I called about a rebuild kit for a Holley 600 carburetor. The website indicated that there was one in stock at the Chapin location. I asked what where the dimensions of the needles and seats located in the float bowl because it did not show online. The kit would have had a .110 or a size .097 which I need. Jeff, the parts specialist said he could not tell but they had some of the kits on the shelf. I kindly asked him to open one and tell me the number. He said he could not open one because them it would then be an open box. I offered to pay for it online and he still declined to check the needle and seat. I won't shop there again and go elsewhere for my automotive needs. Great job expert!
Could not be more impressed with this local business! I knew my car battery was fading. Asked my mechanic to check it at my last oil change.... guess they forgot. Before things went from bad to worse, I pulled into O'Reilly here in Chapin. I was greeted immediately, my problem was addressed, my battery was located, purchased and installed in less than 30 minutes! WOW! Thank you Jakob for your outstanding service!
Stopped in this evening to pick up a few things and ask some questions on a part I need. I was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge the staff had. They were able to answer all my questions and provide helpful advice. Definitely will be back.
Great people, well stocked shelfs came in for a quart of non detergent 30 weight oil and they were able to get me checked out within few minutes and get me back to the house

Ordered parts over the phone and they’re never there when they say they will be. Call ahead if your stuff is supposed to come in because they won’t call you if your parts don’t show. Normally a diehard customer but the service from this one has made me question that.
Always amazing guys but they couldn't find the warranty on my battery so that sucks BUT ... really wonderful people that work there and very very helpful every single time!
I am new to living in Chapin and lost a wiper blade during a rainy day. I just happened to see the sign and pulled into the parking lot quickly to see if they even had what I needed. The staff was amazing and had me on my way in less than five minutes they were, fun to chat with and I am really loving living in this small town.
Horrible communication at this store. Ordered a small but vital part online to be picked up the next afternoon. No one called to say it did not come in. When I stopped by to pick it up I was told they had to order it from another location and was promised it would be in by noon the next day. Which I could live with but a hassle. Once again no call, so I called them at 130pm to ask where the part was and they told me it will be here the following day again. Not acceptable I have a truck on the rack that is costing me over $700 a day by being out of service because these people can't get a part when they say they can. I would have fedex1 am serviced this part from an online retailer if they had not lied to me yesterday.
Great service. Found my car battery was dead when I started to go to work, called Advanced Auto Parts, they couldn't deliver a battery, then I called O'Reilly Auto Parts and they let me buy a battery by phone and brought it to me. He also gave me tips on how to change it out. I will use O'Reilly as my primary auto parts store going forward. Thank you.
Wonderful employees and ideally located in Chapin. I came by tonight to ask for a solutions printout for a check engine light I had. Their competitor up the road had been rude to me when I asked for the same thing and brushed me off. But not O'Reilly Auto Parts. The assistant manager, Anfernee, immediately started doing research on the code I was experiencing and loaded my vehicle information. He apologized for asking me several questions as he narrowed down my vehicle. I said it was no problem, that I appreciated that he was getting to the exact make, model, and trim of my truck. Anfernee then retrieved his scan tool and went to my truck. As it turns out, I had more than one code and he alerted me to it. We went back into the store and Anfernee printed off as much information as he could find regarding the emissions codes. He also confirmed I had two O2 sensors and we went over possible solutions for the O2 sensor error codes (just needs a good cleaning). O'Reilly Auto Parts in Chapin has gained a new customer and I will be returning in the future.
Excellent folks to work with. Understood the situation allowed us to perform the alternator replacement right in their lot. Even tho it was another stores screw up these guys were exceptional to help out and allow me to bring the core in after i already installed the new one they gave me upon arrival and allowed use of their property/parking lot
Called locally for the price of a battery. First contacted irmo location. Opted for Chapin location bc I had other business in the area. Called Chapin to check availability. Arrived, purchased, and installed my battery out in the parking lot. Requested help on 2 different occasions. Didn't think I would have to ask for a 'free battery installation' after I purchased. Jeffrey jus kept getting my tools, and wasn't much help. Will go with irmo location next time.
Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff. Good selection of inventory, however, shop around a bit before purchasing. Last parts order (Moog Brand) was $158 before tax. Same exact part numbers from Rock Auto were $87 including shipping and tax. Oreilly’s would not price match due to rock auto being online.
I bought new headlights for my F-150 and Cameron spent at least an hour changing them. The entire front grill had to be removed. His efforts saved me a lot of time and money. Thank you Cameron!
