Honest and trustworthy business. Brought my car in for them to determine what was wrong with it. And he had it fixed and ready to drive within 45 mins. He even offered to take me to work while they worked on it. Prices were GREAT.
I don’t know how these ( fools) have any good reviews or business came in to get small problem fixed and after 3 weeks and over 2400 dollars was told truck needs engine. If I could would leave 0 stars.
This place is terrible we have used them a few times only cus we were in a pinch. These people are very bad mechanics and have to make phone calls to dealerships to get suggestions. They rob you by telling you it's all set and giving you your vehicle back with all the same problems. I have contacted the bbb and I plan to pursue this issue until its resolved. Do not be fooled by their clean shop and their kindness these people have absolutely no idea what they are doing.
Fast, Friendly, Excellent Service
I was on my way down from North Carolina headed to Florida with a friend. Our car’s “Check Engine” light came on and we needed to have it inspected.
When we arrived at Rowe Automotive, I walked into a clean shop with a friendly group of gentlemen who were happy to help. After nearly 30 minutes of thorough inspection, we were given a detailed diagnosis and on our way.
Me and a friend were on a trip from Florida with no heat, and it was 34 degrees out, we stopped in to Rowe and they were so nice and helpful, they fixed a couple hoses and fixed the heater, and decided not to charge us. The best service I have ever received from any automotive shop. 10/10 would recommend, super nice, and they know what they are doing.
