I took my 2014 Mercedes-Benz ML350 here for what the shop described as a “Tune-Up / 6 Cylinder Premium.” Based on that wording, I expected a full tune-up service — but the only work actually performed was:
• replacement of 6 spark plugs
• adding a bottle of fuel-injector cleaner
No coils were replaced and no injectors were removed or serviced.
The invoice shows $590.65 in labor under a vague “tune-up” line item, with no hourly rate and no labor hours listed. On a previous invoice from this same shop, their labor rate was clearly listed as $120/hour, and the amount billed on this job does not reasonably add up based on the limited work performed.
After checking labor guides and comparison pricing, this charge appears well above normal independent-shop rates, especially given that the “tune-up” label did not reflect a full tune-up.
I paid the invoice, but I will not return — and I strongly recommend asking for:
• a written itemized estimate
• labor hours + hourly rate in writing
• clarification of what they mean by “tune-up” before approving workDec 30, 2025 -
This was probably one of the worst experience I've had with a repair shop. Before bringing my 2012 lexus to this shop, I called them to ask if they could reprogram my parking brake. They of course said yes and set me an appointment. I asked if I needed to drop off the vehicle or if I could just wait on it because I'm not from the area and they assured me waiting would be fine because it's something simple. Once I arrived they immediately told me I needed to leave the vehicle and they didn't know who told me that. I was then asked to pre pay $165 for the service and aft 30 minutes into that appointment an agent approaches me and tells me I need to schedule another appointment because they were having some issues with programming and they actually offered me $120 back but I declined and said I'll just put it towards the programming for the next appointment. So they set me another appointment. I bought my car and dropped it off a day early and on the day of the appointment I received a phone call telling me there were no updates available for my parking brake and another part had rust on it and needed to be replaced by a bodyshop and they also had to do some extra stuff and so you owe an additional $30. When I came to pick up my car I expressed to the agent that I was unhappy with the service and felt like I should have been contacted when the programming couldn't be done. This is where the owner Jeff Woodard gets involved. Came in very arrogant, argumentative and just unwilling to resolve the issue. He did wave the additional $30 fee but then things got worse. I go to my car and open the door and there's this buzzing sound. I see Mr Jeff walking across the parking lot so I wave him over to the weird sound my car was making but then the sound went away. I drive home and turn off my car and realize my steering wheel is broken and making a constant buzzing sound. I called back and left a message for Mr Woodard about my steering wheel being broken and no one said anything. This man said things break all the time and I've fixed many steering wheels. He was very arrogant and very disrespectful and now I'm preparing to take him to Magistrate court. I'm sharing this information to prevent someone else from going through this frustration. I would absolutely not recommend bringing your car to this place.

Had a check engine light come on in my 2022 toyota tacoma I've taken my truck to couple of places and they said that could not fix the problem so I decided to go to Woodard Automotive , Casey fixed the Check engine light it's off now . Been driving for 4 days and nothing yet. So from now on I'll take my truck to Woodard Automotive for all my need with truck. Thank you Casey and all the employees at Woodard Automotive

The quality of work and the customer service I received was astound. I came in for an oil change and they had me in and now in a very timely manner. They do amazing work and they are extremely friendly. Would recommend for everybody. They do amazing work.

I had the best experience at woodard’s automotive. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They got my vehicle back up and running in no time and Casey was super helpful and showed how much he cared about my safety with the vehicle.

I thought I had a big problem with my electrical system in my Jeep. Woodards took a look at it and enlightend me it was just a blown fuse. Casey informed me on how it happened and simplified the problem while fixing it pretty quickly. What a reliable business!

This is the second time I've had to use Woodard's on my pickup. Both have been major electrical issues that another mechanic has had to "outsource" the work to them.
From now on, I'll be going directly to Woodard's. The communication is clear and they keep you abreast of any situation, good or bad. Casey is extremely knowledgeable and can talk you through the issue and repair.
I'm very appreciative of their work and their honesty. Secondly, they got a part in earlier than expected and worked my truck into the schedule that afternoon knowing I was in a stressful situation, when they could have easily kept to the original schedule without me knowing.

This place is not to be trusted! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I was asked to take my initial review down by the manager, and he said in return they would take care of everything if I brought my car back in. When I brought my car back in, they told me it would be an additional $800 and they would handle the rest. When someone says they’re going to take care of everything, to me that means they’re going to take care of everything! Today was a different story. The initial issue was that they didn’t report everything that was wrong with my car in the diagnostic for the suspension light being on and the car making a noise. After they kept my car for a week, and almost $2000, the suspension light is still on and the car is still making a noise. They fixed the rear suspension, but didn’t say that I also needed the front suspension repaired in the initial diagnostics. I put this in my review, and that’s when I was asked to remove my review in exchange for them taking care of everything. I kept my end of the deal, and immediately took my review down. Today, they didn’t keep their word so my review is back. This is how senior citizens get treated at Woodard’s Automotive! Be aware! The receptionist is the only good part of this business. She went above and beyond to give me a ride when I initially dropped my car off so that I wasn’t left alone. I will not be doing any business with them again. Horrible experience. Twice!

We were traveling through and our brakes on our car obviously had major issues. I was directed to Woodard repair. Got there 9am on a Monday. The GREAT people there worked us into their very busy schedule. In addition, they went above and beyond by taking us to the Mall while our car was being worked on and coming back to get us. They treated us like a local customer with whom they were wanting to return for other business all the time knowing we would likely not see them again. These people and this business was a GOD-SEND for us. THANKS AGAIN, Woodard Automotive!

Woodard’s Automotive provided excellent service, reasonable prices, and outstanding turn around on fixing my vehicle. My recently purchased Ford had a massive electrical problem and Jeff and his staff straightened it out in no time.
The front office is receptive, helpful, and pleasant to work with. Casey provided amazing customer service and walked me through all my questions and resolved any issues promptly.
If you want reliable, trustworthy, and experienced staff please make a visit you will not be disappointed!
