I was impressed on how quickly and efficiently they took care of us today. We had a new battery installed and the whole process took less than 30 minutes. Excellent customer service!

Bill was a breath of fresh air in the retail automotive world. Definitely a pleasure to work with him, and I will be back.

I like their online app where you can order it and have it ready when you get there and you earn speed perks. I just wish that the speed perks applied to everything because oftentimes things you need are not on the speed perks list.

Good customer service would recommend

Some times great sometimes not so much. Its a a hit or miss with these guys. Do not purchase anything inside the store. Purchase it online while you are there and wait a extra 5 mins. And you will save at least 30%

Apparently they won’t run diagnosis on cars. They said this was stopped once the pandemic started. I can understand that. But not a single employee or patron in the store had a mask on. You can’t have it both ways. Can’t be scared to catch COVID from my car but not speaking to me in person.

It's a rainy day it was convenient to go buy new wipers and the attendant installed them for me! Left out of there with a smile.

These guys were so helpful and patient with me today as we figured out what light bulbs I needed. They are ALL so great to work with whenever I have needed it.

Ever since they opened this AAP store it has been a helpful part of the community. They may not know somethings at times but will always ask other employees or look it up for you at the store. Angel, the manager is very friendly will help you anyway he can. I've been using them ever since they opened and I will continue to use them as my first go to auto parts store.

Didn't get 2 steps into the store and this tiny young woman, with a lot of energy, was asking to help me. I rattled off part numbers and she had them off the shelf, in my cart, very quickly. Kudos to job well done!

I have went there a couple of times. Guys are very friendly and nice. I recently went b/c I had a problem with my windshield wipers.The guy that help me ..I believe his name was Angel, didn't bought nothing this time but he was very helpful good customer service.

Horrible staff. This place changes employees constantly. The employees don't know anything except how to punch buttons on a computer and they don't do that well. Save yourself a lot of problems and order your parts through their online store and just pick them up here. Better yet just go somewhere else.
