Having trouble with electrical and Air Conditioning for almost a year. Either they can’t get it to act up or forget to look at it as asked when in for service. Now 3 years old 29,000 miles and had supposedly fixed just prior to warranty expired. Now additional electrical issues and replacing the telametric module. Still blowing hot air when AC is on and I was informed not covered under warranty. Really???

Had my brand new truck get stuck in 4x4 on my first day having it. Took it in, and they got'r fixed right up. The programming (I miss good old solid manual mechanical systems) was messed up. So the tech reprogrammed it and all is good. Gave me a ride home than back to pick up my truck.
I had 2 service appointments for my 2011 Tahoe. October 15 for seat heater door switch, engine belts, full set of brake pads & rotors and tire rotation. November 17 had new a seal on drivers side front differential. Both appointments were managed by John Hockett/Service Advisor. I received great communication about the work to be performed and reasonable price quotes for the repairs from John. John answered all my questions thoroughly and professionally. My vehicle was repaired very timely and I appreciate John and the Brookings Auto Mall(BAM) for taking care of my vehicle repairs. I highly recommend BAM for your vehicle's service work.

So this was my first experience with the service dept.and they killed it. I didn't expect them to have a windshield in stock but it was very easy to get ordered.nthe rest of my visit was as easy as it could be. These guys are on their game.
Really happy with my experience here - I had a difficult situation with my car finally dying on me at a time when I was just starting a new job, and Antonio really helped me out with finding a perfect car and getting the ball rolling with the finance folks. Walked out same day with exactly what I needed, and even helped me arrange getting my old car scrapped. Super helpful and genuine folks, and Antonio was a gem for taking care of my needs when I was in a stressful situation.

These people understand customer service. Great communications on where they were at in the process with fixing my car. Such waiting on insurance, ordered parts, parts are in and here is the latest your car will be done. They had my car fixed when they told me they would have it done too. Plus they gave me a loaner to use while my car was being repaired. I highly recommend Ultimate collision in Brookings, South Dakota.
