Was wanting to get my tires force balanced, but they checked the tires out and said you don't need it. Nice to be able to go into a place with honest people that don't try to push unneeded services.

Got a flat tire on side of the road and needed a very specific specialized performance tire. This shop went above and beyond to get the tire same day and within a few hours! Everyone was so very nice and helpful. The price was also great. Thank you so much for the assistance and special care!

Quick service while I waited. I needed two tires repaired (one plug and another sensor). They were fast and courteous with reasonable prices. Sensor was way cheaper than a dealership I recently used.
I had a really disappointing and overwhelming experience at Tire Country in Pageland. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was awful. The front desk lady was extremely unprofessional and rude, she talked down to me like she was better than everyone else and had a very hostile attitude. It got so bad that I was taken to a back office, and she was asked to step out. I was so overwhelmed by the whole situation, I actually started crying. No one should be made to feel that way over a car service visit.
Their communication is terrible. They say one thing and do another, and it honestly feels like they’re more focused on getting your money than doing the job right. I originally came in for a tire alignment, and not only did they not handle it properly the first time, but I had to come back again because of issues. Then they claimed they had no record of my first visit and made me bring in my own paperwork something they should have already had on file.
The last time I went, they told me my tire alignment was under warranty. But once again, they said they had no documentation and forced me to prove it myself by bringing paperwork back. It’s ridiculous that a business can’t keep track of basic customer records.
To make things worse, the front desk lady tried to scare me into taking my car to an auto body collision shop. It felt totally unnecessary and fear-driven. When I returned and spoke to someone else, they told me that advice wasn’t even appropriate or recommended.
This whole experience was stressful, draining, and felt like a waste of money. I would never go back, and I’d strongly advise anyone to think twice before trusting this place with your vehicle or your peace of mind.
I needed a new tire their mobile unit came to where I was put new tire on and the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely use their services again.
WORST EVER ! Been to them twice in 5 years and first time they told me that they had the tires I needed. Drove nearly 1 hour to be told that they only had 3 , so I bought what they recommended. Terrible decision. Tires were from some country that must still have horse drawn buggies. SOOOO... Now I stupidly go back to them for replacements (paid both times) and ordered tires that I wanted. WRONG!!!! They ordered the wrong size and now gas milage and speedometer are not right because of WRONG SIZE!!! Just realized it on a recent trip. If you feel lucky, then go to them... WELL DO YOU???? They are the PUNKS.
I've used tire country for the 5 years I have lived in pageland. (5+ vehicles) The owner always makes sure cars leaving his establishment are done correctly. And their prices on tires and labor are very reasonable.
Just moved to South Carolina and needed new tires for my suv. Called and got a remarkable price quote so I had to come check them out. They now have a forever customer. Pricing and customer service is top notch.
I had a wheel alignment done at tire country and I still had the same tire wear problem. I went back to show the owner how my tires were still wearing uneven. He just made excuses on how he knew how his young mechanic would do the work correct. I had to take my vehicle to another tire alignment business to have it done correctly. If you want to waste your money, waste it on something worthwhile.

Cheap pricing there ig for a reason. They balanced the my old tires and noticed it without telling them. Front lady was very nice. Only problem is they said my rear subframe or something on the rear suspension was bent.(never noted actual part that was “bent” They recommended a Collision center to fix my bent frame. Car is in mint condition. Rear subframe and all rear suspension parts are 100%. Next time just tell me you don’t know how to align the rear of the car. Or maybe don’t charge me a full aliment when you didn’t even do half.
Not the brightest bulbs in the box. I went in for a four tire alignment before I had to drive from South Carolina to Arkansas specifically told them I needed all four tires lined up after they were finished was told that my rear tires couldn't be aligned on my 97 T-Bird. Was very tempted to educate them on eccentric bushings and independent rear suspension and rear tire alignment. Was still charged for a four tire alignment though
Their customers service is terrible. Tires seemed to be good, prices are competitive. I bought tire on June 2 2022 for my Prius. The next day brought the car back because the car was drifting all over the road. They told me my car has to get used to the new tires. What!!!! Told me to drive them a while. On Tuesday my air pressure light came on. Now they are telling me that the air pressure should be set according to the manufacturer specs on the door. Again I say what!!!! The tires on the car are different size then the original tires. Why is it so hard to get good customer service??? I will no do business with them anymore

Just got a full set of tires today for my 2012 Dodge Journey! Could not beat the price they gave us. We got a whole set of brand new tires and with everything including mounting, balancing, and all, it was $376! Definitely will use them again! The employees were very nice to us and friendly, and was in and out in no time!
I have never gave anyone an online rating ever. But this place exceeded all of my expectations! Awesome customer service. Very fair prices, I expected to pay a lot more considering what was wrong with my truck. First time using these guys. And I will only use these guys to service my vehicles from now on!!
Got a nail in my tire and and stopped in with the intention of buying a new tire. After telling them what happened and inquiring about a new tire, they told me if I liked, they could just plug it for me. Seeing as I didn't really have an extra $90 for a new tire, I decided to go with the plug.
Plugged my tire, and swapped out the donut for me in about 10 minutes. They could've just sold me a tire and sent me on my way instead of presenting me with a less costly option. Small displays of integrity like that mean a lot to me and have earned them a loyal customer in the future.
Staff very friendly and go out of there way to fix problems correctly and very affordable. Brought my own 2 tires they mounted and balanced asked for front end alignment. Ball joints were bad they could not do front end alignment until they fixed ball joints. They were very reasonably priced, brought back later for 2 more tires. They saw my front end alignment was out fixed without even charging me. Wow Thak Yall James

This place is the best hands down for tires and alignments. If they do not have what you want they will usually have it the next day. The prices are much better that big box stores too. I prefer to spend my money with providers who offer hometown services and because they care.
I used Tire Country today. Excellent Service! Kind and Courteous! As a woman, I find it hard to find auto type business where I feel comfortable doing business; however, I was treated fairly and respectfully throughout not only my price checking, but also with the service. Kenny jumped on getting my car right in and even allowed me to see that my car did need an alignment prior to just doing it and charging me for it. Charles also did all the rebate paperwork for me. GREAT SERVICE!
