Horrible cs, screwed us out of 200 lbs, then couldn't cash check. Noone ever even told us the check may not process. Called back and got a rude answer of.. Try before end of day. Called main company and was given a well try tomorrow. So basically , they stole my property and wrote me a bad check for payment. And receiving goods under false pretenses, because not one word was ever mentioned that we couldn't go cash that check. I'm sure that's breaking some law would not use these place again for nothing they are big scams and the place is so trashy .
Horrible customer service and the place is a absolute mess. They might pay more but its not worth it at the end of the day. Be prepared to get flat tires. The place is a joke.
CMC was closed so called here for prices. The guy answering wasn’t very professional. There prices were a little higher than CMC so I went. This place is a DUMP! I didn’t even wanna pull my car in. Wanted me to drive in between two piles of scrap to unload. No signs anywhere just looked like a bomb went off and sCRAP piled everywhere. If you like flat tires definitely go here.
Wish I could put no stars. Very unprofessional when answering the phone. Attitude soon as they answer the phone and don’t wanna cooperate with your needs.
