Not only were these guys extremely quick to turn around the repair to my vehicle they were all super nice the entire time in every interaction. They were also quick to keep me informed about what was going on. Of course insurance paid for the repairs in this case, I will come back here when I need repairs with or without it.

I had a FANTASTIC experience this morning at Piedmont Collision! My driver-side door was hit this weekend, leaving me with a pinched window that would not go up all the way! i was greeted right away and in less than 30 minutes Dylan was able to troubleshoot and not only get the window closed but back in functionable working condition! I was so happy I hugged him! :) I would highly recommend Piedmont due to the instant care & service they provided.

I was in an accident, I was afraid my vehicle would never be the same. A family member recommended Piedmont Collision to me. When I saw my vehicle for the first time, I could not believe it looked exactly the way it did when I purchased it. Everyone at Piedmont Collision was polite and professional. They answered all my questions. I just can't praise their work enough.

This is the best auto body shop I’ve ever been to. Dylan was kind enough to use a solution to wipe away the scratches and mixed some touchup paint to fill in the minor scratches for FREE! He also gave me the paint mixture to take with me just in case. If I ever have to spend money somewhere, it’ll be here. Absolutely. No hesitation. So sweet they made my day!

Per usual Piedmont Collision did their thing yet again! I am just so pleased, and proud to have been referred to this company by my Midas car team. I am very satisfied with my experience with Piedmont Collision Center. They were easy to communicate with and answered all my questions. They handled everything with my insurance (State Farm). The entire passenger side of my car needed repair. But it took only a little over a week for the repairs to be done, even though parts were harder to come by since my car is older. And, most importantly, their work was excellent. Jessica was my point person at Piedmont. When I picked up my car, she said I had my car back. She was right! It looked like nothing had happened to the car. I’m sorry my car needed repair, but I’m glad I found these folks to do it. Thanks Jessica, Tammy and all the folks at Piedmont Collision.

This is not a company that I would recommend to anyone. My Aunt took her vehicle to this shop for an estimate ONLY.. They tried to force her to get her car repaired there. They held up her insurance claim and they even lied to multiple STATE FARM representatives every day saying that they were going to send over the estimate and never did.

I’m soooooooo grateful for all of you. Storm (my ride) is baaaacccckkkkkk. She looks amazing and feels better than ever. Everyone was friendly and handled me with care. The assessment process was quick and informative. They took my worries away and did what they said they would do. I’m so appreciative. Thnkz, love Lil B💚. The flowers brightened my space😍

These guys are the best. I was kept informed and everything was handled quicker than expected. I even got gorgeous flowers when I picked up my car. Jessica is a saint and extremely sweet and easy to work with. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Second time they have fixed my car after I get hit by one of the many bad drivers here lol. Got me in quick. Enterprise was a joke and decided not to pick me up last min. So Piedmont had a guy drive me to the rental car place. So nice!! The car was done quick and when my wife and I picked it up, they gave us some flowers 💐 and they had cleaned the whole interior or the car! Didn't know those floor mats could get that clean 😅😬😬 Guilted me into buying a brush to regularly clean them now that I know they can look like that LOL thx guys 👍👍

Our car was involved in a bad accident and we had our car taken here. Very professional and very kind to us. Chandler did everything he could to get all the parts as soon as he could so that we wouldn't be without our car for any longer. Whenever an issue came up with parts he would be honest with us each time and we could tell he cares for his customers and we really appreciated it! The car feels good as new again! They even got my wife some Easter flowers when we picked up the car, she was so happy!

Was in between Caliber collision and Piedmont collision. Because caliber is a franchise, their quality of work is not the best. They ruined my paint job (Audi S5) a few years ago. I gave piedmont a chance since they are a local family owned business, they did such a great job!! I was genuinely impressed, they even gave my wife flowers. A long life customer now 🤝 (They fixed a 2025 Honda CRV)

When I tell you there is no place I will ever take my car to get fixed again unless it's here I mean it. They were great from start to finish. The people at the front desk were nice, anytime I called to check on my car the automotive guys were wonderful. My car got backed into and I was told it would take two and a half weeks to get my car and I actually got it back in a little over a week and a half. Then to top it off when I picked up my car I received a bouquet of flowers which really made my day so much better. Great job guys!!

Very friendly people during estimate and drop-off, but I waited to review them until after the work was finished. They did awesome! And they continued to be professional and personable. I hope I never need them again, but if I do I will certainly be back. They went above and beyond our expectations.

Piedmont took great care of me along with State Farm for getting my car fixed ASAP after my accident. The whole rear windshield was shattered and pretty much whole back end needed replaced. Great communication from the office about a slight delay with a wrong bumper that was ordered, but for a 2 day delay for my car to be so clean and looking great when I got it back, it was nothing to wait! Great people, excellent communication and people skills, very pleasant and down to earth! HIGHLY recommend! They even gave me flowers when I picked up my car. When I turned car on the radio was off so I turned to my favorite channel and “I’m so Blessed” was playing on the radio. So thankful for such great and timely service!

I can’t say enough about Piedmont. They were so easy to work with and I am amazed at the results. My car looks amazing after my accident. When I picked it up they had my car vacuumed and gave me a bouquet of flowers! I’d like to give a shoutout to Chandler who worked on my car as well because he was transparent and finished my car a week early, just in time to have it back before Christmas!

They repaired my 2013 Rav 4’s roof and hood damage caused by storm tree limbs. They did an outstanding job, beyond what was expected. The office and repair shop associates were so friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

This place is phenomenal! The reviews stating poor customer service I wonder if they were ment for here. The ladies in the office area so nice! They fixed my 2024 Accord back to new ! As it only had 7400 miles on it. Everything with my accident was a nightmare and this place made me feel as if I was thier only customer. Got my car back earlier than anticipated and a beautiful bouquet of flowers to boot! They made everything so easy and their compassion was truly appreciated. Excellent service from start to finish! I had an unfortunate break when a basketball goal fell onto my car, breaking my windshield, denting the frame around the windshield and giving a very unwanted red/orange racing stripe down my hood. Piedmont Collision helped me get scheduled with my insurance estimator and started work on my vehicle within days. They provided a timeline, updated me on the status throughout the process and returned my vehicle a day ahead of schedule. All of that and a bouquet of flowers! A damaged vehicle is a stressful situation. The professionals at Piedmont Collision were so helpful and courteous during the process, I felt I was completely cared for and had a burden lifted and supported by a professional team. My experience with Piedmont was super quick, and easy. Chandler updated me during the process & was able to answer any questions I had. I went in to get repairs & it looked good as new when I picked it up.

I came here after my vehicle was damaged in a collision. I was super impressed with the professionalism and quality of work they did on the vehicle. I have an older car so I was surprised that it was done so quickly. An uninsured driver had hit my car and everything shifted. I was concerned that I would not be able to check my oil until after repairs. They were nice enough to check that before I had made an appointment. I received my car back after 8 days, cleaned and they even had polished my old hazed headlights, and gave me a gift too. Wonderful people, wonderful job done!!

It is a rubbish place, I do not recommend it, my car only had a damaged fender and not very serious parts, it took several weeks, they painted the dirty fender, you can see the garbage inside the clear, the fender is not completely taken, it only has the screws that can be seen with the naked eye later vii that my car has a piece of other brands which do not match seriously the work obtained a cost of around 1,000 I gave him his time so that he could obtain good results but the truth is that not even obtaining a guarantee do I take my car again apart from the fact that they stayed With the insurance of removing the nuts from the rims, it is pure rubbish. I will leave a pal of photos that will speak for themselves.
