication from Brittany, excellent diagnostics from her and her team, and excellent repairs — all at a fair price. Our RV kept dying and Dakota Truck & Auto was the only place that actually figured out the problem and solved it. They saved our RV trip while being the nicest people I met in Rapid City. Thank you!
We were having issues with my GMC Yukon Denali and they took the time to find the source of the issues instead of fixing the one thing and calling it good! Definitely recommend and we will definitely be going back!
We were visiting the area and realised we needed work on our brakes desperately. Brittney who is very knowledgable over the phone asked all kinds if questions regarding our problem and checked to make sure any part that was needed for our vehicle would be available when we brought our truck in. Ryan immediately greeted us when we got there assessed the problem and fixed our brakes. We are grateful to them for their prompt and courteous service. We definately would use them in the future.
