Great service fast and what quick thanks to Mr Clinton with the wrecker thanks to Charles for the assistance with the load on the roll back and also big thanks to Jackson for operating the the fork lift (which they supplied) to load material on roll back. Definitely will use these guys again

The gentleman was very professional and respectful. As an experienced wrecker driver, regardless of the towing distance he dropped the drive shaft to protect my transmission. I would most definitely recommend Xtreme towing for there services!

Great service felt safe and protected 5 stars not enough..Clinton working for Xtreme towing, made sure the vehicle arrival at the safe and correct location...Also in a timely matter to the mechanic shop where it was checked in..he made sure keys were in the correct vehicle and the customer (myself) was in a safe place before leaving...we need more down to earth people like this working to help society. This guy has been around for awhile it shows. Before he pulls out the shop Clinton made sure not one eye was crossed and all paperwork was done, while applying safety skills and caution to drop the vehicle where mechanic/and or assistance asked. Blessed to have had someone who arrive fast...not leaving me broke down on side the road...or left in a unsafe environment ?

Our driver (Mr Clinton) was a life saver! He was so kind, polite, professional and took great care in us and our RV, he went above and beyond for us! Clinton whom toll me was very professional courteous and good, from the time he arrived till drop me off. As far as Kelly goes great mechanic, broke down the issue with me was constantly on top of the work from when they open till he was able to finish.

My truck was broke down on the side of the road. Dispatch told me a tow truck would be to me in an hour. Mr. Clinton for Xtreme towing was there about 15 to 20 minutes after I got off the phone with the break down service. He is verycourteous, professional and knowledgeable about his job.He got me around to the stores that I needed to finish in an ample amount of time and got me back to the truck yard safely.

My 2019 GMC duramax pickup started running rough with multiple dash codes. Pulled off highway and by luck found Exreme Towing. Nick put on a code reader and diagnosed the problem which I needed a dealer for the type of repair found, all dealer repair shops were closed on Saturday. The owner was very helpful making calls for us for going a nice hotel. I priced out multiple night stay and rental cost. Extreme towing owner , Dustin, offered to take us 817 miles home , quoted us a price which was close to what we would spend on hotel and car rental for a few days not including dealer cost. The driver Charlie was very professional and safe. Thank you very much Dustin, Charlie and Nick at Extreme Towing.

Huge thank you to Extreme Towing! The owner, Dustin, was incredibly helpful coordinating our tow after our truck broke down while we were driving back home to Massachusetts from visiting family in Florida on a Saturday. The entire team went above and beyond to help us get home in a timely and safe manner. Nick was great in diagnosing the issue, and while we unfortunately couldn’t drive our truck the remaining 800 miles home, they made sure we were taken care of. They arranged for our truck to be put on a flatbed and even transported me, my husband, and our dog all the way home to Massachusetts. Charlie, our driver, did an exceptional job getting us home safely. We are truly grateful for the professionalism, kindness, and genuine care from everyone at Extreme Towing. We highly recommend them—such true gentlemen!

Mr Clinton did a great job he made sure everything was done right. He was informative of what to do help speed the process up to get to a safe place. Hands down amazing job couldn’t ask for a better operator. And just as he was about to leave he called to remind me of my bills.

My truck quit halfway to Myrtle Beach, and I had the good luck to get in contact with Xtreme Towing Parts and Service. They moved quickly to solve my problems by towing both my RV and my truck. The driver was extremely professional and attentive to safety. He towed my RV to a park I found, then went on to turn my truck in to the service center I had called, leaving me to take care of my wife and pets. What great service! I can't recommend them enough.

After getting an outrageous quote from another company I called Xtreme towing parts and service. They were very efficient with dispatching a mechanic for me. While driving home from Florida, one of our tires blew out without warning. Thankfully, we were able to pull over safely, but it was 11 p.m. on a dark stretch of I-95, still 140 miles from home. We immediately tried calling for help—GEICO, Audi Roadside Assistance, even AAA. Instead of support, we got high quotes ($1,100–$1,800), confusing overseas call centers, and long waits, only to be told no one could help. AAA even claimed they couldn’t locate my membership. At one point, we were preparing to sleep on the side of the road until morning. That’s when we found Xtreme Towing Parts and Service through Google, and everything changed. The woman on the phone was kind, reassuring, and quoted us a fair price. She promised a driver would arrive within the hour and that our family would make it home safely. True to her word, the truck came on time. Not only did the driver bring us all home together, but he also delivered our vehicle to the dealership and even handled the after-hours drop-off paperwork. In a moment when big, well-known companies failed us, Xtreme Towing stepped up with compassion, professionalism, and reliability. I am deeply grateful for their help that night and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Where do I even start? I’m originally from New Jersey, where I was when I purchased my truck and camper, the latter of which is now my home. After weeks of planning and coordinating, a buddy of mine flew up to Jersey to take a road trip with me and my pup from there to Shenandoah, VA, Gatlinburg, TN, Longs, SC, Savannah, GA, St. Augustine, FL, and ultimately ending in my new home, Orlando, FL. Along the way, we had a catastrophic transmission failure in the truck among other serious setbacks; but we were able to keep pushing forward… until I decided to follow the “RV specific gps” telling me to turn down a small dirt road as a short cut to save what was (after my later retracing of the route) likely 30 seconds of drive time and the entire passenger side of the camper decided it was going to hit the unpaved road and sink completely in, bottoming the 20,000lb 45’ camper out completely and almost tipping us over into a telephone pole with live power lines in the process. By the grace of God, and after my insurance company’s roadside assistance wasted literally hours of our time just to send us a regular tow truck operator who essentially shrugged his shoulders and left, the police were able to call Xtreme to the scene. Clint showed up with a smile on his face, festive neck tie and tie bar with the tail tucked neatly into his uniform shirt so it wouldn’t get in the way, and cowboy hat on his head. Clint spent his first few minutes just visually assessing the situation and coming up with a plan of approach as he looked for potential recovery points on the camper, ultimately coming to the unfortunate conclusion that he would not be able to pull the camper out without likely causing significant damage to the unit, as he’d have to lift the heaviest part of the camper completely airborne to get it out and there was no part of the camper strong enough for him to brace his chains or ropes against without compromising its structural integrity and damaging whatever they were bracing against. After spending quite literally hours trying to get the camper out without damaging it (or mitigating the damage the best he could), Clint apologized to me from the bottom of his heart and indicated, with obvious pain and emotion in his voice and in a tone of clear disappointment with the situation, that he wasn’t going to be able to get it out without causing serious damage. Knowing that it was likely just going to have to happen already at one point or the other, I said to Clint “it is what it is, brother, I know you tried your absolute best and gave it everything you had. If there was any chance at all of getting it out without damage, it was you who was going to do it. I 100% understand. Do what you gotta do”… With that in mind, I crouched down in the middle of the (closed by PD) roadway, quite literally just praying to God that there would be no more damage to the camper than the back bumper that had already been damaged by the earlier recovery attempts and slight body damage to the sheet metal on the passenger side by the back of the unit, and Clint rigged the camper up one last time. Then, Clint started to lift. It was in that moment that the camper started to lift up off the ground, inch by inch until it was completely in the air. Once it was airborne, Clint moved the camper back over to solid ground as slowly and carefully as he could possibly operate his equipment and slowly lowered it back to solid ground where I could just reverse the camper back into the roadway and continue on with our journey. Despite Clint’s near guarantee that there was going to be damage ranging somewhere between serious and completely catastrophic, there wasn’t a single piece of the camper out of place other than the damage that had already been done up to that point. Moral of the story? If you need a reliable, punctual, professional, and CLEARLY skilled and highly intelligent and analytical towing company to get you out of a jam, Xtreme has got your back.
