Limitless is the best I have ever experienced in upstate SC. I run a snack distribution business, and they have always been #1 for me to call when my truck has any problems. They are extremely friendly, very cost competitive, and the service is the best I've ever experienced. My truck has been there atleast 5 times already, and they always kept my business on the road in a timely manner. I deeply appreciate and value these guys. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.
The kid that was driving didn't have a clue what he was doing. I kept motioning him to stop. Yet he kept going. They literally had to call another tow truck to pull him out. The worst part is my dog loves to be outside. I can't let her out because of the mess they left me with. It's a muddy mess! My son filled in some of the ruts. Then there's the expense of buying grass seed. Their attitude was like ... oh, well. So, a negative 0 is in order.
We were stranded on the side of the road because a hub blew out on our boat trailer. We waited for 4 hours waiting for someone and they didn’t show. We called Limitless Towing and Justin was out in 30 minutes. He replaced the hub in less than 30 mins. We were so impressed that we took the boat back to his shop to replace the wheel bearings and other stuff. I would definitely recommend Limitless Towing. Justin was just awesome. Thank you for saving us!!
I really hate to even give this one star. The towing service is great but the mechanic service is awful if you have a mini Cooper or BMW product do not take your car here. It was towed there to fix fuel pump then months later I took it halfway down the road and it cut off I spent 2000 for Crappie work work, work that didn't amount to anything and my car still doesn't run it's amazing how people could even attempt to say that they're experts in something and keep your car for months and not fix it at all I still have a car that does not run.
COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY DIASSAPOINTED
So i had been using Limitless for about 2 yrs or so, i always had great service until they hired a new service manager who doesn't communicate with the customers, i had my car towed there at the end of November just before thanksgiving. As usual i called Hannah and told her i had an issue to pick it up. i left it there to be diagnosed with no phone call with a diagnoses or follow up, i went there after about 2 weeks i figured they were busy and that i had a second car for now , I was told the diagnoses and that it needed a new cylinder head because the spark plug had popped out of the head and they wanted to replace the head instead of the standard fix of a heli coil, which they do on most other cars to repair it, well i really like my car and figured why not just fix the car with a new head and the top end of the motor will be new. i authorized the repair i told Hannah to order the parts and she had until the end of Jan 2024 to get it done as i wont have a second car after that. Well i drove by Just after Christmas after it still sitting in the same spot after 3 weeks and asked them how it was coming just to check on it. NO PARTS WERE ORDERED, i was told that i needed to put a deposit down in order for them to order the parts which wasn't told to me when i authorized the work and no phone call in that almost months time to tell me this, i proceeded to tell them that i always pay when i pick up the car after the work is done like i always have they won't release the car until its paid anyway, the service manager told me well let me see where i can find the head for your car and proceeded to look at the computer, i told them to call me with a date it will be done and ill pick it up, i waited a week no callback no text, I try calling Hannah no answer, well i go back on the 16th of January, the car still hasn't budged i walked in the shop told them i want the car towed back to my house and i will fix it myself, no mention of they had ordered the parts, or that it was going in next nothing, i pay the bill 120.00 for both tows, and wait for the car to be returned to me at my home, ( Im a retired mechanic, ill just fix it myself), when they return the car off of the flat bed BOTH front tires are completely flat, they weren't flat when they picked them up and there were no issue with the tires that i was aware of i hadn't added any air to them or needed to , how embarrassing that they couldn't be bothered to even air up the tires, instead they ruin both tires by allowing the rim to drag on flat tires. which cuts up the side walls. I won't be using limitless towing anymore for my car repairs, there is no communication or motivation to complete work in a timely manner im a long time customer after i retired from fixing vehicles and have spent a decent amount of money there and always told them to just do it without caring about the price, i have always paid when i picked up my car within hours of them finishing the repairs. I don't recommend this shop to anyone who needs anything major done to their car. as a former 30yr mechanic you should NEVER have to pay upfront for a car repair in order to have it repaired, they hold the car until you pay that's there collateral.
I am so thankful for Limitless! I am not from Easley/Liberty, but came up this way to haul a horse and had a tire blow shortly after picking up. With it being almost 3 am, NO other service was able t help me, but Limitless came and helped me with a very complex situation, got me right as rain, and were very nice and so prompt in helping. Thank you so much!!
Hannah is excellent, the service here is excellent, she has always been super polite and the service is guaranteed, I will always bring my car here for repair and don't recommend anyone else, its priced very fair and very fast, if u need a good place to go here is it.
They did a fine job of creatively solving my tire problem. They allowed me to drive in on a rainy day when I wasn't working, and got me out with (hopefully, time will tell) a tire that isn't losing air and a fresh synthetic oil change. They did that in a couple hours, and charged 155. That's fairly reasonable. If the work holds up, I'll update you five stars.

This towing company did a superb job at hauling my Winnebago RV to and from a local location. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The price for the services was reasonable. I would definitely hire him again -- and then to not look elsewhere. Fabulous company!
My tire popped on the way to work at 10 am today. After my dad helped me change it out, I called Limitless since none of the big name shops could get my tire replaced before Saturday and I work 9:30-6:30. I was so stressed out, my husband left for national guard training, and I didn’t know what to do. The owner was able to order a tire and have it delivered within 2 hours and gave me a call to let me know I could drop by when I could that day. I came by the shop on my lunch and everyone was so friendly. They had me in and out of the shop within 15 minutes and I was able to get back to work early. I will be coming back, they really know how to help the community. They helped me out of a crisis and I cannot explain how fantastic they were. Thank you thank you thank you!
If you’re like me and car trouble makes you extremely nervous, these are people you can trust! I’ve required their help many times with everything from oil changes to needing a new engine and they are kind, quick, honest, and informative! Can’t recommend them enough!
Limitless tire went above and beyond to make sure my toyota tacoma was taken care of. They removed my wheel lights even so my stock rims would fit pack in. They are a family business that takes much pride in what they do. I highly recommend limitless for all your auto needs. Plus their open on Saturday which is wicked convenient
Amazing service and extremely fair prices! The fuel line went out in my wife’s vehicle right before we got hit with snow last weekend and they made sure that it was back up and running within the week with a Subaru OEM Part.

Got an oil change for the first time and my car has leaked oil ever since. I went back to have it fixed and I was told that it was not their fault. My car has never leaked oil until they serviced the car. When I went back to ask for a refund I was told that they were not going to give me the money back. I wanted a refund because I honestly did not trust them to work on my car again. The lady at the front desk told me that I did not understand the car to the level that they do. I guess because I am a female she assumed I didn’t. She herself clearly didn’t understand what was going on with the car as she was having to ask the mechanic about the issue. The way they left my car (the 3rd time)after they finally changed the gasket (which I don’t understand why that wasn’t checked at the time of the oil change or when I returned to tell them my car was leaking oil)was unacceptable they left finger prints all over my car and scratches that weren’t there in the first place. I originally chose this place based on their reviews but I was very disappointed in the service and lack of professionalism in this place.They also don’t perform all the services they promote with packages like washing windows etc. I just wanted to share my experience so hopefully no one else will have to go through this.
I really like there work and the honesty of there employees. I get my oil changed here and I received good customer service. Give them a try if you haven't already.
The driver was curtious and kind. Stayed to make sure we had everything under control and asked if we need his help with anything else. Highly recommend.
