NAR services is the worst and most unprofessional company I’ve ever had the displeasure of having to deal with.
To begin I had to call my local police department to locate where our vehicle was, when I reached out to NAR to figure out where our car was I was met with attitude and a condescending tone from the NAR representative. We got our appointment scheduled to pick our vehicle up today, drove 40 minutes to the impound yard just to get told the paper work hadn’t come in yet so we’ll have to reschedule till Tuesday.
The main reason for this complaint is the way my fiancé and I were treated when I inquired about getting my wallet from the vehicle. I explained the situation that I needed my wallet to check into the hospital where my mom who is in poor health is at. I explained this to the girl who came to the gate and the repo driver nearby and they both laughed at me and said “well there is nothing we can do” as they walked away. We have several items in our car like my, our keys, and my finances epi pen that they refused to let us retrieve despite us already having an appointment for today.
Both of the employees need to be retrained or fired immediately for their lack of empathy and unprofessional behavior. This establishment is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
NAR Services is a horrible business and the employees reflect how the business feel about there customers. If you ever have a choice to deal with them, save yourself the headache and don't. You will be disappointed. Rude as hell!! how are they still in business?
If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is hands down the worst towing/repo company I’ve ever dealt with. NAR Services operates like a scam. They’re only open 2–4 hours a day, Monday through Friday—completely unheard of for a towing company. After paying a $620 repo fee, I was still forced to schedule an appointment to pick up my vehicle. And guess what? If they don’t have any times available (which they won’t), they’ll charge you extra storage fees just to keep your car longer—even if you're trying to get it the same day.
They are impossible to reach, intentionally vague, and incredibly unprofessional. Their address and contact info are misleading, and their business practices are predatory by design. They know exactly what they're doing: holding vehicles hostage to bleed more money from people already going through a tough situation.
This company needs to be investigated, shut down, and blacklisted from working with any legitimate lenders. Secure Collateral and any business still working with NAR should be ashamed.
Save yourself the headache. If your lender or repo agency uses NAR Services, ask them to use someone else.
I've never left a bad review but my experience with this company was beyond frustrating and so unnecessary. Their employees have been trained to be disingenuous and evasive. This company was called to asked what services they provide. "Debt collection or car recovery" would have been a very simple and transparent answer. A sign was left on a door of a home that was being sold without checking the current owner which is public record. When the buyer needed confirmation that it had nothing to do with the home, so the attorney could settle the sale, they refused to give any information on what services their company provides or to provide in writing that the address has nothing to do with what they do or the car they were trying to repossess. These business practices are wildly unethical.
They should be shut down...towed my car off a steep hill broke part of my bumper. Broke the fog light and damage my shock...how sway...if you don't know how to to dont then I sent doug who was in charge of claims...Who they told me to call immediately said they didn't cause any damage without looking at my car..he didn't even tow it. They Garbage dont even argue with em..call ya lawyer they own rules make them at fault on my car.
As a college student , you would think the person loading the car AT THE COLLEGE. Would at least let you grab your bookbag and wallet out the car instead of running to the wheel and speeding away. Yes I’m talking about the skinny blonde head lady you were dead wrong and I hope god have mercy on your soul because thanks to you I had no way to take my exam. Very unprofessional for you just to run as I’m telling you I need my bookbag and jacket like it’s not COLD. Some people on this earth just doesn’t have a heart but yeah definitely a 0/10 wouldn’t even pick up the phone and my pops had the money
Everyone at this company has been very accommodating. I did have to make an appt but obviously they are a busy company. The actual repo driver was extremely nice and accommodating allowing me to get whatever I needed out of my car. The office staff was nothing but nice. I don’t really understand all the bad reviews unless it’s people that’s salty over their car being repoed which is their fault not the company’s. Overall 5 stars for me.

I’m not give 1 star because I’m mad they took my truck. But they had no paper work and were rude when I asked. I could have prevented them from taking it till the bank fixed the error but I didn’t because it should be a simple pay my fees and get my truck. Then I found out they are only open for two hours a day and won’t release my truck without an appointment and won’t answer the phone except for those two hours and list the wrong address so you can’t even talk to them in person. I was able to find my truck and was standing next to the truck it wasn’t even on the lot for 24 hours but was charged for two day because they would let me pick it up without an appointment even with the proper paper.
Predatory business practices at its finest can tow people away 24 hrs but only available for 2 hours to let people get them back

The gentleman who I spoke with today about my car , said he gets calls daily because NAR won’t update their address. The gentleman was Very Kind I would much rather be doing business with him , then NAR Services.
Take my vehicle on bogus claims from the finance company. I pay my vehicle fees even though I shouldn’t have and you NAR cancel my appointment claiming the release paperwork wasn’t sent to you. Called finance company and then they called you. Magically you find the paperwork that was sent. Instead of you giving me my original appointment, you schedule me for a different one. It’s your fault my appointment was cancelled, due to your own incompetence.
Bridgecrest are crooks but you are even worse. Only open two days for two hours. You should be shut down and your customer service is Horrid. That motto on your webpage means nothing and you don’t even have the decency to respect peoples property. If I didn’t pay these bogus fees, I’m sure you would tack on storage fees for my vehicle being on your lot. I expect you to give me compensation for refusing to give me my vehicle that is current on payments.
A woman from this tow company came and got my son's car today. She just hooked it up and when I tried to talk to her about telling the owners she said no, she wouldn't listen to me , never let them get their stuff out. She hurried out of here when I told her I'm letting the owners know she was taking it. Very rude people. I would never recommend them to anyone. She dragged it out of here and it's a low sitting car so if anything is damaged the owners will not be responsible for it.
This place is a joke. My debit card expired and I didn’t give the bank my new card number to auto draft my payment. My mistake I get it. They tow my car and I pay what I owe and try to receive it and find out they are only open Monday Wednesday and Friday from 10-12. How does someone with a job get there with those ours. They make it hard to get it to try to new it as long as possible. Biggest scam I’ve seen and damaged my driveway while repoing.
They towed my car yesterday. All money was paid to the Lender yesterday as well even though the lender did not even take the money out of my account as it was prearranged with them to automatically withdraw and had never had a problem with that before till now. With this repossession company you have to set up an appointment online to retrieve your vehicle or to get your belongings out of it. The next available appointment is for Thursday but was repossessed Monday. I had $400 bank cards etc in my vehicle with that being said I can’t get my car or get anything out of it till Thursday. Also have surgery Thursday morning and supposed to be in at 545 am. This is Ridiculous as far as being able to pick up your vehicle or to get personal belongings. Especially when all money has been paid to the lender
They towed my car without telling anyone and was poorly towed they drove off fast as they could with my car and couldn’t even be careful. They towed it because it was supposedly on private property but i was parked in my apartment complex which makes no sense. This place should be shut down.
