Sales used tires with a plug in it for overpriced then don’t make it right when you notice the plugs in it. Also lost my center cap to my wheel Extremely unprofessional when a issue comes up
Calfie (tow truck driver) was top notch. Very thorough and careful when hooking up my Yukon. Got me to the shop in a timely manner. I’d highly recommend this company and calfie deserves a raise for his hard work and dedication to this company.
This company is so unprofessional; I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. The reason for my rating they can’t afford a debit gas card for associates; however we waited a hour or more at gas station prior to picking me up on the interstate waiting on other driver to come get debit card. Plus I changed my destination the owner wouldn’t even refund the difference; I advised nobody to pay until u know exactly where u going. When u owning a company please have enough money in your business account ; because it seems like this a broke company; because why you couldn’t refund me . I would drop them for servicing my company immediately!!!!!!!!!
Was at my home on time, and able to get my truck onto his lift despite the wheels being locked. Took a little maneuvering but the guy was awesome!. Preciate you guys!.
They made me a offer for 289 got there they say best they can do is 150 I drove 47 miles to be negotiate when offer was made already they customer service dillion threw check at my wife bc I told him it was going to be bad review
Shitty business sent my old lady to get a tire they sold her a shitty tire dry rotted all to hell leaks air and have to pump it up 2 times a day wouldn’t make it right only offered a $10 discount on another tire

Lied to me and sold me a rusty cab. Paid in full no refunds. They said little rust. Took a month longer than promised to have it ready. And then crushed the tops of the doors when they pulled it off the truck. Terrible business ethic. It wasnt a difference of opinion it was a straight up con job. Be carefull. Money means more than integrity here
Lost a tire and needed a tow and Adam was great! It was late at night and he made sure to time his arrival with when my husband would get to me so he didn't leave me, my baby and a dog stranded. He was super communicative even late at night when I was double checking the auto shop had a key drop box.
They came to my rescue for a flat and said they had a shop close to the interstate . They put a tire on. As soon as I got to my destination 2 mechanics told me they couldn’t believe they put such a WORN OUT tire on my car!!!! Please beware !!!
I called to see if they had a part for my Dodge Charger. I was told they did and it would be $25 for the part and for them to remove and have ready for me, but I would need to pay upfront via CashApp. I gladly paid and when I went the next day to get my part it wasn’t ready. My husband went back later in the day and they still didn’t have it, so he went out to the yard to get it and they didn’t have a charger - they had a challenger. My memo on my CashApp payment said 2011 Dodge Charger. They tried to argue with me and said I told them I bad a challenger. Here’s the worst part - this was their mistake and they refused to give me a refund. They are fraudulent and a bunch of thieves!
I bout this transmission from these guys and my mechanic was going to put it in but the transmission has one speed sensor and mine calls for two I called these guys and the wouldn’t swap it out because of the warranty was up it’s not a warranty problem you sold me the wrong transmission I’ll be contacting a lawyer
I have a bad back and cant lift much but i do have several cars so, I frequently let dillon (the owner) mount tires for me. Over the course of time that he has been open i have purchased many parts from him. The most notable part purchased is the transmission in my truck. and it was pulled quickly and was very reasonably priced. He keeps a variety of cars including older stuff (all my vehicles are old). give him a chance guys you wont be dissapointed!

Went to get a door. Add said nothing about door still being attached to vehicle and they wanted me to pay extra for them to remove it. Wouldn't let me use any tools or help at all even though explained I just drove almost 2 hours to get there. All their vehicles are basically sitting on the ground which makes it impossible to knock out bottom pin in hinge. Finally after hour or 2 or struggling someone else came and helped me. Will never go back and this is a terrible place with customer service or even trying to get help at all. All around worst salvage yard, u-pull-it or whatever I have ever been to in my life
Called multiple times trying to arrange a pickup up. They refused to give me even an estimated time, got annoyed with me for calling back and told me they would call me when they were available. I never got called back.
Ordered a head for my truck. Paid $100. Called my mechanic as I was leaving the salvage yard and he said he could have the old one fixed. I immediately (within 5 minutes of leaving) called and cancelled the request for the head. I was told they wouldn't give me a refund but to keep my receipt and use it as a credit. Today, 2 months later I needed parts and was told that the credit was only good for 30 days and banned me from the yard for protesting. They may have got a $100 for nothing but they lost a customer for a lifetime. THAT'S NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS
Came in from out of town to visit a friend.. my tire went flat on my 2016 challenger. Came across C Russell & Sons and wow! They were so helpful! They had my exact tire and Dillon the Manager switched it up in no time! Thank you for all of your help! You guys are the best!!! Definitely 5 STARS! Thanks again
Do not in any way shape or form do business with these people they lied about the yr of the part and never mentioned a no refund policy the part they gave us was 10 yrs before our vehicle was even built they ripped off a 62 yr old disabled woman for 300.00 and could care less our mechanics said they found the correct part at a different yard for 350 but these people refuse to get it in exchange instead they said they would fined their own part which means rip her off for 600 don't trust a word they say they are a disgrace to the industry
The owner, Dylan walked me around the yard so that I could get what I wanted. Even helped me over the ditches. He must have a nice grandma because I am A grandma. Great price great service easy to deal with not hard to find. Five stars indeed
