Service is horrible as well as the Tires. They scratched my wheels all up and my tire is dry rotted all too hell they will not care about your safety. They will just sell you anything to make some money. (Edit) it’s been a month but I was going to take the $10 discount I called the next morning when I woke up to the tire completely flat but I told you I work everyday and when I had time I’d come get another tire and if you look at other reviews they will also remind people how unprofessional and bad the business is I never said anything out the way I said ok no worries I’ll go to the other tire shop at least I’ll feel more comfortable getting a tire I don’t have to worry about because you tell me for full price I can get a tire that’s guaranteed to be good but how can you guarantee a tire to be good if you sold a bad one last time your guys could have looked and seen the tire was in horrible shape and dry rotted y’all sold the tires to a woman knowing she want going to check it so your employees could at least check to make sure a tire doesn’t have huge dry rotted cracks
I got stuck in the middle of nowhere twice within 8 hours and these amazing people helped me the whole time with nothing but good intentions and amazing work
AAA set up my tow with C Russell and Sons, and they were fantastic from start to finish. Adam arrived right on time and walked me through the whole process. My car had to go an hour away to the nearest service center, and Adam kept me updated the entire way—he even sent photos once he arrived. Excellent communication, professionalism, and care for my vehicle. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service! Highly recommend.
I completely understand the low ratings — they’re getting over on people! I called ahead to get two tires and was quoted $40 each, installed. I even double-checked and called back to confirm the price and payment methods, and again, was told $40 per tire installed — no appointment needed, just come in.
My husband took the car up there, got the tires put on, and suddenly the price jumped to $150 for both! How do you go from $80 to $150 after confirming twice? Someone is quoting one thing over the phone and then changing it once the work is done.
This is absolutely dishonest and misleading. You can’t tell customers one price, then double it afterward, and claim it was a “misunderstanding.” It’s a total scam — never again!
Sold us 2 tires this week that was made in 2010. Both tires blew at the same time shortly after installation while driving down the highway. Please look at the tires they are selling before purchasing.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this company for anything Hyundai roadside assistance sent this company to pick up my car and they lost my key I am currently going back and forth with them to get a replacement I have been given several different excuses to where I have to get a lawyer involved I will definitely keep you posted on how this fiasco turns out
They helped me remove a tire with stripped lug nuts. The gentleman also explained to me what type to buy from the store and showed me how to use a car jack. He also examined the tire and identified the source of the flat which was a nail. He even marked it so that i would know where a plug was needed. A lot of people dont go out of their way to be helpful so I appreciated that. They have made a new customer out of me.
