I am sharing my experience in hopes of helping others make informed decisions. In September 2025, I contacted this company regarding replacement of the air struts on my Mercedes. I was initially quoted $550 for the work and was asked to tow the vehicle to their location. After providing my credit card information, I was charged an amount that was more than $800 above the quoted price. Since then, I have repeatedly requested a refund of the difference, but the issue has not been resolved. Communication has been inconsistent, and I have been unable to obtain clear updates on my vehicle’s status. The vehicle has also been moved to a different location without prior notice to me. Because of these concerns, I filed a complaint with the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs. As of February, I have not received a response or resolution from the business. Based on my experience, I recommend that anyone considering this company proceed with caution and ensure all pricing and vehicle-handling details are documented in writing beforehand.
Was driving up from Florida and couldn’t get my car started in Florence. I’m glad it was Florence because these guys really saved me. So thankful for them!

My husband bought a vehicle from Joey and never got the title for it. Joey kept saying he sent it which was a lie. We had the truck for about 6-8 months still no title. He even stopped responding. If I could give zero stars i would very unprofessional on his part!
Best car dealer in town! I bought a little Ford Cmax from here drove it over 2,000 mile to Michigan and back no problem. Whenever I find myself in the market for a car, this is where I'll be shopping.

Black escalade with their phone and logo on the back almost ran into me while going over 90 mph on I-20 tailgating within 5 feet and swerving in and out of traffic they are a danger to themselves and others.... I was going 80 and actively passing... Mind my business how about you mind what you do in a vehicle with your company logo on it unless that's how you want people to think of your business
I just can't say enough about these guys and how amazing they were to me. I was moving and unfortunately my transmission blew. After limping my truck to them they stored all my goods for me and took amazing care of me while fixing my truck. Never took any shortcuts and made sure my truck was in great shape to continue on.
