Don't buy a vehicle from this place!!! I bought a vehicle from them and in less than 24 hours I had an issue with what I thought was the power steering pump turns out I have to put $2000 more into the vehicle now after giving them over$6300 for a vehicle they obviously knew had issues and covered it up the best they could and for me to have barely gotten back home I have kids and the vehicle needs a rack and pinion and other things. It wasn't even safe to drive and they had it on the lift the day I got it told us it needed brakes and they are supposed to be a shop so can't tell me they didn't know this car had other problems after having it on a lift and I put my kids into this car and the very next day after buying it I started to notice the noises and the steering problems. I really wish people like this had more consequences. They could have really hurt my entire family and everything I care about so I pray they reap what they sow
These people are awesome! I had some minor damage after backing into something that blew over during a storm. Grants took good care of me and fixed my bumper and didn’t charge me a thing. They were very nice and fast. If I need anymore body work, I’ll go to Grants from now on.
Friendly folks but only 1 mechanic I was told. Twice, a problem couldn't be fixed or, too busy with alot of chatter inside of working. Problem continued so the car had to be taken elsewhere.
They always do good work and no one has ever been rude to me. They may be busy, but not rude. Some people think they can be rude and difficult themselves and expect to get what they want. Be realistic!
Karry Grant is rude I asked about an update on my vehicle after three days of it being there he said he couldn't just drop everything and work on my vehicle that he had other things to do I said I know you have other things to do but all I was wanting to know is how much it would be and they hung up on me.
