We were thrilled to find the Pecan Terrace when we were planning a trip to Easley, SC to visit our son. And we were still thrilled when we left. What a delightful experience! We had the George Washington room which is perfect for the extra space we desired. The tasteful decor was in keeping with the Washingtonian era which was fun and the owner is charming and welcoming.
Breakfast was in the lovely dining area and was absolutely delicious. Light jazz playing softly in the background was a very pleasant touch.
We look forward to a return trip soon when we will walk to The Mills nearby and explore the shops and restaurants.
Lori is a gracious and accommodating host not fazed by any special requests. The bed was very comfortable and the en suite bath was perfect. Her homemade breakfast was generous and delicious.

Lori has an amazing historical property full of southern charm. This was our second visit and we highly recommend Lori and Pecan Terrace to anyone wishing to experience an unforgettable stay away.
Very nice accommodations; classic old-school house in the Easley grid; easy in-out if you're up this way for mountain events and such. Lori was an excellent host and makes sure your needs are covered! Would definitely visit again.
Lori made our stay superb at the GORGEOUS and well maintained Pecan Terrace! Very close to downtown Easley, SC so not hard to navigate there! Lots of food options in the area, but our favorite was our morning breakfasts right there with Lori!! I have a sever food allergy and she was super mindful and very diligent in caring for me in a way I needed!! We stayed over the 3rd weekend in October, big football weekend for lots of teams… our Vols lost and so did Clemson, but it’s ok…
She had the Pecan Terrace decorated so tastefully for Halloween/ Fall. Made me have all of the feels of being in a cozy Vermont town… just like Newhart! (The only reason I ever knew that Bed & Breakfast home actually existed!)
We will be staying with her again for sure!!??
A Warm, Southern Gem in Easley!
Our stay at Pecan Terrace Bed & Breakfast was absolutely wonderful! Lori, the owner, chef, and hostess, made us feel so welcomed from the moment we arrived. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about Easley and gave us great local recommendations, including Silos Brewing Co. and the Southern Weaving Food Hall, both just a short walk (or drive) away.
The town itself is adorable, walkable, and feels completely safe — the perfect small-town escape.
Breakfast each morning was the highlight: handmade apple French toast, delicious casseroles, and even fresh pumpkin cookies on the coffee bar! Every detail, from the charming décor to the cozy atmosphere, made it feel like a true home away from home.
A little note for light sleepers — there’s a train that passes through town occasionally at night.
Highly recommend staying here — Lori’s hospitality and cooking alone are worth the trip!
Our 2nd stay and like the first, easily 5 stars. Great place to stay and close to the shops and restaurants. Apple stuffed French toast at breakfast was a winner. We highly recommend this B&B.
We spent our wedding night here and the owner was the sweetest thing ever. The room was beautiful and so comfortable. This place was amazing. We plan on making it a tradition to go back each year. I highly recommend you check it out if you get a chance. Everything was perfect. The attention to details mattered
The Inn was like coming to a friend’s warmth and hospitality! I stayed on my way up to a conference in NC and on my way back home a couple of days later I contacted Lori to see if I could check in again in just a couple of hours. It worked out great and was very comfortable and the breakfasts were wonderful. Very cozy abs relaxed with the sweetest innkeeper ever be ever met…it was a joy.
My husband and I are so glad we discovered Pecan Terrace B & B! The location was perfect for our needs. The room was absolutely comfortable and felt like home. But most important was the hostess Lori who truly made us feel like family - she was genuinely warm and welcoming. We felt like we had known her for years.
This bed and breakfast is a real gem. Located perfectly between Clemson and Greenville, SC. Great local eatery and just a fabulously clean stay. The house is filled with historical pieces that are time period appropriate. Lot’s of quiet and relaxing spaces. We loved our hostess. Definitely returning!

Outstanding in every way. If I could give more stars, I would. The accommodations are absolutely beautiful. Lori has thought of so many extra little touches all throughout her place to make her guests feel like Kings and Queens! Her breakfasts were delicious and served in one of the most charming dining rooms I’ve ever seen.
We very much enjoyed a two-night stay here in mid-June. The home was very clean and the room was very pretty, equipped with quality linens and towels. The photos on the website do not do it justice and the room decor and dining room decor was much more attractive than pictured. The breakfast each day was delicious and generous. We also enjoyed the afternoon cheese & fruit plate on the lovely front porch. A common beverage area was also available stocked with water etc., a coffee machine and even home made cookies. Lori is a lovely warm and welcoming hostess. Stay here and you will not regret it!
We had the most amazing time staying at Pecan Terrace Bed & Breakfast! It was our first time ever stay at a Bed & Breakfast and it definitely did not disappoint. The home was stunning, Lori was such a pleasure and her meals were amazing!
Each morning, she crafted such a delicious breakfast for us with any and all dietary restrictions/preference in mind. She made the stay so easy & enjoyable. I wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely make it a point to stay here again during our future trips to SC. You just can’t beat the comfort, accessibility to downtown and love that this place has to offer!!!

We stayed at Pecan Terrace because we were coming into town for a graduation and were truly thrilled with deciding to stay here versus a hotel! The house is stunning, clean, and well cared for. Our first day in we were welcomed by Lori, the owner, and made to feel right at home. After checking in we enjoyed the large front porch and comfy furniture. Our room was really nice (L'amour room) and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was always amazing and Lori did a great job accommodating my dietary needs so I never left hungry! She is a great cook and had plenty of coffee too :) The house is located close to the Silos which had live music and good food and drinks. I also enjoyed running on the Doodle Trail each morning since it was also close. There is even a game room in the house and we played several of the card and board games outside on the porch in the evenings. Lori truly takes pride in Pecan Terrace and you can tell! We will be sure to stay here when we are in the area again!
This was our first stay at Pecan Terrace. It is a lovely home with beautiful decor. The room (The Rose Garden) that we stayed in was large and comfortable. Lori Barnes the owner and host is very pleasant with lots of southern charm. The breakfasts were beyond good. The bed and breakfast is located close to restaurants, shopping, running and walking areas.
As we stepped onto the inviting front porch of Pecan Terrace B&B the proprietor, Lori, opened the red front door to greet us with a smile and enthusiastic hello. From that moment until our departure two days later, Lori’s charm and desire to make our stay enjoyable and memorable was always present. The entire place is adorable, renovated and decorated with a balanced nod to both vintage and contemporary styles of architectural renovations and accentuations, and there is a common area that includes coffee/tea, snacks, drinks and Lori's homemade cookies (I snuck out of our room in the middle of the night for a few of those...delicious!). Within walking distance of Pecan Terrance is downtown Easley with its many shops and friendly owners, and nearby at The Silos is an eclectic collection of restaurants and an outdoor stage with live music, all of which we thoroughly enjoyed. Not to slight any of the local restaurants, I can say without doubt that the “made from scratch” breakfasts Lori makes are outstanding, and you can taste the love she puts into preparing them. Hands down one of the best Bed and Breakfasts in which we have ever stayed. Thank you, Lori!!
Your host Lori, is an absolute Gem. So sweet and genuine. She really wants to make sure your stay is top notch. Wonderful personality, caring and so helpful. She offered great suggestions for meals outside of her home. Her breakfasts were very well thought out and prepared. The rooms are very spacious and bathrooms have everything you need. Also, most rooms have their own sitting room.
Don't forget to visit the quaint shops in town.

Where to start… the hostess, Lori was wonderful! We stayed in the George Washington room and it was fabulous! Room was bigger than we expected, clean and very comfy. The house was beautifully decorated. Now to the breakfast, it was delicious. Lori made sure everyone was happy and full. If I could give this 10 stars I would. We will definitely be back and recommend staying here to anyone that asks. Thank you Lori for making our weekend relaxing!!
The entire venue was beautifully decorated for the fall season. Each room was appropriately furnished in period pieces but not overly crowded. The George Washington room was unexpectedly spacious with bonus sitting room and a modernized private bathroom which included a chair-height toilet (which was a nice surprise). Breakfast was delicious and had in front of a fireplace due to the cool morning. The main street was charming and walkable. Lori was the perfect hostess. Would visit again if in the area.
Our stay at Pecan Terrace was nothing short of amazing. Laurie was so kind and attentive. She really made sure our weekend was stress free and comfortable! The breakfast and coffee was a perfect way to start our mornings! The house is just…wow. So beautiful, antique, rustic, however you want to describe it! Extremely cozy!
Pecan Terrace is amazing! We stayed during Clemson parents' weekend and it was a quick and easy drive to campus. The house has so much history and lots of character. We stayed in the General Easley Room, complete with a really comfy bed and gorgeous old fireplaces. While the house is wonderful, Lori is the real star! She is the epitome of Southern hospitality! She was so kind and welcoming (and adorable!). She also thinks of little extras like bowls of candies, homemade cookies, a coffee and tea bar, a fridge with waters and soft drinks, and a game room upstairs. Our breakfast was so delicious, too! Pecan Terrace definitely felt like a little home away from home!
My mother and I truly enjoyed our recent stay at the Pecan Terrace Bed and Breakfast! Walking in the front door was instantaneously comforting after our long day of traveling. We didn’t expect to have such a lovely setting for our own family to visit us, when we came to see them! My aunt and cousin came over and we all sat in the beautifully decorated and air-conditioned living room and experienced a wonderful visit together <3 <3 <3
Our stay at Pecan Terrace was above the charts. Our host Lori was amazing, helping us with places to check out and with her hospitality. The rooms were very clean as was the rest of the house. I stayed here the night of my wedding and absolutely loved it! The bed and breakfast was very spacious and easy to get to. Tucked away in a quiet mountain town and close to downtown Greenville. It was the perfect place to unwind after months of wedding planning. Laurie the host was so gracious and was very attentive. She made breakfast of us and it was very tasty each morning. Our room had another room attached to it which was very unique, and allowed us to watch TV and enjoy the romance package we purchased. I highly recommend.
