This is my go-to spot for all of my non-complex car needs. The staff is always super friendly by phone or in person, especially Laura. I often take the drive from S. Florence to this location in Timmonsville because I know I’m guaranteed exceptional service.

Had such a great experience up here with Josh. He's the store manager. Solid guy. They didn't have the part I needed, so he let me borrow his personal tool. Most parts store won't put their neck out there like that. Thanks again for the excellent customer service.

I usually hate parts stores, especially the large chain ones, BUT I absolutely won’t go anywhere else other than the Oreily’s in Timmonsville, SC. The Mgr there, Josh, was the only person that helped me when he was in Florence. He got moved to Timmonsville, and my business, my family, and everyone we know have moved any business we do over there with him. He has a great team of people, but it’s his eagerness to help, his empathy for those in need, and his dedication to trying his best to helpi us that has won our loyalty. Definitely recommend him, and this store

We just went to the store in Timmonsville S.C. for brakes and rotors. The employee, Josh, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. My dad, who is 82 and hard of hearing, was thankful Josh offered to take the parts to his truck. I am post neck surgery and in a neck brace and Josh just saw the help was needed and did not hesitate. You guys need to keep him as long as you can and if it was up to me, he needs a raise. Good help is hard to find anymore and you have great help in Josh!

My check engine light came on and I needed it checked and Laura came out and checked it for me! Even price the part and recommended a mechanic that could probably fix it. Such great customer service and professionalism.

Went in so I could have someone tell me why my vehicle check engine light came on after finding out that the part my car needed wasn’t sold by Oreillys Josh basically was trying to push me out the door! I asked if he could find the part for me since I don’t even know the name of it he said no I can’t I’m very busy that’s laughable since I was the only person in there! I don’t care how far the next auto parts store is I as well as my husband will not be spending money there !

Not only was i sold the wrong battery when I called someone hung up in my face then wouldn't re answer when I called back. This is very bad business & I'm definitely calling corporate.

Nice to have a auto store in a small South Carolina town.Very friendly staff, have the parts I need, and if not they order them and get them in within a couple of hours. Love going to this store.

Went here to get a light bulb. Walked in and was greeted by Gabe. Awesome customer service. Told him what I needed. He went out to make sure it was exactly what I needed. Purchased the bulb and without hesitation, he went out and installed it for me because the air filter box had to be removed. Had me on the road within 15 minutes. Gabe deserves a raise.

Worst experience that I've ever had at a parts store. I just went in to get my engine tested, because the light came on, after I gave my vehicle a jump, to me forgetting to turn my headlights off. The worker proceeded to test my car. Once the reading came up, he said that he didn't know what it meant. Then he proceeded to ask me if I wanted to take a picture of the screen, so I can show someone else. He suggested that I take it to a mechanic, because he didn't know. I asked him if he could get someone that could tell me. He said no, and just to take it to a mechanic. My question is, are they not trained to find out what theses different codes are? 🤔 I felt so embarrassed
