I drove a hour an a half to autowerks today to get a alignment done on my car cause no shop in my area would do it for my car being “too low”, thankfully the guys at autowerks were able to fit me in the same day and did my wheel alignment and showed me the specs of my alignment. Very professional people up there and I’ll definitely take the risk of driving that far to get any more services done in the future!! Appreciate yall!

Just had Rough County electric running boards installed on my 2024 Ram Power Wagon. They work great and my 7 year old loves them. 10/10 would recommend the steps AND Autowerks S.C.

They don't know how to own up when they make mistakes, just because the car wasn't touched in the garage doesn't mean the worker Zach didn't dog my car hard enough on the test drive by himself to make my wheel come off. Would rather claim no responsibility and repeat over and over again how I don't know how to work on cars (never said I did and never will because I'm learning) Didn't even mention how the worker threatened to fight me and used profane language towards me. I blocked them and they continued to try to harrass me by getting his friends to message me and harrass me. They would rather cover for him than punish him in any kind of way! Don't go to autowerks guys!

Brought my 240sx in to get an alignment my car drove fine other than it pulling a little bit to the side when driving didn't have any issues with it before the alignment my car definitely was pulling but nothing like what it felt like after the alignment. After the car was dropped off in the hands of Zach one of the workers there they got done with my alignment pretty fast and I was informed that my steering rack needed to be replaced (I knew this before going) and that my car wouldn't hold an alignment well it kept loosening up. As soon as I got in my car and left the parking lot my car felt horrible the rear end had a terrible knocking noise everytime I would turn left. I texted all of my buddies and let them know my concerns but was brushed off and told to not worry about it. The next day I tried to drive it to work still doing the knocking noise and boom my entire rear driver side wheel and spacer came off at the same time. Luckily I'm not hurt and the car had minimal damage but it could have been a-lot worse. I have not touched the rear end of my car in months other than checking my lug nut to see if they are loose. The worker claims no responsibility at all but it doesn't make sense to me that my car would drive fine before the alignment but as soon as I leave the parking lot my car feels like it's falling apart. I don't have time to get legal with this nor do I want to I'm just voicing what happened in my experience and want everyone to watch out for the worker Zach cause he will mess your stuff up and claim it wasn't his doing. Oh and did I mention the worker jumped straight to threatening to fight me as soon as I asked them about it? Yeah star employee here really professional!

I needed one of my windows tinted where the tint had come off done by another place. They matched the tint perfectly to my other windows, and it did not take long at all. Everyone was very helpful with great customer service. Highly recommend!

My 1st experience using this shop. Had a minor hiccup, my fault, they solved the problem and still delivered by end of business. Definitely won't be my last time using them

Nice shop! Guys there are super knowledgeable. Scheduled to have my windows tinted, good price, tinter even re-did the rear window after I wasn’t 100% happy with how it came out. I’m new to the area and even before these guys had my business, they did me a solid and recommend a mechanic that they use to get work done. Shout out to George at KARZ in Inman, he did great work at a reasonable price, will be back.

Just got a bunch of new lighting for our FJ installed with Autowerks SC. They installed new headlights, turn signals, upper and lower light bars, and they also yellow tinted our upper fogs. Thanks guys for all your hard work!

Just had my Mk4 Gti alignment. The guys and lady there were really nice and transparent with what they had done and what needed to be done in the future. Definitely would recommend 👌.

I took my Jeep to Autowerks and got a bumper/winch installed. Rachel was very knowledgeable and helpful finding the right combo. Caleb was awesome and gave me a lot of great tips on questions I had.. the tech did a super job with the install and the wiring. I’ll definitely come back for future projects.

The owner Caleb dropped my 26 inch chrome rim off his balancing machine and scratched it. He said it fell because I put fix a flat in it and didn’t tell him, and it slipped off the machine. Lol he wanted me to pay half for a new rim. I said no. He bought the new rim and said he didn’t want my business anymore lol. What a loser! Don’t spend with him. His crew also scratched my truck every visit. So glad to be done with him!

Had an alignment and tire balance done on my Jeep Wrangler. Steering feels tighter, and my Jeep is running more smoothly! Would definitely recommend!

I’m on my third lifted Toyota tundra. They can be very hard to get the alignment dialed in correctly. To the point where I wouldn’t buy brand new tires because of uneven tire wear on the front. I’ve always had a problem with bump steer and tires squealing around corners in a parking lot. Autowerks got my alignment dialed in PERFECT. It feels like a stock truck and handles like it should now. I highly recommend them.

They did an alignment on my lifted Jeep. The tech was willing to listen to what I had to say and did an alignment per the factory service manual for my Jeep. If you have any lifted vehicles I suggest you take it here. They have definitely earned my business.

Had tires mounted and balanced. My last two tire mounting experiences at other professional tire chains left me with improper balancing and bad vibration. I was very happy that the staff at autowerks got my tires mounted and balanced without any issues. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about cars and modifications. Highly recommend this shop!

Still offering the best (Autowerks) around. Lower\ lift/stance/wheels/tires/tint you name it they do it when it comes to a vehicle. Maybe not an oil change they got bigger fish to fry. Best shop in the upstate for Customization and Manipulation of a vehicle!! 🤘👍👍👍👍

Anyone that knows me knows that I'm not easily pleased, sometimes. With that being said, I'm extremely happy with the service I received from Autowerks! This place is awesome! Not only do they care about cars, they care about the customer! I've purchased things from them in the past but recently I had some tires swapped off some oem wheels to new aftermarket wheels and they did an amazing job! I know that replacing wheels may seem trivial, but I'm very picky when it comes to my vehicle and I immediately noticed the care that went in to this service. No scratches, no dings and color matched weights that balanced the wheel perfectly! Not to mention, all of this from a happy staff that made me feel like I mattered to them. Hard to find that these days! Great staff, great products and quality service. It doesn't get better than that, folks!

Installed level kit on my truck. Sits perfect now. Accidentally scratched my driver door somehow in the process. Caleb took care of me and set it up to have it repaired very fast. Earned my business for life. Thanks again.

Took my car in for an alignment issue and they were able to quickly fix it without any problems. I was really impressed with all the performance-oriented services they offered and they will definitely be my first choice for any modifications ill make in the future.
