The entire staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and comfortable. The waiting area was clean with snack machines and a coffee maker. Nate, the manager of this particular Jiffy Lube, went over the services they offered and made me feel like I was a valued customer. The full service oil change for my BMW, with the fully synthetic oil I requested, was done quickly but thoroughly. I was told my brakes were getting a little worn but was ok for now. Same with my cabin air filter. Nate was informative and not pushy. I recommend Jiffy Lube to anyone as a top notch place to get their vehicle serviced and taken care of.
I arrived at 5:56pm and the attendants were so patient, professional, and thorough. They took their time and assured me they go home when the last customer goes home. Much appreciated!
The service team was great friendly and didn't have wait or look for anyone i was meant at my car with a friendly smile and a greeting of welcomes throughout each team member i meant so the experience was all around pleasant
The time line were quick and professional.I had my oil topped off they checked my tire s pressure and place air in the tires that had needed it. And they topped off all my others that had needed it. Thanks To Jiffy Lube

I always go to this Jiffy Lube because those fellas have always taken good care of me since my husband died. I do have to say that I thought $341 was aLOT to pay for a new battery, though!
Absolutely wonderful place with wonderful and very knowledgeable mechanics. Also, love it didn't take long for the services, they explained things in a way I could understand, and we're very helpful. The very next day I stopped by because I had a concern over my tires, and a man very kindly checked the pressure in all four tires to make sure they were ok...and no charge. It was a rainy day at that.
I had a visit with the Jiffy Lube on Evans st. The service was exquisite. It's been a while since I've seen team players the staff was so in sync with each other. I always say. If you want to know about something, try it yourself. 1st hand information is always better, than 2nd go and give them a try I don't think you'll be disappointed. Customer Service 10/10.
Kevin the worker is very rude and nasty! When I refused a service he offered me he threw a light bulb and box across the counter. Then yelled at another employee cause Kevin forgot to tell him to charge me additional fees. I will never return to this location or tell any one to go here! Beware!
I was highly upset that I had to come out of pocket another $800+ because they didn’t fixes what I asked them to fix back in July. In July I gave them my diagnostic sheet from Ford to get my wheel barriers fixed and they didn’t fixes my Rotors instead. This really baffles me and makes me not want to come to Jiffy Lune ever again.
My daughters car broke down and we had to have it towed in, we thought it was one issue, which I am sure would have been very costly. Much to our surprise it turned out to be a minor issue, which they repaired VERY QUICKLY and charged us a super fair price. They could have told us it was the other issue and charged us a pile of money, they didn't. They are VERY HONEST and I would not hesitate to bring our cars there in the future. Nate was FANTASTIC, he was knowledgeable and professional! Thanks for all of your help!
Once I got to Jiffy lube I was greeted with a smile and was informed of any and everything I needed/may need soon pertaining to my volvo. The guys there(10/14/2025) every last one of you were amazing.. ill see yall again in 7000 miles
My experience at Jiffy Lube was excellent. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff clearly explained what was needed and the price without trying to upsell me on unnecessary services. I was in and out in just 15 minutes. I’ll definitely will be returning.
Badly overpriced to the point that it’s a blatant scam. They quoted me $175 per hour and 3.5 hours worth of labor just for brakes!!!! Unreal! Even with hand tools it does NOT take that long just to do brakes! And they have power tools and a lift! Absolutely no reason for charging that kind of price per hour nor is there a reason for doubling the labor time. Obviously I did not have the work done. I’ll gladly just do it myself. I can now see why all the employees were sitting around doing nothing and they have next to zero business. Highly would NOT recommend!
I had a transmission flush, the mechanic Nate was awesome, the mechanic that drove my truck was very knowledgeable, but I wish I would have been told that a transmission filter was not included with the transmission flush.
I had to come and get my oil changed this morning as soon as the store opened, which was already not a great way to end my day considering that I work night shift. However, I was greeted by a friendly worker as soon as I arrived who immediately got started on my car with a friendly crew (Adam H., Christian S., and Joshua F.). I had a light bulb replaced at the Pamplico Highway location a few weeks ago, where they "cleaned" my battery... that ended up being corroded today. This team at West Evans cleaned my battery squeaky clean with no question after seeing the issue. The only description that I can think of to describe the team that worked on my car today, is totally badass. Christian went over my paperwork/issues with me thoroughly, and literally left a smiley face on my receipt. I couldn't of asked for a better experience and will never get my oil changed anywhere else, give these men a pay raise!
The experience with my oil change was really great! The Staff are so friendly and eager to help ! They explain things to you and show any problems with your vehicle Only problem I had was they did not fill the windshield washer fluid! I am joking!! My experience was great and I will get my oil changed there again!!
Everybody there at jiffy lube was wonderful. Everybody had great personalities and also took exceptional care of my vehicle and made sure they covered the fender Wells so they don't get scratched and also was very clean and neat and I appreciate everything you did for me. Thank you very much. I also had tires rotated and the gentleman there that did them was very neat and precise and torking down the tires and everything. Nate and the team got me road ready on a short timeline. I am from SC but now live in GA. They serviced my 2011 Caddy CTS which had been sitting form months for the trip back to GA. I made it home safely 350 plus miles with no issues thanks to their detailed service to my car. Thanks team for your great work!

Took my fleet vehicle here due to low tire pressure. Josh was very quick to help and went above and beyond to replace the tire after he found a nail stuck in it. Repair was timely and all he employees were helpful and accommodating! Definitely recommend coming here!

Great service! Super fast! Saved me so much time on my cross state travel. They had the battery I needed for the right price. Best part was not even having to get out of my car and being all done within 10 minutes so I could get back on my 9 hour drive journey. The gentleman that helped me was very nice and efficient as well. Thank you again!
I pulled up around 8:03 am after making an appointment in the app the night before and they welcomed me with open arms. The staff were awesome and I stayed in the car and they were so friendly and did the job quickly. I am very thankful for Chad and his staff at jiffy lube for their service.

Very pleasant experience…. I took advantage of the option to stay in the car during my oil change. The crew was very pleasant and informative. Quick and easy oil change…Even changed my cabin filter and got my battery cleaned. Superb service and I will continue to come back.
