I had a great experience with this shop. They didn't try to sell me 10 things I didn't need. Price was great and I will definitely be back.

I have used Israel Automotive for a long time and my last trip there is a testimony to their honesty. I had the 5.3 tick close to 200,000 miles and the owner actually came out to listen and noticed a loose spark plug, after I wanted to get the DOD Kit. He didnt have to do that but he did and could've got a lot more money. I may need it later but at least his honesty was appreciated!

I don't usually do reviews unless but these guys deserve 10 stars. I took my car in at 8 and by 11 was called and told what the issue was and the price to fix it. I got another call around 4:30 and was told that it was not what they originally thought and that my turbo was warped and would need to be replaced. My car is still under warranty so I told them I would pick it up. I went in expecting to pay what I was quoted ($270) because they did replace the line leading to my turbo. They replaced it twice actually just to make sure it wasn't a faulty part. I wasn't charged anything because he said he wasn't able to fix the problem. Rob and Jarrett are amazing people to work with and very honest and fairly priced. If my car wasn't still under warranty and if I didn't have to use their mechanics I would definitely let them fix it for me.

Had been going there for years with no issues. Rob is an issue. He's rude to customers and has a smart mouth. Never will go there again. Called and was told to bring my car in the next morning for a quick fix. Got there and they couldn't get to it. Told to come back the next morning. Got there again, told the same thing. Third day in a row only to be told the same thing. Went somewhere else and got it fixed. Don't need this place.

I normally don’t review unless the place is phenomenal, horrible or that there is something I think needs to be mentioned. So for this place it’s the third option. Overall, they were super nice, knowledgeable and were able to tell me what the issue was by just hooking up their diagnostic computer. However, I was all for getting it fixed. After talking to my boyfriend he said it was a simple fix. But I really didn’t want to do it myself. So I was willing to wait till Wednesday to come in, because they said they could squeeze me it I just had to call to let them know I was coming. I called Wednesday and they said I would have to leave my car overnight. So I felt a little defeated. I ended up researching the issue and found out how to do it and did it myself. It wasn’t the easiest thing in the world but it was simple sense it was just two sensors. Would I go here again? Honestly, I’m not very sure. All I know it they are reasonably priced and knowledgeable and I felt confident I wasn’t being blindsided because I’m a women. So all I can say is. Make sure you get an appointment set in stone. Normally I wouldn’t mind leaving my vehicle but I live alone and didn’t want to spend the money to Uber home and back when it was done.

I was traveling with my wife and child. I had to make an urgent stop, and they diagnosed the problem in 2 minutes. But recommended another workshop to fix the problem instantly because they were fully booked. They really saved my day ??

My Father has an older Truck. That he did not went to get rid of. Been to several garages. Finally the Ford dealership. Ford said they were not equipped to work on them anymore. They recommended Israel's by name. Offered to give directions in fact. Did not charge me for diagnosis. Gave a detailed explanation of what was wrong. What it would cost to fix. And their recommendation. While they did not bad mouth the several garages that had been used. Tone says a lot. Basically my father had gotten screwed over several times. If you have a vehicle old enough to not have Ford do the work. Go to the place Ford recommended. I am happy to pass that recommendation along!!! I would give more stars if they had them. I am updating my review. I am fortunate I have not needed his services often. I did this week. My bill was 25 dollars. Did not charge me a shop minimum. Just charged me a more than fair price for the repair. If he had said 100 or even 200 dollars. I would have considered it normal. A third generation business that hopefully continues well into the future.

Very honest. Took my car in because I was told the alternator did not work. He called me back and said it would be only $40 and it was a bad wire. Made my day. They surprise me every time. No one else will touch my vehicles.

Been going here for years, the guys know cars, and will do you great service without adding anything extra. He will always inform you of any problems or expensive repairs. Just honest and expert repairs. So rare that you can trust someone so much.

I know that the guys at the shop could probably care less about what public thinks about them, but for the sake of warning others I’m gonna write So for my entire life I worked on my own cars like when it comes to doing brakes or any other kinds of services. This time I needed my axles rebuilt and lookers installed it was almost $5 K of parts alone, so I decided I should take it to professionals. Well never again not this shop, first they didn’t tighten the nut on the rear axle which caused the driveshaft to wobble around which caused a seal to leak no problem they said bring us another seal and we will fix it right up. so I did, got the car drove it for a few weeks and decided to check the oil in the axles and thank God I did rear axle that they changed the seal on was half way empty ? I don’t how much damage that caused on the inside but I’m sure that it wasn’t good for it ? I know that they probably didn’t care but they lost my business never again I want to take my car there

Excellent customer service and great deals . Hard working and honest good people. We bought a Toyota Tacoma at great deal and the process was seamless with an extra touch will definitely buy our next truck from here

My car was having issues and I took it here to be checked out and repaired, however every time I called to check on it I was told he would look at it on another time and day. I was told each time to call back the next day, or to call back another time and that he hadn’t looked at it yet. Eventually he’d just hang up on me when I called up here. Once I called and I was yelled at, “Well what do you want ME to do!?”, to which I replied I just need my car checked out so I know what’s wrong with it and that I would like an itemized bill. This conversation took place after my car had sat there for weeks passed the times I was told it would be looked at. I was always polite and respectful and I was treated with disrespect and complete disregard in return. After about a month I finally came and picked my car up and they never let me know exactly what was wrong or gave me an itemized bill. I would never recommend this shop to anyone.

This guy was so fair and didn't overcharge me like some places I had went to. He fixed my car the same day. I have found a mechanic and will stay with him. So should you!

Israel Automotive picked up my car and replaced the starter in 2 days before July 4th Holiday. They did a great job and in a timely manner! Would definitely recommend them!

Best place in town to take your car! They are super nice, honest, and do not try to get over on you! I will definitely be using them for all my future car needs and will recommend them to all family and friends!

Recommended by my mechanic, unfortunately they don't work on my particular make/model. Israel could have stopped there, but no. He took the time to recommend another business that does service my make/model, with which I was able to book an appointment quickly. This is good customer service, which gets 5 stars from me.

These guys are AMAZING! I went there with a list of things that needed to be fixed from my mechanic. My mechanic referred me to ISRAEL, because he wanted me to be better served by someone who specializes in differentials. Rob gave me a very reasonable price over the phone and when he was done, it was only half the price. He said he only replaced what I needed. These guys are super honest and they treat you like a valued customer. I highly recommend! 10 STAR SERVICE!

These guys have been awesome checking out my wife's car whenever there's a concern and are extremely reasonably priced. Super nice, honest, and easy to talk to. You never feel like you're being nickel and dimed or taken advantage of here. I wish I could say the same about dealerships!

The nicest and most honest mechanics ever. Bought my G37 Convertible in for a prepurchase inspection. They inspected it top to bottom and even made a small repair. They put my car on the lift and there were about 3 mechanics looking at it. They gave me green light for the purchase and didn't even charge me for the inspection! Take your vehicle here. Good honest folks. Too bad they're not in Charlotte (where I live).

I recommend this place to everyone. Rob and his son, Jarrett are two of the most honest people you could ever meet. They are fair with pricing and never try to sell you something you don't need. I have used them for nearly 15 years for myself and children's vehicles. I am a single mom and it is extremely difficult to find someone who will not take advantage of that and sell you something that you don't need or simply can't afford. I highly recommend this place if you are wanting honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable service to your vehicle.

These guys are great! If you’re looking for mechanics who actually care about treating you right and fixing your car, this is the place to go. Both my wife and I regularly interact with this place and they’ve been nothing but respectful to both of us. I’ve never felt like I’m being taken advantage of. I highly recommend them for any advertised service.

Rob was absolutely amazing. I did not have a mechanic I could rely on once my car quit running. I feared finding one that wasn’t trustworthy. I decided to give robs shop a try and to my surprised he was awesome. On the same day I stopped at his place to inquire about getting my car worked on, within an hour he had a tow truck at my house picking up my car ANDDD at a reasonable price of which the cost was added to my bill after work was done and he literally had my car towed and fixed in a matter of hours. I was so shocked and all at a fair price. He has definitely earned himself 2 new customers because my brother will now also use him for any mechanical work. I will go back to him for all and any mechanical work. Rob Keep up the good and honest work your doing and I will tell any an all that live within this area that I know that your the man to go to. Where to start..This place has gone above and beyond for me even before they had my business. Another auto place was trying to take advantage of me and my lack of knowledge about how to diagnose a car. I called Israel Automotive just as they opened and explained my situation. The owner is who I spoke to and not once did I feel like he was trying to get my business, he genuinely wanted to help me. To make a long story short, I had my car towed to him and it did not get there until they were about to close. Mr. Israel stayed late on the night before Thanksgiving to test my car so that I would not worry all weekend about my car. He gave me a call and I finally got some good news and a fair price! Looking forward to picking up my car on Monday! Thank you Israel Automotive for a better end to my day than I thought!
