Very time I try to get an appt at one of the larger car repair companies in town and their wait is too long, they send me to this JiffyLube. I quit trying to go to that other company as these guys are spot on!!
Once I got to Jiffy lube I was greeted with a smile and was informed of any and everything I needed/may need soon pertaining to my volvo.

Badly overpriced to the point that it’s a blatant scam. They quoted me $175 per hour and 3.5 hours worth of labor just for brakes!!!! Unreal! Even with hand tools it does NOT take that long just to do brakes! And they have power tools and a lift! Absolutely no reason for charging that kind of price per hour nor is there a reason for doubling the labor time. Obviously I did not have the work done. I’ll gladly just do it myself. I can now see why all the employees were sitting around doing nothing and they have next to zero business. Highly would NOT recommend!
I had a transmission flush, the mechanic Nate was awesome, the mechanic that drove my truck was very knowledgeable, but I wish I would have been told that a transmission filter was not included with the transmission flush.
I had to come and get my oil changed this morning as soon as the store opened, which was already not a great way to end my day considering that I work night shift. However, I was greeted by a friendly worker as soon as I arrived who immediately got started on my car with a friendly crew (Adam H., Christian S., and Joshua F.). I had a light bulb replaced at the Pamplico Highway location a few weeks ago, where they "cleaned" my battery... that ended up being corroded today. This team at West Evans cleaned my battery squeaky clean with no question after seeing the issue. The only description that I can think of to describe the team that worked on my car today, is totally badass. Christian went over my paperwork/issues with me thoroughly, and literally left a smiley face on my receipt. I couldn't of asked for a better experience and will never get my oil changed anywhere else, give these men a pay raise!
The experience with my oil change was really great! The Staff are so friendly and eager to help ! They explain things to you and show any problems with your vehicle Only problem I had was they did not fill the windshield washer fluid!
I am joking!! My experience was great and I will get my oil changed there again!!
Everybody there at jiffy lube was wonderful. Everybody had great personalities and also took exceptional care of my vehicle and made sure they covered the fender Wells so they don't get scratched and also was very clean and neat and I appreciate everything you did for me. Thank you very much. I also had tires rotated and the gentleman there that did them was very neat and precise and torking down the tires and everything. Nate and the team got me road ready on a short timeline. I am from SC but now live in GA. They serviced my 2011 Caddy CTS which had been sitting form months for the trip back to GA. Took my fleet vehicle here due to low tire pressure. Josh was very quick to help and went above and beyond to replace the tire after he found a nail stuck in it. Repair was timely and all he employees were helpful and accommodating! Definitely recommend coming here!

I was very impressed with the service I received when I went in for an oil change. Courteous and friendly staff . Explained everything to me and went through a whole check of the car. I recently purchased this used car and was happy to find out everything checked out well . Excellent service
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Jiffy Lube due to the unprofessional behavior of an employee named Josh. From the start, he refused to properly scan my vehicle in, showing a complete lack of care or attention to the process. When I requested a top-off, which is supposed to be part of the service, he flat-out refused with no reasonable explanation.
His attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, making it clear he didn’t want to be bothered. I’ve used Jiffy Lube before and never had this kind of issue, but this visit made me question whether I’ll return in the future.
If you value respectful and professional service, I recommend avoiding this location—or at the very least, hope you don’t end up dealing with Josh.

Great service! Super fast! Saved me so much time on my cross state travel. They had the battery I needed for the right price. Best part was not even having to get out of my car and being all done within 10 minutes so I could get back on my 9 hour drive journey. The gentleman that helped me was very nice and efficient as well. Thank you again!
Quick service, slow checkout. Is it policy to not ask customer if filters can be pulled for inspection? Just changed them out myself last year. I don't recall damaging my cabin filter, but that's how it was shown to me.
I pulled up around 8:03 am after making an appointment in the app the night before and they welcomed me with open arms. The staff were awesome and I stayed in the car and they were so friendly and did the job quickly. I am very thankful for Chad and his staff at jiffy lube for their service.
I love this Jiffy Lube. They get me in and out with my oil change. They are sure to inform me of services my car needs but there is no hard sell from employees. If they did I would not do business here, I do not like that approach. Very strong customer service skills and car knowledge at this shop.

The employees at this Jiffy Lube have always treated me as a top priority when I go in for an oil change. They meet me with a smile and retain a professional politeness the entire time I’m there. I choose to stay in my vehicle so I can watch and be there for any questions. They check everything, offering additional services without being pushy. They accept my declines with a smile. I normally ask for my military discount and they are happy to add it. Once while going with my grown son, I saw how he was treated. Yes, the same as I was, like royalty! Awesome place! I was on I95 on my way with my family to a Florida vacation and my car kept overheating. I was super concerned because it is a 2024 and I should not have issues like this. I had a hard time finding a mechanic. I stopped at a tire place and they told me to go to Jiffy Lube as they had the best mechanics. The place did not disappoint and they diagnosed the issue quickly and resolved it quickly. They could have taken advantage of me, and I would have had no choice but to pay. The fix was $35, and I was so relieved. I cannot say enough nice things about this place, and most importantly, you can trust them.
