The tow company is ridiculous here! I contacted my AAA company who then contacts this crazy company. The tow person went out to the location, spoke to us and left without towing the car because he had received a call from the police about a car accident. What type of nonsense is this? The tow is in process and the guy leaves us stranded and goes to another call. Pathetic!

I had to get my 2003 Mazda Mpv van towed because it wasn't driving right I was able to make it to food Lion and my roadside assistance sent out this place and the guy was very professional and showed within 5 minutes I never had any other towing company showed up in 5 minutes
The guy I met gave very racial vibes. I extended my hand and he did not shake my hand very unprofessional. Then stated it would be over 200 dollars to tow my car 3-4 miles which has to be a mistake so I am gonna inquire further. But as far as first impression goes definitely not a place any colored person should go to or call for any kinda work. Very unprofessional very not recommended. I will update on what I get charged for the towed car. Just for measure he towed it from in front of Bojangles made ONE right turn and down to his shop so stay tuned!

My first experience with Stegall's Paint and Body today. They came in response to my AAA request for a tow. It took the driver less time to arrive at my location than it took to explain my situation to AAA! I appreciate your help.
Called AAA to get a tow to repair shop , and was told it would be approx. 3 Hrs. Stegall Towing was there in half the time I was told. The driver was Justin. He was very courteous and helpful. He took my car to the repair shop and sent me photo of the car. I will use this company again. Great job.
My car overheated yesterday (02-16-23), and I requested towing from my service club. Justin, from Stegall's showed up and towed my car to a repair shop. Traveler's Insurance called them after a towing debacle the night before when I waited over 4 hours for another company they assigned to my vehicle and I finally said enough and went home. Stegall's came promptly (under 60 minutes from my call to Traveler's). They immediately gave updates and a contact. Very professional, very good at assessing and placing the vehicle on the platform. Walked in the door and both myself and my wife said “Hello” and not one person even acknowledged that we were standing there. Two guys just sitting at the front desk eating away, they couldn’t even say “Give us a moment” or even responded “Hey, how can we help you?”
Yea I walked out because I felt they were being racist! Hence, they were white and my wife and I are colored…
Tim was extremely friendly and provided great service. He towed a classic car for us and did a fantastic job. He even helped get it into the garage after offloading. Our family highly recommends this towing service.
They towed and stored my son’s vehicle until I was able to recover it. The staff was knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. They were very pleasant to work with! I was quite happy with the whole experience.
My insurance company contacted this tow company at approximately 2 o’clock in the afternoon. The tow company stated they would be here in 90 minutes. I called them after 90 minutes passed and they said they were on their way. One hour later I called to see what the status was. They said it was canceled. No one called to notify me. I missed the drop off time to deliver the car. Whatever you do, don’t depend on this tow truck company to be on time or even show up. Totally unprofessional. Not even a courtesy call to tell me they canceled. Receptionist even became annoyed when I complained. Pretty pathetic ?
Had my wife’s z71 towed this afternoon by Nolan Davis was on time and was very professional and knowledgeable and got my wife’s truck to the destination safely would highly recommended this towing company without a doubt in my mind
My experience with Stegall Paint and Body plus Towing was excellent. Mr. Stegall himself came out to unlock my car for me. He was here about 10 minutes and I was on my way. Professional, polite, courteous, and quick. A person couldn't ask for more. This is the third time I have had the pleasure of deal with Mr. Stegall business and all these times were the same, all were great experience. I would highly recommend Mr. Stegall's business to all.
We had a truck that was accidently locked today and there was no way we could get it open....After numerous tries to get it open we finally gave up and called for help...In a very short period of time Melissa with Stegall Towing arrived and went to work taking care of the situation. Outstanding Service provider for AAA. Jacob got to my car in less than 25 minutes and took care of my battery problem in less than 20 minutes. He made sure that my problem was not an electrical system fault, by diagnosing with smartphone technology. He explained every step of his work to me in detail I could understand. Unfortunately, I've had to have my car towed several times over the past couple of months. Each time was not a pleasant experience. Granted, I was already unsettled due to having to have my car towed, but the experience with the tow company AAA sent to me didn't make matters any better. I felt belittled and very uncomfortable with the drivers that were sent to tow my car. Until recently. A couple of weeks back, a young man from this company by the name of Travis came to tow my car. He was a very pleasant person. He was very efficient and made sure to tell me what he was doing to and why he was doing it when loading my car. He treated it like it was his own. I also felt comfortable on the ride due to his truck being clean and not reeking of smoke like the ones in the past. I would definitely recommend Stegalls and will be requesting them and Travis in the future. Thank you again for your help.
This company was contracted to tow our truck when we broke down while on vacation by our auto insurance company. Having used my roadside assistance a few times before I was prepared to be disappointed again as I had been with every vendor before. However, Stegall's gave us service well above our expectations. My insurance company stated that a tow would arrive in approximately one hour, but Dillon was on scene in about 20 minutes. He was friendly and professional. He worked quickly and carefully on the side if I-77 to get the truck loaded. He was polite and conversational on our ride to the auto parts store where he was to drop us off. And after he left, he found something in his truck that he thought may have fallen out of my purse during the ride and called me to see if it was mine. He went above and beyond. I cannot say how thankful I am that Stegall's was sent to rescue us that night!
Came out an hour out of their way and winched my car out of some sand when no one else within 30 miles would. Prompt and friendly people too. Hopefully I will never have to use them again (haha), but I highly recommend them.
Stegall's was sent to me through AAA for a long tow. Melissa was great! She did a great job making sure my vehicle was secure, drove safely, and offered me water. Very professional while also keeping a friendly experience. I will be using them again!
Id much rather do business with folks that have great customer service. They have this. The tow truck experience was quick with no hassle or weird people. Got my car back in great time also.
Had the front bumper hanging off my car from hiting a curb. The towing guy explained to me they could fix it at there shop. I was direct on wanting it done right and not with zip ties or tie straps. He was polite and answered me saying thats the only way they do it. 4days later picked my care the paint still matched couldnt tell it had been scratched up the bumper was lined back up perfect. These guy were so nice then charged $400 less than what another shop was and $100 less than what they originally told me. Its 6mnths later and its still holding strong and paint is beautiful.
