The best mechanic that works on 7.3 diesel power stroke trucks. Did work on my Excursion! Quality work. Don't trust a random mechanic with these beauties.
I brought my F350 in due to an oil leak. The staff at J & J gave me an estimate and explained the reasons for the repairs needed. Allison in the office was great to deal with and made sure I had all of the information about my truck. The repair cost was significant but I was comfortable with the expertise of the mechanics and the quality of their work. After the repair was completed, one of the parts failed as it was defective from the factory. J & J got my truck back in immediately and replaced the part at no additional cost. I feel they did a great job, and treated me like a long time customer, even though it was my first time using their shop.
J and j does great work at a reasonable price I'm a mechanic my self on boats and can do the services he has done for me but I Don't have the Facility so I take it to j and j they have never done me wrong and as someone who knows what things cost to do this kind of work the are very reasonable...would recommend them to anyone.

The whole team at J&J are great to work with. They have a customer first attitude, which is rare in today’s world. As far as work, I have not met a more knowledgeable group especially when it comes to the 7.3L. They have found things a dealer could not… I recommend Highly!
Spent over 10k with them and my truck still isn’t working how it’s supposed to. Had an overheating problem and they couldn’t find the issue just replacing parts out the a$$ Called to try to fix the issues but since they gotten paid don’t even bother calling back. Very disappointed with John and his company.

J&J automotive worked on 2015 Denali and I have to say hands down this was the best decision I made. They converted my CP4 to a CP3 and had it done within days! (Super time consuming job) If I ever have any more issues with my diesel J&J will be the place I go to!

John is an honest, straightforward guy. He's prompt in his service and takes time to go over the details of your vehicle's issues. It's great place for service and repairs, especially for Ford Powerstroke diesels.
Only works on what he wants have tried to get my son's truck and my own in for repair. For months Called several times to get an appointment to bring them in ..Never got any response guess my money is not good enough . Typical buyer Beware
I had a Borla XR-1 Sportsman Exhaust installed on my 2006 Mercedes-Benz C230 Sport and I am pleased with everything! Sounds amazing! Great staff and friendly service. Durable work and good timing! Definitely reccomend!!

I only take my cars to J&J Automotive because I trust them and they always stand behind their work! They offer good advice and are very honest in their assessment of the job at hand. Their receptionist, Allison, is wonderful and knowledgeable about automobiles and repair! I never have to wait because I make an appointment! I won't trust my cars to anyone else! Every time we have to take a truck here it's Always a pleasure! Cool atmosphere! Nice pleasant people! And top of the line service! For any diesel vehicle,,, this is the mechanic for you! We normally have to take something there once or twice the last few months! Every they have been straight-up honest dependable and reasonable! Very hard combination to find hats off to these guys!

The customer service is great. Made me feel very comfortable and John was willing to talk to me about all the option for my 2005 F350. He made conservative and common sense recommendations. I didn’t feel like they were trying to up sale me at any point. The after care was great answering all my question and concerns. My truck will go nowhere else. Runs better than ever before.
While all the rest of the shops are guessing and throwing parts at cars for no reason and promising to be "cheaper" then everyone else, J & J actually will diagnose and repair your vehicle properly the first time and for a reasonable price. Best in the area for all types of repairs!
Huge shout out for getting my husband's truck back on the road. It took a few months for my husband to realize he's good at a lot of things but some you should leave to the professionals! Called around asking for help and J&J were the most courteous and fairly priced for what we needed. They came and towed his "baby" and treated it as of it were their own! Will definitely make the drive from Columbia for any and all our diesel repairs as this is now our go-to for diesel repair! Thanks again guys!
John is always honest and upfront about the service needed and service which could wait. His shop is reliable for good service (great people) but his advice and dependability is priceless.
Just left .Truck run great. However when I confronted him about small dent in left rear above tail gate . I was told no way happened there . I have owned this truck for 17 years I know every inch of my truck .He did say he would pay for it .but don't come back.... How can u absolutely say no dent happened in your extremely over croudes parking lot.. such B.S

Great customer service, knowledgeable technicians, friendly and will not over sale you for work needed. It's shops like this where the customer benefits from the technicians experience rather than just going to another run of the mill service shop. J & J are the experts in their field and I'm grateful to have found them. Plus they have a dog in the office, so that tells me right there i'm dealing with good people.
