Went in there about a week ago. My gear shift wouldn’t work because the bushing came off under the hood on the shift arm thing. It was later at night but still a good 30-45 min before closing. No one else was in there customer wise. I drove my car there literally having to pop the hood and manually change gears myself if I had to reverse or park and back to drive. Tried a zip tie but it kept coming off. 2 guys working behind the counter, except they weren’t even working. I HAD TO GREET THEM WHEN I CAME IN, saying ‘hey how are you?’ Neither one said anything back to me!!! So unwelcoming and so uncomfortable!! The one was sitting and the other standing and they just looked at me like I was out of line for daring to even come in there. The one let out a big obvious sigh as he made his way to the area of the counter that I was at. Rolled his eyes and gave me a look like basically saying ‘what do you want???’ I told them what was going on. He couldn’t have been more annoyed. Set his phone down on counter hard and started punching keys on the computer and even that he was hitting the keys so hard clearly letting me know how much of an imposition I was. Quickly said “we have nothing like that, only the dealership can give you that or Amazon but we don’t carry anything like that for your car.” I was like ok do you have any bushing pieces for Chrysler or Dodge (not the whole shift arm just the little gasket type piece… knowing that it I just have something close I can rig it up) another loud sign, stomped over to one of the aisles, took him forever to find something came and showed me saying “we have this it’s Chrysler but it’s for trucks so it won’t work’ I drive a Chrysler 200 so asked well if it says for Chrysler and you’re saying truck models, can you explain what truck does Chrysler even make?? I don’t know of any!! I just left at that point when he had no answer other than it’s not gonna work. This was the guy with curly-ish dark blonde hair. The heavier dark haired guy just sat there the whole time. Horrible customer service, no advice whatsoever besides call the dealership. I live 30 min from this location and the way I was having to drive was so dangerous and I was just trying to make it home. Wasn’t expecting or inferring that I wanted them to take a look at my car or anything. I’m a female but I was going to do it myself. Went to another store (not another Reilly) and was helped properly, why do these guys have such bad attitudes??? Idk if it’s just due to me being a female or something but they make you feel like you want to just get the heck out Of there. These guys need to go! They can’t even say hi. Seriously stay away from this location if you want to be treated like a human being! So unprofessional, they just want to close up and get out of there. Pretty soon this location won’t have any customers coming in whatsoever because of the hostile attitude they put out. I’m pretty sure o’reillys didn’t come knocking on their door begging them to come work there, they came to the store looking for a job, somehow got hired and now act like they don’t want to do their job even though their getting paid. It’s fine if you don’t have the part I need, but that’s no excuse to be so rude

Went here twice in last 2 days.Had to find my own parts .While the 2 guys working there could lay there phones down long enough to help me evidently.One of the worst customer services ii have had anywhere in a long times.And that is saying alot .The 2 young men there working couldn't lay there phones down long enough to realize I was there are needed help.When I finally got their attention their customer service was the worst and I will not go back.I will drive out of my way to avoid dealing with that if I can help it.

Went to O’Reilly to get some automotive items I had to wait almost 10min and there wasn’t only one customer besides myself. I just had 2 items. One worker was helping a customer, another worker was getting items for someone and a lady was constantly talking on the phone. Terrible service. Never returning!

Had a part number and all the information pulled up, and they would still not help bring it out from back, insisting we had bought his last one, last time. After insisting on it showing up online, finally had it brought out for us. A 5 minute shopping experience turned into 15 minutes of back and forth.

Customer Service: 5 (A+) Affordability: 5 Location: 5 Cleanliness: 5 Parking: 5 We had to stop by store location last Sunday because our check engine light came on. Or first stop was the Advanced Auto store across the street from them, but the staff informed us that they didn't have a diagnostic machine so wouldn't be able to help us. So I immediately thought to myself why not try this O'Reilly store, and we discovered that we were blessed with excellent customer service from Tom. He was very knowledgeable about vehicles and was able to give excellent advice after completing a free diagnostic check of our vehicle. Long story short...once I purchased a few auto parts I was able to fix the check engine light and we were back on the road again. Their facility has a big private parking lot which made it convenient during our visit. Their prices are very affordable and reasonably priced compared to their competitors. But hands down....Tom's customer service was very exceptional. He went above and beyond to assist us once he discovered we were just traveling through the area. Because of Tom's excellent customer service on this occasion...our family will now be a loyal and lifetime O'Reilly Auto Parts member. I'd highly recommend this store location for your auto parts or necessities!!!

Expensive. Oil filter will cost you over double. A couple of bucks fine but $8.99 at O'Reilly's vs $3.97 online.

The manager at the Travelers Rest location really went out of his way to help me - I wish I could've caught his name so he could be better recognized. He came outside and got his hands dirty under the hood of my car to make sure I was getting the parts I needed.

They might have the best price in town. We had a break job to do, all together had to go back to they store four times they give us the wrong parts, from pads to rotors. It took one month to get break job done, that's crazy.

The only good people at any O'Reilly store I have ever been to( been in 43 states and many stores) where people are helpful. The top 2 people to ask for are Serena or Rob in commercial. Those two are genuinely good folks, and do what they can to help. Most of the O'Reilly stores I have seen are cold as ice, especially in California area.

Guys in there are very impatient and unhelpful. Was unable to find the correct transmission oil to use in a heavy duty forklift so had to call my mechanic instead to tell me which one to buy.

Recently having issues with their parts provider giving good working quality parts .. Had to reorder a clutch master cylinder 3 times before I got one that worked properly after installing it .. Over all they're usually the best priced and best in town

Before you leave the store, check your box to make sure the part number on the box matches the number on the part, or you won't get warranty help. $100 mistake on my part...2 stars is for them giving me the wrong box (had been opened and looked like a re-stock) with the right part (I didn't see that until I got home and was installing) that went bad. After spending 2+ hours between two of their stores and coming up empty, I came home. Did a little more digging and found that I replaced the opposite side over a year ago from a different store, so this just further validated what I already knew. Mistakes happen, and I understand the dilemma from their perspective. They offered to discount a replacement, but I think I'll spend full price and get it from a store that has given me the benefit of the doubt in the past.
