I don’t know anything about their service, but they’re driving is terrifying. They almost took me 100% out today turning from Blackstock rd onto Reidville rd, got over in my lane as if I wasn’t there, the wild part is it was such a slow move and I was honking, but they just continued to get over like I wasn’t there.
Actually they should not get any stars!! Do not let them near your car! They charged me $4005 to put in a $1600 motor than charged me more then what they said. Then when I went to pick up the car they told me there was a leak in transmission fluid and they wanted to charge me another$900 to fix that. Oh by the way, they would have had to remove the part that was bad to put in the motor, so they put the bad piece back on. Oh and the kicker. This must have been planned because in the backseat was the front undercarriage to my car. Guess they didn't put it back on because they thought I was going to be able to fix the bad part. NO WAY!! Beware of bad mechanics
Wow. Where do I begin? My wife and I had a car crash on I-85 that totaled her car. We were both taken to the trauma center, and after about two hours, we were released. Now what? Our car was at a recovery lot and we wanted to retrieve our belongings from her car. I called Hart Towing and Recovery to see if they would be open at about 6:00 pm. Mike Hart, the owner, answered the phone and told us that they were open 24/7. I told him who I was, and that we’d like to get our stuff. He asked how we were going to get there. I told him that I had called an Uber to take us there. He said “Nah, don’t bother with that. I’ll come and pick you up. And then what are you going to do?” I said we’d take an Uber from his shop to a hotel about an hour away, and our son from Chicago was flying in and would pick us up at the hotel. Again he said, “hold on, I’ll drive you to the hotel.” Say what?? So, Mike picked us up at the hospital, drove us to his lot, and he and Richie emptied our wrecked car into his car, and off we went to the hotel, again, about an hour away from his shop. When we got there, he unloaded all of our stuff onto a cart and brought it into the lobby of the hotel. Then he drove another hour to get back. I offered him whatever, but he just said “write me a good review.” Well, Mike, I hope that this is good enough. While I wouldn’t wish what happened to us to happen to anyone else, at least if you’re in the Greenville/Spartanburg SC area and need help, Hart Towing and Recovery is the place to call.
GM, my daughter had a hard bump yesterday that damaged her tire to her 2016 Mercedes C class, which made the vehicle unmovable. After several service calls, what I mean to say was after the 8th attempt and over 20hrs waiting for a tow, Hart’s was dispatched and had the proper equipment to tow the vehicle.💪🏾 We will maintain relationship with Hart, who will be our “go to!” Guy for any towing needs. Hubby's truck got stuck in mud, in our front yard. Mike came out and took great care of us, without breaking the bank. We will definitely be calling on him for any and all future towing needs.
Called Mike Hart towing one night after car broke down. Mr. Hart was there within 20 min. After delivering the car back to my house I found out that Mike has a great mechanic and fixed my car with in a few days . I would recommend Mike and his mechanic again and I have. Thank you guys for giving fair prices and not gauging customers.
As a black motorist I say wanted to say thank you for not helping me out thank you for not calling back as I was stranded on I-26 west in Inman s.c. for 7 1/2 hours waiting for this tow service and other tow services located around the GREAT town of Inman.Thanks for the RACISM and no help at all.
Cannot believe the help and personal care Mike showed my Daughter. Her car would NOT start and he drove to her house, jumped her car and they drove separate to the parts store and replaced her battery. Mike & his son were so friendly and kind about my van. They even did a battery check before doing a tow. Prices are very affordable. Mike is such a sweetheart! Best towing in inman sc! Thanks again gentleman! 🙂
Car was on the side of the highway and hee was very timely and respectful and much cheaper than my rd side assistance won't call anyone but them from here on out
I wrecked my car and gave them a call. They were there in less than 10 minutes and didn't charge me a fortune. Definitely the best towing place around Inman!
A simple tow job now cost me 5 times the cost in damages they did to my vehicle. Very unprofessional and incompetent. Joey has 0 knowledge and pays 0 attention to the care of a vehicle.
Unbelievable skill to maneuver their flatbed down a curvy forest path to winch out a tractor and a skid steer stuck in the mud. A tough job others would have walked away from
But their attitude was “I can try it”. So thankful they did .
Mike, the man that owns the company is very nice to speak with when you call and are having a bad night, he has very reasonable prices and his tow driver is on time and very courteous too the customers. The only company I will call for towing , moving a building anything like that.
The nicest, down to earth guys. Good pricing. They moved two buildings for us. No problems at all. They planned things out together and listen to the customer input as well, to make sure everything went smooth. I would use them anytime again that we need.
