I can't believe that I was up here yesterday and overheard an employee threatening to hit a female who had not given him any reason to hit her. I don't feel comfortable getting my vehicle serviced in a place that condones a male hitting a female.
I had a terrible experience getting my brakes repaired here. The job took over an hour, and only after completing the work and charging me did they tell me my rotors needed to be turned. They even warned me that if I didn’t get it done immediately, it could damage the brand-new brakes they had just installed.
This felt like they purposely waited until after I paid to tell me, leaving me no real choice but to spend even more. If this was truly necessary, it should have been checked and explained before doing the work. Instead, I left feeling completely taken advantage of.
I could have gone somewhere else and had everything — brakes and rotors — done together for about $120. I will not be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend at all

I was in an accident and needed my car fixed. They were recommended to me by a friend, so I went. The initial encounter was good. I've been there before to get my brakes changed. What I needed done this time was a little more extensive. I told them what happened, they looked at it they told me what I needed to get done. Money was not the problem I just needed it done. I guess finding the parts "was the problem". I had to keep calling to see what was going on since no one called me. The next day I called since no one called me back. They were supposed to try one more place to see if they have the parts never called back. I ended up going to someone else. The people I went to got the parts from the place that they were supposedly going to call !!! So the parts wasn't the problem. Don't lie to people. If you couldn't do it or didn't want to do it that's all that had to be said . You just don't ignore customer or decide not to call them back!
Went to get my back brakes done and they didn’t put lug nuts back on one of my tires. and had someone come out he brought just a jack . He had to go back to shop to get lug nuts but they for sure wasn’t the same ones he took off my car . Apologized said he asked his team mate to put the lugs back on tire offered to do an oil change for free if I purchased the oil and filter !
A friend sent her teen daughter to get a tire from Leon’s. She knew they were used, but the daughter didn’t know to look over the tire and make sure it wasn’t bald, no goose eggs or plugs. Well $65 later they sold her a plugged tire that won’t hold air longer than 12 hours. Lesson learned and money lost. Leon was not there but his helper certainly took advantage.
My tire popped on the side of the highway and within 10 minutes to close (on a Friday!!!) these guys came to me, towed me to the shop, changed my back tire, and even checked the front one to make sure all was good!! My front tire ended up having a nail in it just like my back one that popped. They patched me right up. Cannot stress how much these guys saved me tonight. Tire popped at 5:45pm and I was out by 7pm. Services were cheap, quick, and they were sooooo sweet to me. Absolute gentlemen and hard workers. You won’t go wrong with these guys!
My son got into his first accident as a teenager and I just need one used tire to keep us safe on the road, I pulled up and immediately was greeted by a nice young man named Brandon working very hard out in the coldest weather on 11,1,2023 (temperatures are super low) I appreciate good men like this who get up and make a difference to everyone’s life!!! Most people don’t even want to work now days, so I have to give this man much recognition and respect !!! Thank you so BRANDON much for your service!!! Hard work will pay off!!
My experience was horrible I got charged $20 for them taking 3 caps off of 3 lug nuts and that’s it. I was told I would get my lugs nuts off and one side of my brakes done. Now trying to reach owner no one has gotten back to me.
I went to NTB and had a tire plugged. A week later the same tire started having problems again. I took it to Leon's and the man who looked at it informed me that due to the area of the hole it needed a patch not a plug. He patched it and I haven't had any problems since! Service was fast and very reasonably priced.
My car was being put on a rollback of another company and the rollback driver for Leon’s stopped traffic and helped the tow truck driver for the other company. I forgot to get his name but way to go Leon’s.
Hey,l think they go beyond the price of what they do and that is saying a lot now adays .Just go check them out and judge for yourself and think me later
Gave me a bad tire with a bubble in it. Ask for my money back and they wouldn't give it to me. Tried to give me another tire but they could have given me another BAD tire.This is road hazardous!! The tire could have bust while I was driving a killed my family and myself. BAD BUSINESS.!! DON'T GO HERE
Tow truck driver was polite and experienced. He arrived at the scene of the accident quickly and got the job done promptly with no issues. Once back at their lot the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Leon's Tire center and towing for anyone needing tires or a tow in this area.
I brought my car there to get 4 tires, the oil changed And 4 new brake pads put on. By the time I finished eating the car was ready! I was very pleased. You don't get fast service like that at any of the other places I've ever been over the years. I did not have an appointment and There were other customers there. I had to park in front of the building . I did not expect my car to be done that fast great job Guys!!!
