I had been following a coolant leak for a long time, the mechanic at R&I immediately diagnosed the problem, and changed the gaskets on the egr cooler. Fast and at a good price, I highly recommend it
They dont do the oil change right and after they are spraying the engine to get it started
and they leave a bolt in my engine and i have to reopen my emgine again to get it done
They don’t know what they’re doing. They act like they do, but they don’t. Don’t do business with them unless you want your truck to come back with more problems than it had when you took it in!
I changed the starter with them and they didn t did it right and i had to change it over road from my own expenses because they was not answering me anymore .
Better stay away from that shop!!
I stop to another shop to try to get help to see if they can tighten it up so i can get to you so you can change it, the stud was already broken!
If they had mounted it right the first time, I wouldn’t have needed to go to another shop!
Very unprofessional, they change my oil and after the truck was not able to start properly because they did not did the premium how it supposed to be done. They use spray to try to start it and even so after multiple times the truck didn t start, they tried so many times until the destroyed my start and i have to change it of course from my money.
After they change the starter we start again multiple times and it started.
After one week the truck would not start again after i checked the started i noticed that they tight up the wire to much and they destroyed the stud inside of the starter. I tried to contact them and they told me to come back to the shop but unfortunately i could t make it because the starter was not working anymore and i had to change over the road because of them. I tried to contacted them afain and they don t answer anymore.
Don t work with this guys!
I love love love this shop!!! Sarena is the best tech I've met in a long time. Came in for leaking hub seal and fuel filter changes for water in fuel. Sarena walked me through the hub seal issue and Bobby gave top notch recommendations for water in fuel issue. The prices are great and the people are greater!!!! I'll definitely use this shop again when I'm in the area. Came in @ 9am and they got me in and out fixed in less than an hour. Love love love real mechanics and ethically sound shops. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
I had a roadside breakdown, serpentine belt walked off it's pulleys and got chewed up by my engine fan. When the tech arrived, he didnt just slap a new belt on and call it a day, he inspected why the belt walked off in the first place. He diagnosed a bad belt tensioner and was 100% spot on. Even managed to salvage the old belt and get that back on, so that I could limp my way into a shop and have both belt and tensioner replaced. That way I wouldnt have a brand new belt he put on get torn up by the same bad tensioner. Very excellent stuff thanks for the help guys
THIS PLACE BELIEVES IN TAKING CARE OF THE CUSTOMER!!! Adrian with R&I roadside assistant made sure that everything was top notch and showed the true meaning of above and beyond customer service he was knowledgeable and the mechanics were excellent as well! Because of Adrian I will always be a customer at R&I !!!
They have also a shop, a good place prompt and great service , they take attention to detail and make sure it’s done right the first time.

Got my ABS light on, and nobody in the area could get me fixed, R&I and their diagnose computer got me back on the road the next day! They are PRO and they invoice you fair!

They in shop service is a joke. I took truck over to see how much it would cost to get a set of brakes put on 1 axel which I already had with me. I was told it would take 4hrs @$100 per hour labor rate with would have been $400. Left there went down the street & got it done for $160 in 1hr. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!
