Tim was AMAZING! After waiting for over 3 hours for a tow company, kept getting the run, I finally called Tim! He was where I was within 10 minutes and got me home! Highly recommend him!
Spent 3 hours on the side of the road with a blown out tire for a company that never showed up. We called this towing company to at least get the car towed somewhere for the night but Timothy said he could help put on the spare tire that we had. He helped immediately in less than 30 min. he arrived and only took roughly 10 min to change out the tire. After getting the tire on he followed us to make sure we were safe while filling tire up with air. Truly the best service someone could provide. Sweet man that cared about the safety of his customers, so thank you so much and definitely use this company!
After being stuck on the side of interstate 95 for over 6 hours after
AAA couldn't help us. We called Tim hoping he could get us to a safe place for the night. We were so relieved to see him ! What a nice guy !! He towed our car to his place but before he dropped us at the hotel. Next day he checked on us to see if we were ok. He truly cares about his customers and it shows. Thank you again Tim ! Tim is Amazing. My 16 year old son was transporting (alone) his Four Wheeler in our trailer on Hwy 38s when our Suv tire blew out. I called 4 Tow companies including Statefarm but they didn't have staff available. Then I called 2states. Tim knew I was super worried and spent an extra 3 hours running errands to get my son back on the road including taking the rim to Walmart and buying a tire to mount on it. He treated my son like his little brother and got him back on the road Safely. Thank you so much for taking care of my baby!!!
Coming back from camping, my family and I got stuck at a gas station (off I-95), with our camper attached. We were blocking 4 pumps, stressed, and unable to move anything! We called 2 states towing and the guy who came to help us wasn’t able to tow all wheel drives. But, he helped push the car into a proper space, tow our camper outta the way, and was able to get ahold of a different towing guy to come and get our car to the dealership. Super helpful, kind, and tried everything he could to help us out the best he could! Thank you so much!
Had a problem coming up 38 from the coast and ended up stuck at a gas station, on a Sunday no less. Called a local towing service who recommended Tim and got us in touch. Very helpful, professional, and all around good experience during a stressful day.
