Came in this morning because my check engine light came on. Turns out I needed new spark plugs and ignition coil. The mechanic named “Anderson” had the parts ordered and delivered within 15 minutes and did a great job on the repair. Will definitely recommend for auto service to anybody.
Anderson did an awesome job with installing wheel bearings on my car. Wonderful experience and knowledgeable friendly mechanic definitely will be back for other services.

Victors towing & auto service shop was very helpful and very affordable. I showed up before close with EPC light illuminated on dash, Anderson was a great help, he hooked my car up to the reader told me exactly what codes were showing up, and told me to bring my vehicle back to him in the morning, he checked everything on my vehicle and fixed my issue with the EPC at a very affordable price . I highly recommend this auto shop for any mechanical work needed. They are friendly, quick and work with you, also speak Spanish for those who don’t speak English. Thank you Anderson for your time and dedication.

Thank you Anderson for your amazing service! This shop is great, he was able to get me in on the whim and complete everything within a couple weeks. My girlfriend took her car here before me and had an amazing experience as well. Everything was completed for her in even less time, overall very speedy compared to other shops and dealerships. Pictures / videos are sent of your car when working on it which is highly appreciated and made me feel more comfortable with my experience. Communication can be lacking at times, but it is usually for a reason of just being busy. I appreciated the honesty and genuinely of responses I received especially if they were delayed. The day after picking up my vehicle, Anderson messaged me asking if everything was riding okay which was extremely appreciated. Overall very genuine people who want to help. I am very happy with my experience here and would go again, on top of everything they have great prices!

My car wouldn’t start, so I called to get a tow. Anderson, showed up, got in my car and diagnosed the problem immediately. So instead of getting my car towed, Anderson, who is a mechanic, saved me time and money. Highly recommend their services.
Thankful that I found this auto service place. I was not comfortable driving my car and they have their own towing service which was a great help. Anderson was kind and made sure I understood all the things wrong with my car. They hadn’t had my car 24hrs and I already was able to pick it up.

10/10 - Anderson was really knowledgable and helpful. My mom's brake line broke, and we needed it to be towed to a shop. However, because there was no pressure in the lines, the car wouldn't shift into neutral. Anderson helped us get enough fluid into the lines so that the car could go into neutral and be loaded into the truck. Hassle free. Highly recommend!

They did a great job on my Kia Sedona. Even with being sent the wrong part they were still able to get it done quickly and very reasonable on the price will definitely return whenever I need a mechanic. Absolutely loved how they handled everything. Anderson an his girlfriend are a pleasure to work with.

my husband had an oil leak on his 2020 dodge caravan work van and he needed the work to be done fast and efficient then he could go back to work. Anderson the mechanic worked on my husband truck until after closing so he can get back on the road to work. I really appreciate him and I will be back for him to fix my suv! I take my car here anytime I have an issue, and let me say this, There is no other place around that can get your car in and out quick AND accurately repair any issues you’re having like this one! These guys are amazing!
Fixed a power steering leak and a coolant hose leak in my car in a couple of hours for SIGNIFICANTLY less than I anticipated going into it. Anderson was personable, respectful, and knowledgeable. The whole staff was very kind, and made sure I understood what was wrong with my car and what they were doing to fix it.
I will be back, and will definitely be sending friends that way too!
Victor's towing did a very good job on picking up my car and service and that as well. I'll make sure to take my car there again. The price was fair I'll be taking my car there again. If I need to I can count on them. They're awesome!
So, I went to 5 different places trying to simply get air in my tire! These guys were closed but were so kind when I got here and help me get air! I definitely recommend coming here!
I was in Greenville for work which is about three hours from my home. My truck broke down on the interstate leaving Greenville and left me stranded amongst heavy traffic. I googled local tow and saw Victor’s handled both towing and maintenance. I wasn’t from the area so I took a chance on them and am deeply thankful I did.
The owner’s son, Anderson, stayed in constant contact with me by phone and text. They towed my truck to their shop less than an hour after my initial call and got to work. They kept me informed of their progress and the options available. Given it was late in the afternoon, I was worried I’d miss seeing my kids that night and need to get a hotel. After hearing I was from out of town, they stayed open nearly two hours beyond closing time to complete the fix so I could get home.
During the drive home, I had a check engine message pop up on the dash. I called Anderson, again, far past normal hours, and he stayed on the phone with me and walked me through how to clear the message.
I don’t leave reviews often but I felt compelled to for Victor’s. They went above and beyond to get me home to my family and my truck is running great.
I highly recommend Victor’s for your towing and mechanic needs.
