Cindy helped me find a great pair of windshield wipers and informed me about a plan with the manufacturer that would allow me to purchase the same windshield wipers for $9 in 12 months. That’s a great deal! Cindy installed the windshield wipers on my truck and my wife’s car today. I am very appreciative of what Cindy helped me with today. She is highly deserving of the 5 star rating I gave her and her store. Thank you Cindy for helping me out today. It is very appreciated.

Tuesday morning on my way to work and realized I needed new wiper blades. Pulled into advance in TR and was helped by the manager Cindy. She even went out into the rain and installed them for me as well. She was very helpful and polite. Will be back if I need anything else!

I am SO glad this was the auto parts store I chose. I had just had a creepy, frustrating experience with a roadside assistance guy who thought he knew everything but was clearly an idiot about electric cars. Then I called this Advance Auto Parts. Tay not only understood electric cars and knew what I needed -- he was also super reassuring with a wonderfully calming voice. He replaced my 12V battery quickly and expertly. It runs beautifully now. Tay, and this store, now have my absolute loyalty for auto parts! Tay's wife is really cool too! Thank you for hiring such great people!

I placed an online order for pickup. Once I arrived to the store, my baby was asleep in the car. I called the store and Phillip was most helpful and had my order ready quickly and brought it out to the car so I didn't have to wake up a sleeping baby to take her in. This kind gesture is what will make me a return customer.

False or incorrect advertising. The staff was okay but I have a "foreign " car that requires a VTI for installation and was refused service (battery installation) due to the lack of correct information. I wasted time, gas and tears. They need better advertising with the correct information, there is no where on the website nor store front window that advised installation was limited to certain vehicles.... this is truly heartbreaking and frustrating.

They loan tools. They loaned me a power steering pulley puller kit and it was free. I just had to lay a credit card down for deposit and when I was done using the pulley kit I returned it for a refund on my deposit. They were very friendly.

On 8/9/24 at approximately 8:25p, my fiancée and I went to purchase a battery from Advance Auto Parts after being racially discriminated against at Autozone. When we arrived at Advance Auto, there was to guys working, Jake and Tim. We told them about the experience we had at Autozone and they listened to our needs. We needed a new battery for my fiancée's car. Jake provided great customer service while he was installing the new battery and he was super friendly. He completed the battery installation within 15 minutes. And he made sure everything was operating correctly before we left. Jake and Tim made our evening better simply by providing great customer service with a smile. Thank you both so much!

This store is now my favorite store in all the stores that ive tried for auto parts in Greenville and TR area. Reason is while winters were at their peak. Everyone was having all sorts of car issues. I know when i see him but hes this one guy in the store is superhelpful. He assisted me in charging my battery overnight on slow charge and meanwhile i diagnosed the issue for my break light that were not turning off and draining my battery. End of story my experience with this team has been great and thats all I care about.

I stopped by the store in Travelers Rest where I have bought various auto parts for over 20 years through some great customer service. The 2 employees were engaged in a conversation about cars. They didn't even make eye contact with me, much less offer to assist me as I stood at the desk. I bought the parts I needed at a nearby store where I wasn't "invisible".

Excellent customer service, I had a great experience here, the team changed my battery and educated me on the maintenance of my car. They explained to me how long car batteries last, and the cold weather can definitely kill an old battery. Anyways you guys did a great job, was not stressful at all. You all answered my questions and took care of me!

Customer service is not there priority the first trip to buy items I waited for someone to help me only to get the wrong item cause that,s all they had went to return items and no handicap in front of the store so I got in and waited only for one employee to be called twice before I got service so please take down sign regarding Customer service because it a ball face lie

No help what so ever!! So I went next door to ORielys and was taken care of no problem. U knew there was a reason that I stopped going to Advance but couldn't remember what it was so now I have a brand new one. Its Auto Zone or ORielys from now on. I gave them 1 star because they were open.

By far the rudest incompetent customer service!!! 7 times for one part said the ordered it and did not was told a pick up time just to be told it waa not there.... a gentleman behind the counter after he's so graciously decided to come inside from smoking and being on his cell phone had nothing but attitude.. even went as far as to say why didn't you measure the belt when he was the original person to take the order and measure the belt and then threw the part on the counter after the 6th time of going back..... never again will we return to the store. Nor will they be getting my services from family members that happens to be a mechanic local...

The employees are helpful. Easy to order online and pick up in store a few minutes later. They have a pretty good selection in store, but not as good as the stores in Greenville.
