Where do I start?!!! Most people aren’t nice to the tow company staff. Who wants their car towed?!! No one! But what I can say is Amy and Bubba are wonderful human beings. They helped my son all day yesterday and was even able to suggest a great mechanic. Amy called me and texted me with updates, suggestions, and pictures. She was very kind and patient. Bubba was very honest, helpful and knowledgeable about cars.
They have reassured my faith that there are still great human beings in this world.
Thank you Bubba’s Towing for making a not so good experience for my son, an eye opening moment for him.

There I was driving home 11pm, middle of the country, 21 degrees outside and boom truck dies in the middle of the road. Less than an hour later my truck is getting towed off by Bubba's Towing to the exact location for repair. I would highly recommend!
My car broke down an hour away from home and I was by myself. Bubbas was quick to respond and drove me and my car back home. Johnathan was very polite and easy to talk to. Made a not so great situation feel not so bad. Will definitely use again if needed, and recommend to all in the area.

GOD SENT! DEFINITELY CALL BUBBAS!!! I was stranded for hours. Two tow companies said they would come. Hours later they both were no call no show. I was desperate and luckily I found bubbas who picked up on the first ring. Love the gentleman that answered he was so kind, respectful and , professional. It was early and he was loaded with towing requests already but was kind enough to give me an absolutely phenomenal recommendation. Other towing places I called were not doing that. The mentality felt like it was if I cant get the money noone can even though they were made aware I was in dire need because I had an urgent situation. Bubbas towing thought of me and my safety and well being FIRST! He would not hang up the phone until he gave me the information I needed. His help might not seem like much to him but he absolutely saved the day and saved me from having a medical emergency. He has no idea This small act has gained them a customer who will highly recommend them to any and every who needs the service they provide.

Bubba’s was the provider selected by my roadside assistance from State Farm and they were absolutely phenomenal. Showed up within 20 mins, ended up just needing a jump and he took care of us AND followed up after via phone to make sure we were all set. Seems like a great company and I would definitely recommend them
Chad was simply PHENOMENAL! I called him in a state of pure emergency while I was home visiting family on my Spring Break. His professionalism, care and concern is by far unmatched! He took extreme care of my vehicle which broke down and had to be towed in to the dealership for repairs. He was prompt on the morning of my scheduled pickup and kept in constant contact with me from the pickup point to the delivery location drop-off. My family of 5 was in car accident on I-95 while traveling from FL to PA over Christmas. We needed a tow and found Bubba’s Towing online. The state police officer called and the driver was within 30 minutes. The driver got my van load up on the flat bed fast! The tow truck followed us to the hotel and let us get all our stuff out as we knew it was going to be totaled. When we got to PA my husband and I forgot a few things. When we called right they said we can stop on the way back home and they would go through the van for us. Coming back, we ran into a lot of traffic but Bubba understood and still met us at 6:30 so we could get the rest of our belongings. After being in such a bad accident with my whole family and having to do deal with insurance and injuries; having to deal with Bubba and his employee was the best! I would recommend them over and over again! The driver, the lady in the office and Bubba himself were so nice, helpful and understanding of the issues.
I am very thankful for the service that I received. My new car blew out a tire and I was stuck on I95 near nothing. The dealer offered to tow the car but the closet dealer was 1 1/2 hours away. They sent out the truck. When it was about 40 minutes out I decided to call the dealer only to find out they had no tires for my car. After another 50 minutes of calling dealers snd roadside assistance calling with no luck locating tires. Lucky the driver made some calls snd found a Discount Tire store that got some tires sent over to Columbia, SC and he drove me there. I am so grateful that he helped me locate tires so that I could continue my trip home and get my child to school tomorrow. I highly recommend Bubba’s towing. Five star service!! Thank you so much!!
I regret not getting their name, but the driver who helped us was extremely wonderful! We were stuck on the side of a busy highway and Bubba’s Towing was there quickly and even helped us advise us and give his opinion on what may be wrong with our car. Great Service, and A Great Company! If I ever need a tow in the area (which hopefully i won’t) Bubbas will definitely be my first call.
Simply the best! My car died under our carport, and I needed to get it towed to dealership ASAP so they could look at the next day. Based on the excellent Google reviews, my wife called Bubba's Towing. Even though it was very close to their closing time, Chad said that he would immediately come the 30 miles from Florence to Pamplico to pick up the car and take it to Five Star Nissan. He arrived very quickly, and he even tried to troubleshoot the reasons why the car wouldn't start. Chad was very knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. After getting the car on the rollback, he said he would try to hurry and get the car to the dealership before they closed, which he did! He even took the time to hang a towel over my driver's side window before he left the car at the dealership , which wouldn't close because of the non-starting issue. This is a man who actually cares about his customers! Don't hesitate to call Bubba's Towing. You will be glad you did. Thanks Chad!
Bubbas is so amazing. Bubba himself picked up me and my disabled mother from an unfamiliar place. We are from Birmingham, Alabama. Our car broke down in the middle of a 9 hour road trip to spend Christmas with my 4 month old niece, sister and brother in law. (My niece’s first Christmas and my moms first grandchild.) Bubba was very nice and we appreciate him helping us more than words can describe. He is a good man with a kind heart who just wants to help people. Although we will probably never go through this small town in South Carolina again, I am confident Bubba would drive to wherever we needed him to to pick us up, that’s how great he is!
My car stopped working on me at Piggly Wiggly I called this company to inquire about their pricing and Bubba was absolutely wonderful and professional. He was on time and even gave a response of what he thought was wrong with the car ! So glad I chose this towing company . Will recommend anyone to call him if they need towing services !

I called for a tow and he got to me as fast as he could. Very friendly. I’ve used him multiple times and refuse to call any one else for a tow. I think 5 stars are not enough. I give him 20 stars out of 10. He really does care about the people he tows.
Chad was a life saver! I was in the middle of a 10 drive and my Jeep broke down. Chad brought me and the Jeep to an auto repair place about 25 minutes away. Nice clean truck, very helpful, and good conversation. If you need a tow in or around Florence, SC, Chad is who you want.
Bubbas is Great !!! Jonathan Huggins is the most courteous young man and on point ! Helped in every way he could ! He put my 80 year old momma at ease when he came and got her truck ! I would definitely use them again ! .....Highly refer them to anyone !

Roadside assist called about 30 companies. Bubba's Towing was the only 1 willing to drive 100 miles to come get us late at night and tow us 100 miles back home. Clean truck, clean appearance, speedy loading, and great conversation. It was midnight when we got home but he even waited on us to get our other 2 cars out the driveway so he could offload the car he towed at the back end of the driveway. It made me feel even better when I told him I used to call one particular guy to tow if I needed one (I've seen how some companies tow around here), He said "Oh, well if you call him now, he'll give you my number". If TS trusts him that much to associate himself with Chad, then so do we! Thanks again!!

Contacted my insurance company to have my car towed. The minute I answered my phone I could tell he didn't want to be bothered. Due to the recent storm Willow Creek Bridge is closed, which I have to go by there to get home. So I was explaining to him that the bridge was closed and he had to take a detour. He wasn't too happy about taking the detour and about the amount of money he was getting to take the car 11 miles down the road. I asked how much more would I have to pay. I also asked did they explained to him about the detour. He said no. Well I suggest that he call them to get better clarification. And let me know. About 25 mins after talking to him, I received a phone call from my insurance company. They told me he cancelled the call. He didn't even call me back to let me know. He knew I had my daughter waiting for him. Poor customer service. I suggested that they remove his name as a tow person. He didnt want to do the job in the 1st place and I could tell from the time I answered my phone. I know this is his business; however, he doesn't seem like a reputable or reliable person to cancel without notification. Poor customer service and poor excuse. If I could give him a negative star, I would.

We broke down at a rest area in SC with a rental car. Alamo car rental contacted Bubba's Towing to tow us to the nearest car rental agency for an exchange. Chad (owner) promptly contacted me to advise that he was enroute. He was very helpful and friendly and drove us to the Florence airport for a car replacement. He stayed with us until we transferred all of our luggage to a different vehicle. He made every attempt to get us to the rental counter before it closed for the evening thereby helping us make it home the same evening. Thanks Chad!
