I had just been in an accident and the insurance wouldn’t tell me were to tow my car for safe storage. It was a stressful moment in that time and I had no idea what I was going to do as my insurance company, Geico, was giving me the run around telling me I didn’t have road side assistance and would have to pay out of pocket for storage. So the owner of Spivey’s Towing told me he would take it back to his lot and didn’t even charge me a fee! My car was at his lot for a week as my company wanted to drag their feet. It was truly a blessing that I needed in that moment and I will forever be eternally great full for the kindness this man showed me. I am blown away! Alex came to tow our truck which wasn’t starting. He spent a few minutes inspecting it and swapped a fuse into the fuel pump box and it started! He went above and beyond! I’ve never come across that amount of integrity. I’m truly speechless!
The guy that came out to help us was just AWESOME. Our car wouldn't start and after we tried a couple of things ourselves, he did one simple thing and it immediately started. He told us exactly what the problem was and how to deal with it! He even came back over after driving away to close our hood all the way because we forgot to! AMAZING service!
