recently had the worst experience traveling to Atlanta from North Carolina and due to unforeseen circumstances our vehicle was towed. Mrs. Loretta and her Amazing husband stepped in.

Excellent service. If I could put 1000 Stars up I would!I i will never use another tow company. He saved my tail at 2:00 a.m. he is a Mastercraft using his tow truck. On time. He lifted my car up right out of the air straight up and put my car back down on the ground. He never had to drag it. He is a Mastercraft! Very respectful. Highly recommended
My daughter had a flat tire near his shop and he helped her change it and got her back on the road in minutes. Super friendly people. Very thankful for their help!

The sweet lady who runs the office is INCREDIBLE! I've never been through an accident of the amount of damage to my car. The Landrum Police Dept called them to pick up my car (liget right), which was out of the area I was in. Long story short, 1 broken neck, terrible customer service from the insurance companies for 8 hours, the worry of being without a vehicle all melted when she looked at me. She gave me great information and a few tips! I would recommend these guys just bc of her. (HOPE YOUR FOOT HEELS QUICKLY! THANK YOU FOR BEING AN ANGEL TODAY)

I was traveling from AL to VA and my car died in Landrum SC. I called a garage and they gave me the number to Jeffrey’s Towing LLC. I have to say that Jeff and his wife Loretta treated me like family. If you are traveling in SC and need assistance, I highly recommend this towing service. By far the best experience I have had. I will definitely call on them again if I’m in the area and in need.

Called for a tow, and Jeffrey said he'd be there around 10am. He arrived at EXACTLY 10:00am! My car was completely dead but he was ready for that, had the car hooked up and was gone within 10 minutes. Top notch service.
Jeffrey did a fantastic job towing my Cadillac from one shop to another, the 2nd shop couldn't take delivery until the next day and Jeff kept it overbite and delivered it the next morning without additional cost!!! The couple that owns this company are two of the best individuals I've ever met. They will not do this for everyone but what they did for me was an absolute unrepayable favor months ago my bmw got towed by the highway patrol and since it was Friday night I had to wait till Monday to get my car back and after sleeping on the streets all weekend I had 200$ and the title to my car they was very gracious by letting me give them the 200 I had and they hold my title and I come back in 2 days to pay the rest of the balance of 113$. If not by 2 days i agreed on there would be 2 more days of storage fees added on well skip 3 months later i call them and ask what they want me to bring them in cash for my title back and seeming my stroke of misfortune I had ran upon those months they only charged me another 100$ I will and always be in their debts and recommend their services to any and all
