Love using Johnson towing this is my second time and it's always fast quick and easy and today they went above and beyond and helped us get to the best tire shop for the lowest price and towed us there truly grateful for them and their customer service
They literally had me waiting three hours.Guy pulls up with 4 or 5 kids in the car.No seat belts no nothing.Then the guy was rude as hell and it 98 degrees outside.
After being refused by several towing companies Johnson's Towing was happy to help tow my dead motorcycle on a late Sunday afternoon. They got it up on the ramp (it's over 700lbs) secure it and placed it where I could easily roll it to its storage area. Price was good and we were very happy with the service. I hope you both enjoyed the homemade bread and fresh eggs! George (our rooster) and the girls were happy to meet you! I called and Anthony dropped everything to come rescue my son and I from a very busy road when my car broke down. He showed up quickly and made sure we got home safely. There has never been a time when I call that Johnson’s 24 Hour Towing is not available. The owner is very professional and reliable. I’ve had several break downs, both personal and professional, and he always tow my vehicles with care. He also follow up when he has delivered the vehicle to the shop of my choice. I greatly appreciate the transparency with pricing as well. From my experience he has always kept his prices reasonable and economical than other towing services that are clearly overpriced. I definitely recommend his services. Thank you for always providing great quality service!
I had my car towed by Johnson’s towing a week ago and the service was great. The driver Anthony was very professional and handled my car with care. He also arrived in a timely fashion.
Excellent service and pricing. Needed to get my vehicle towed and did not want it left in my apartment parking lot as I was moving, so they offered to pick it up and keep it at their yard over the weekend and delivery it on Monday. Alishia in the office was extremely kind and helpful and was great at getting back to me when she said. Overall, everyone involved was exceptional.
If I could give 0 stars I would!! Let me tell yall how Anthony Johnson owner of Johnson Towing STOLE my car from my apartment complex & I had to pay $300 to get it back.
The car was backed in on 9/04/2024 at 7am and was gone by 7:22am. I called the number & asked if they had the car around 3pm. Alicia LAUGHS as she says “i was wondering when you were going to call” I asked why the car was towed & she says “because the tag is expired” I tell her that the document proving I paid the tag was in the vehicle & we are just waiting on the sticker. She says “well the doors are locked”. Mr Johnson gets on the phone & I mention the same thing to him. He didn’t care what I had to say. All he was worried about was the money! “It’s 250 today, $50 per day. Tomorrow it’ll be $300”
Alicia calls 9/05/2024 around 1pm to ask if I had came up with a solution to get the car. I said “yes we will be there soon” & she proceeded to say “ok that’s going to be $386” I said NO it’s not because that not what I was told 24 hours ago.
I talked to my apartment complex AFTER we paid. Because I was wondering what made him come after my car. People park in the no parking zone ALL DAY & NIGHT in my complex and those cars are NEVER touched by Ant Johnson. A woman over heard me and said “yeah I’ve watched him get out of the truck and walk behind cars checking tags”
He said “the tag expired in July, it’s September”. He said he would give me til the end of the week to fix it. The complex said they give out yellow paper warnings & I told them I DIDNT receive any type of warning & They said they DID NOT call this man to come tow my vehicle. They also said they don’t have a contract with him & that’s why the cars parked in the no parking zone are never touched!
This God fearing, church going man was WRONG to come into my complex & STEAL my car! He is taking advantage of his own people by coming into a low income apartment complex and STEALING cars. And because people don’t have the knowledge or money to get a lawyer, they just pay the price and leave it at that. And to charge such a ridiculous amount and then TRY to charge more the next day is absurd!
They REAL nasty the daughter will catch a attitude but if you catch one back she want to call the police. They wont release your car right then and there once you have the money. They rode my tire off the rim and bent up my rotor. Its not as much as Johnson but his daughter is going to be the cause of lose business and a more serious conflict if she isnt stopped‼‼‼‼‼‼‼

I was in a fatal car accident this past weekend. I had just cashed my payroll check I had more than $400 cash in my purse, a money order in my purse all of my medication’s, some of which were controlled substances, which would be very difficult to replace, everything was still in my car when I got out of the hospital, they followed the law to the letter and really provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced with a towing company. I highly recommend if anything is ever needed with this kind of service that you use this company ! Thank you and God bless!!!

Had a great experience with this group. Had my car in an accident last week. I didn't realize it was the owner coming to get it but before worrying about the car he checked to make sure I was alright. Had the pleasure of meeting him and others in his business today when I cleared my stuff out. It's nice to work with people who genuinely care. A positive review is the least of what can be paid back. I highly recommend this group in the Greenville area!
I scheduled a long distance towing for the following day. Not only did he give me an ahh-mazing price, they arrived on time! The crew at the shop were professional, welcoming, and treated me like family. I greatly appreciated the provisions made to travel in the most comfortable truck as it was a 3+hr ride.
The owner was easy to talk to which made the time fly by!

I would give 10 stars if I could. My daughter was traveling from Maryland back to college in SC at 1am in the rain on I-85 when her car slid off of the road into a road barrier. Thankfully, she was fine but her car wheel was bent. The police called Johnson's Towing and they arrived in minutes. Anthony took very good care of my daughter and her car, making sure she was safe and that her car was safe. I would definitely recommend Johnson's Towing services for anyone needing help.

Ant Jones was very professional. Contacted me to let know his exact arrival time to my car's destination per GPS. Contacted me on his way to the drop off location. He took my car of the bed with ease. Did NOT scrape my back bumper on the pavement like most companies do. Wrote me a receipt and went on his way. Thanks so much guys for getting to me that early in the morning without hesitation.
Anthony Jones was great! He came in about 30 minutes and towed our car from the interstate to our apartment and we were about to follow him home. He was very helpful and knew what he was doing.
I could not be more pleased with the price and service in replacing the tires on my Nissan Rogue! I had shopped around and the dealership price was phenomenally high. Johnson’s saved me quite a bit overall. The icing on the cake was my muddy car being returned clean and shiny. Great price, wonderful service and No surprises! Very rude and unprofessional. They get one star because the drivers are courteous and doesn’t take too long to come. I dealt with this company on different occasions and it’s the woman you talk to
on the phone that needs a course in customer service and fairness. Oh and they don’t have change(but they are a cash only service), and depending on the driver he may or may not know what he is doing and would tell you they’re not responsible for damage. Ha! This place is a joke. Call anyone else! Please!
Absolutely dishonest people who don't follow thru with promises made to fix things that they were at fault for because of their drivers ignorance. Then they try to make it out to be your fault. Got a lot to learn about how to conduct business and be professional. Seemed like.it wasn't the first time they have scammed people into signing paperwork to cover their own behinds. Wouldn't recommend if they were the last company available.
I called with the most frustrating situation....a loaded, broken trailer. Several other towing services in the area gave me the run around, and after waiting for almost three hours for the towing service I had called, I called Johnson's Towing. They were incredible, they were there in 15 minutes flat, in the pouring rain, and had me home in about 30 minutes. I would, and already have recommend them to anyone they are great. Friendly, courteous, fast and most of all careful!!! They saved the day!!!!
Johnson's 24 Hour towing may be decent towing your vehicle, but DO NOT have your vehicle repaired there. They are unprofessional and will not return phone calls, they will give you the runaround, add charges to your bill and if your vehicle is not fixed they will do their best to NOT give you a refund. Oh, did I mention they like to keep cars for at least two months? This business is a big NO NO! Please do not make the same mistake.
