Very friendly staff. I called looking for a rim to replace on my car, so they requested to call me back once they verified they had what I needed in stock. Within less than an hour, I got a callback, purchased, and picked up my rim after work.
Great folks and experience. They had my part pulled and ready to go when I got there, but were also helpful in taking us to look at the donor car to see if there were any other parts we could use.
Very crooked business practices. They will lie about what they are selling you and won't allow you to return a part even though they sent you a completely different part from what you ordered. Seems to have no good organization or oversight. Horrible customer service, not worth your time unless you want to be cheated out of money for something completely useless.
I don't understand why not opened on Saturday's. Business hours are convenient for them but not for people who cant get off work during the week and work on their cars on weekends
Too high on prices and seems to be confusion on where parts are. Last resort kinda place and at the front desk they are great but one man there was very unprofessional out back.
