I had my truck break down on the other side of town, gave them a call and had my truck home in my front driveway within 30 minutes. great service! Definitely will call again when needed.
Dispatch cursed us on the phone. You’d think they be happy to knock you for over $300 CASH for a tow. CASH ONLY!!! And they are quick to tell you that the City of Brookings is ok with all of this because they have a contract etc. I think this business will be ok with the city contracted work they get at these prices and getting it all in CASH. I will never use them by choice.
Difficult situation with limited information to provide for tow service. Relative borrowed my truck, it broke down approximately 3 miles West of Volga SD, needed it towed to Brookings to a repair shop. The first tow company I called wanted extensive information, gps location, mile marker, etc, I understand but I didn’t have much to go on as I live nearly 3hrs away. I called All American Towing out of Brookings, I explained situation & he provided me an estimate and said: “I’ll head west and call when I find it.” So simple, exactly what I needed! He found it quickly, called me for payment, it was reasonable price and towed it to where I needed to. Amazing customer service with limited information that I could provide. Thank you so much!
Charged nearly $150 to open my car door when I accidentally locked my car keys inside. This took them maybe 5 minutes of work and a 5 minute drive to my car.
I used all American tow to help me pick up my vehicle and they really came thru for me. Not only were they priced very well but Troy the manager went out of his way in helping me with my issues. I would give him 10 stars if I could and will call on him again if I need a tow again.
10 out of 10 would tow agian! Fairly priced for the fantastic service they give. Bryson was very professional and efficient, he had my truck towed away in no time. Based on that I would recommend this service to anyone.
When police hire them to tow your vehicle be prepare to pay cosmic prices, also they charge 260$ daily for parking and you don't have any choice they will impound vehicle if you not pay this crazy bill.
Very unfriendly. Police called them for a tow for an accident. Charged us $300 for a tow to their lot in town. Went to pay and " Cash only"! How many people have $400 in cash available??? (Also $52 a day) For an accident!
