Super helpful and affordable! I called them to ask how much a tow would be and within the hour after that first phone call, they were here getting my car safely to the repair shop!

Steve was absolutely amazing! He was quick to arrive and speedy in getting my vehicle loaded. He was so kind and courteous. Definitely recommend ACME for your towing needs.
I've worked with just about every towing company in the upstate, and this one is hands down the best towing service in town. The gentleman who owns the business got my faulty car all the way out to my mechanic way out in the middle of nowhere for a great price, and he brought his friendly little French bulldog, Diesel, along for the ride too. Wonderful experience. God forbid I need my car towed again, it'll be with this company.
I would recommend this place of business to anyone. They are very honest and have reasonable prices. Also family owned a d I like to support small businesses. I talked to Steve and he was very pleasant to talk to and they are going to pick the car up within an hour or less after calling.

Unfortunately I have had too many experiences with towing lately. However, Steve with ACME is exceptional and the ultimate professional. I called on a Monday morning asking for a tow. He told me when he would arrive and showed up exactly when he said. He texted when he dropped my car off at the dealership and helped me ensure I was able to arrange everything with my insurance. Towing isn’t anything you ever want to happen, but if you are in need call ACME and let them take care if you!
Steve impressed me with being very professional & respectful I gave him a call & he said about 30 minutes he would come but he came quicker than that I ended up giving him the wrong address to a tire place & he had another customer he had to take care of after me when I noticed I asked him if he can take me to the correct one & he texted his other customer gave her a heads up & helped me tow it to my correct place he did a generous job & I’m very happy thank you so much Steve I will be looking forward to you again if I need any other towing services!!!
Our battery was dead when we tried to leave our hotel on a Sunday morning about 10am. Steve answered the phone, I told him I needed a jump start. He was at our hotel about 30 mins later and got our car started. He was professional and a good businessman. He quoted $30. For the fast great service on a Sunday morning I gave him a nice tip also. I highly recommend Acme Towing!

Steve was very friendly, professional, and on time! I had an emergency and needed towed as soon as possible. He was there to tow within a reasonable amount of time and kept me updated as to status as I had to leave before he arrived. Price was as expected, no surprise sticker shock which was a plus! Steve came within minutes of being called and was friendly and patient and went over and beyond to help clean things up from the accident and even offered me a ride to where I needed to go and waited patiently while I made insurance calls and wouldn't accept extra payment. You may not believe this story but it’s true. My car stopped accelerating so I parked her for the night. Called Steve the following morning and he met me there in no time at all. Well as cars sometimes magically do it started working again so I didn’t need the tow. Steve started to leave and only charged me half of the quote to cover his time. Before he hit the road my car stopped running again. He hopped back out and loaded her on the truck. Like any good Americans do we chat about corvettes and other business ventures. He took me to the shop and took great care unloading it. Even took a peek under the hood just for fun. I paid him the remainder of the original quote and he was on his way. One of those guys you want to see again because of how cool he is but you don’t at the same time because it means your car is broke. Steve keeps a clean truck as well. Highly recommend. Good price, professional, and courteous. Would have given him a handshake but given this review is being transcribed during the infamous COVID-19 pandemic I was not allotted the pleasure. Good work Steve!

I needed a tow in the early morning hours. I called at least 10 companies. Several companies advertised 24 hours, however everyone told me they could not help until at least 9am. Steven from ACME was the only one who called back and drove over 30 minutes to get to me. I am super grateful. He was friendly, polite and the price was fair. Steve really helped in a time of need.

His service was quick and professional once I called him. He did his best to help me out despite not having the exact setup for a motorcycle. But rest assure my bike was easily loaded and and safe on his flat bed.
He came out super fast and was very professional. No joke, my other truck broke down about 15 minutes after he dropped of the first one and he picked up that one too, ASAP! Tough day for me, but it was great meeting Steve. I will call him every time.

It was a pleasure working with Steve who made the towing experience as smooth as possible. We scheduled to have my vehicle towed the following day and he arrived on time,even a few minute early. He notified me when my truck was dropped off for repair. It was an overall great experience. I would use again in the future.

Steve is a great all around guy!! I had a late night/early morning fender bender and he can to the rescue and did a amazing job!! Then, 3 days late I got stuck in a ditch and Steve can to the rescue again!! They say hero’s wear capes but I beg to differ!! Anyone willing to wake up out their sleep and help another in need is a real hero to me!! Thanks again Steve you are the best!
Steve was super polite and very helpful. Called at 5pm to arrange a pick up time, ask he wait till 2 am for pickup and he wa on time and for the same low price quoted (opposed to competitors). Will defiantly call again when needed. Five stars!
