The owner is a stand up guy who does what he says he will do and treated us with the utmost respect and hospitality. His other two drivers are also polite and good at what they do, I definitely recommend chase towing if you need any towing services!
This is the best, nicest, polite, and professional towing company I have ever dealt with. These people actually care... I was driving through on my way home to TN when my Jeep broke down. I had my kids and mom with me and we were stranded. I went through Google calling different towing companies some answered and some didnt, those that answered said they weren't taking calls that I would need to call someone else. One of them texted me 3 other companies the last of which was Chase... I called 10-12 towing companies before Mike @ Chase Towing answered. He was busy actually driving and working but said he had a guy that could come get us. The other companies weren't busy but just didnt want to deal with it. Josh showed up faster than Mike quoted and both he and Mike are the nicest most polite and friendly tow truck drivers I've ever met. They recommended safe areas and repair companies. They are nice people that do a good job, work hard, and are honest, reliable people you can trust, which is rare anymore! I would recommend them 100 times over!
Left my car half in the road, and sideways in two of my neighbors spots, when stopped by my neighbor on video as they were offloading my car improperly (it was still in park as they were trying to roll it off a flat bed and slammed the nose of my car into the ground due to my lower ball joint damage) as my neighbor is continuing to try to get their attention they got back into the vehicle and left my car as it was causing more damage to the wheel well than from the original need for the tow.
And I wish I could say this is my first issue with this company but it’s not I had gotten a flat tire a few months back around 2 am and was picked up by one of their drivers and he kept my number. Messaged me for weeks after the fact until my insurance company contacted their office and I haven’t heard from him since.
If you’re looking for a tow and your insurance company gives you them, I strongly suggest requesting a different dispatch than this company.

These guys are the greatest! About a year ago my daughter broke down we called a local towing company and that guy said he couldn't do it because he was at a football game. Then we called Chase towing and they were there within 20 minutes. This time my wife's van broke down. They dispatched a truck and they were there in about 40 minutes. The driver had a car that he dropped off for another customer and came right out to get us. This is the best tow company by far!!

My car broke down yesterday and within a hour of me calling chase towing John pulled up. He was very friendly and understanding. And within no time he had my car up and on the way to the shop. He also made such he didn't cause and more damage to my front in as he was towing it. 10 out of 10 I would difficult use chase towing again.
This guy blocked the entire exit at Circle K in Inman so he could get gas. 30 cars had to wait on him to move up. I have no idea why he, as a tow truck driver, thought that was a good idea.
I had my work van stuck deep in the mud and Chad came right out and was very respectful of my van. He didn’t damage the van and was able to pull me out. Really cool guy.
The price was more than reasonable.
Exceptional service and prompt delivery. They picked up and delivered a vehicle I bought that was far away on a Saturday evening and delivered it in a timely manner on the same evening. I highly recommend them!
My son called me, stuck on a very busy road driving up the mountains with a flat motorcycle tire. Out of the five companies I called Chase towing was the only one that answered their phone. They initially couldn’t help as the owner Mike informed me they were 3 to 4 tows behind already and very busy for a Sunday. In trying to find anyone that could help, only one other company answered but they did not tow to my area. I accidentally called Chase again and Mike hearing my voice could tell how desperate I was in trying to get my son some help.
The owner went above and beyond in moving calls around and getting a driver out quickly to my son. Josh was meticulous in getting my son’s bike towed back to the house. He helped him get it safely off his truck and push it into our garage. As one stressed out mama I can’t rave enough about the help and care Chase towing displayed.
I have used Chase Towing two times and I can say without a doubt that Mike runs a great company. They are quick to respond and get out to the vehicle in record time. Chase Towing will be the only towing service I will use. Be sure to give them a call. You will be happy that you did.
They are an excellent towing service. Josh who towed my car was very nice and helpful. I am going to recommend this company to all my family and friends. 10/19/23. Towing only cost $75 for the 7 mile tow. EXCELLENT TOWING SERVICE.
These guys are great! Josh came out to pick up my car, he was amazing! He was very careful with my car, explained everything before he did it and even warned about noises, so I knew my car was ok. I’ve never had such a positive interaction with a tow service before. I have NO concerns about the safety of my car while in his hands. It was only $75 to take my car from Roebuck, to Boiling Springs. When it comes to price and the care they show for your vehicle, they are the only company I’ll use again and I’ve already recommended them to all my friends!
Chase Towing hauled our car from SC to Maryland and got it done quick. Got it started without the key. These guys did a great job scheduling a time, pickup and delivery. Josh even jump started it for my son after delivery. Great price, professional and so patient to explain each step to me. Everybody's happy.
I have a paper converting business in Landrum, and have started using them for local pickups and deliveries. Their prices are quite fair, and the main driver Josh is just the best. most upstanding guy you could find. Extremely courteous, right ON TIME, and good, safe moves. 10/5 on the rating.
