To be honest i enjoy every visit bringing my vehicles to This business they do quality work and not only that have a very nice and honest owner Nikki Is one of the main reasons I continue to choose this business over most in the area mall shops will allow you to spend your hard earn money, knowing that you’re throwing it away on trying to save a vehicle past this prime Nikki breaks it down where you can understand step-by-step and before you get any major work done, she let you know if it’s worth it and what all you’re looking and expecting to have to do . But one thing for sure every time I got a vehicle work on Whatever the problem was, it was solved by the time I left had a Dodge Challenger that kept running hot no longer runs hot So yes, long as Nikki continues to runs this business I will continue to be a customer
Nicki is very honest and straightforward. she will not tell you a lie about your car if it’s something she can’t fix she will not rob you out your money. She is the only shop I go to for repairs and oil changes she is really one of a kind if I could give her 10 stars I would. Nicki truly is the best
They messed up my car. Spent over $5,000 on repairs (engine replacement, sensors, catalytic converters, spark plugs and coil packs) just it to have the same problems. Had a 90 warranty and every time I had to take it back, they over charged me, duct taped hoses and wires to hurry up and get it gone. Instead of replacing parts, they kept changing parts from my old engine and other engine parts they had around without making sure they were actually good to use.
There are not enough stars for this place and the people here!!! I broke down and spent the night in their parking lot , the owner she made sure I had everything I needed including food!!! Can’t then and Her enough ?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Might be somewhat pricy, but after over a year later and driving my vehicle all over the United States in all environments over various types of terrain I have not had an issue since repairs were made.
Great place to do business and they're always honest no matter what is being worked on!! I've found out its extremely hard to find a truly honest mechanic and that most shops don't even have the proper tools & computers to work on cars these days but Percision Does.. I know that Ricky's spend tens of thousands of dollars just to make sure he has the right tool for the job no matter what it is.. He says that there's no room in Marion County for another shady mechanic and people never got ahead by taking advantage of someone especially when they're trusting you with one of their most valuable assets, their automobile..
I seen behind the scenes at this place several times and that's why I trust them with anything I have, they have their stuff together.. All I'm trying to say in this review is that if you want an honest place to have your vehicle worked on without being taken advantage of, take it to Ricky at Percision and you will definitely get an honest outcome no matter what!! Horrible customer service!!! The owner is rude and will over charge you. He will gets upset when asked for detailed bill. Worked on Dodge Ram truck and not fixed!!!! Change spark plugs and truck still not running right! $580 truck and $249 to fix a window regulator.... REALLY!!!’ I was not able to attach a copy of bills but have them available.
