We didn’t have the right tools with us to change a fuel filter. Called Big Rig and they sent a mechanic that came from two hours away. He was friendly fast and helped us clean the spill. A+ service. I would use them again!

Please friends do not go to this place they do not know anything about mechanics I paid more than $2000 and they did not fix the problem I was thrown and they did not help me they told me that they would return half of the money and they did not do it now the company will sue them because we lost 1 week waiting for them to fix the truck and they did not do well , please do not go to that workshop, If $823 of the work and 1200 of parts that the truck did not need that you do not put in the photo , apart from not returning the money from El Core . They treat their customers like that.

I was broke down for 3 days on a truck not building air in the tanks.Company told me to use TA travel center in Duncan SC.TA fixed the air dryer and said that was as far as they could do for my truck.So I started looking for a local shop and came across Big Truck,call and talk to them and he said they would be there in the morning around 0900 and see what the problem was.They were there when they said they would be there. figured out in seconds that the compressor was not working.They when and got the compressor put it in all in the morning,truck was building air.If you need a team o. Your truck to get the job done and finished,call them very please with the service just wished I called the day the truck went down not 3 days later

Never go to them or call for Road service. They overcharge you. The young guy came over driving F150 Ford he didn’t fix anything I told him exactly what the problem was and I needed a part replacement and he said the shop is closed till Monday and charged me over $350 for coming over 5 Miles just to talk.

These guys will be my go to trailer repair service from this point forward. Unbeatable price and all around stand up gentlemen. Thank you so much for getting me back rolling!!!

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU FOR PARTS AND LABOR. I ASKED THEM TO SEE THE RECEIPTS FOR 2 CASES OF COOLANT AND I RADIATOR HOSE THAT THEY PURCHASED AND BROUGHT TO ME. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE RECEIPTS, SO BASICALLY THEY CHARGED ME WHATEVER THEY WANTED TO FOR THE PARTS THAT NOW BELONG TO ME BC I PAID FOR THEM. SO I SHOULD BE ABLE TO SEE THE SALES RECEIPT AND NOT JUST AN INVOICE. LONG STORY SHORT, ONE COOLANT HOSE, 2 CASES OF COOLANT AND 45 MINUTES OF LABOR = $1,000.40. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS

We had big truck repair come our to our dump truck to repair the pto pump on our dump truck. The kid that came out was very friendly but unfortunately he wasn't trained properly. He had no knowledge of changing the pto pump. Our truck driver ended up having to walk The mechanic through each step and honestly taught him a new skill. Again mechanic was very sweet but not ready to be put on mobile repairs alone. Our truck driver and the mechanic finally finished changing the pump in 3 hours we were charged $150 per hour on a job that should have only took 1 hour if properly trained. Also charged a fee to come out which is perfectly understandable. But work with your customers, charge for the time it's supposed to take especially if they call and let you know they had to teach your mechanic how to do it.

Max came quick and performed the job fast and well

Max did a great job. Came to our rescue with big RV tire change and patch. He did what he said he was doing to do and with a smile and while being a great person. Thank you!

Let me tell you how good big rig truck repair treated me I came to them with several problems with my truck and not a lot of money but enough to cover it but they still treated me really well and they had their number one mechanic, Max do all the work on my truck and this brother was so polite he not only took me to a hotel but pick me up from the hotel and then because my mattress was bad he drove me to Walmart to get another one and didn't ask me for a dime to do it so as far as I'm concerned big rig truck repair is my mechanic shop from now on and also my mechanic will be Max so when you go there ask for Max but the whole team is really good including the receptionist that answers the phone she helped me out in a big way

I had Max come out and change the universal joint on my heavy spec 567. This young man did an excellent job, was courteous, and hard working. Guys like Max give me hope for the future of big truck mechanics.

Terrible place to do business with , no good work (David) great guy tried to do right thing but Paul the owner was trying to get more money from there mess up and he knows it ,they replaced my oil pan drove 25 miles oil comes out agian find out they have a broke bolt that they put in they charge me 1250 for there service then when they no it there fault they want me to get the truck towed back and 50% discount on labor and tow so another 750$ for service they should of did right the first time !!! Never in my life would do a review on a company but this place is a total rip off I rather pay another 1000 with another company then let them touch my truck again!!!!! Worst experience ever on the road!!!!! Lies and more lies in his response

Paul came out quickly when no one else would. He had the tire I needed, at a price I could afford. I would definitely use their services again.

I got to say Paul from Big Rig came through for me he came out on a Sunday after I just had paid another roadside the day before to fix my truck and it got running but they really never fixed the issue. Paul came out checked out my Semi and pin pointed the problem right away since it was Sunday I couldn't get the part but he came back the next day and took care of everything and got me back on the road. So if you need a great mechanic and great price call Paul.

10 out of 10... Paul was very knowledgeable and detailed in his field. I wish i had taken my truck to Big Rig truck repair the first time. If I had done that, my truck would not have been down a second time. As for price, very reasonable. Thank you for getting my truck running correctly.
