I haven’t had the pleasure of getting serviced by this company but, I did just have an encounter with one of their drivers to where he was not paying attention to the road and ran me and my 3 year old child off of the road. After having to swerve off into the median to avoid getting hit and honking my horn the man REFUSED to look at nor pull up next to me at the light, staying a whole car length away from me while I had to readjust my child’s car seat. He then proceeded to barely move at a crawl once the light turned green, and allowed all of traffic to keep a significant distance in between us. I’m not sure what the service is like but this interaction where the two men couldn’t have cared less about our safety was beyond unsatisfactory. I would leave zero stars but sadly I cannot.
Never a good day when you have to call a tow truck, but it's people like Coy who make these days better. After bottoming out on a back road in the middle of the sandhills I spent a couple hours trying everything I knew to get myself out but I knew realistically I needed pulled out. I tried calling one tow company after the next, most people saying they couldn't, or just plain didn't want to risk getting stuck themselves... Understandable but still, I wouldn't be calling if I didn't absolutely need it. Eventually I was given Coy's number and within an hour of calling him he had already pulled me out quick and easy. I will be recommending his company to everyone I know who likes those back road adventures. Getting stuck is an unfortunate sacrifice we sometimes have to make to get to the best spots, and in times like these, it's great to know someone like Coy.
My experience with blood hound towing was a good experience. The guy who towed my car was very professional and courteous and came to pick up my car quickly. I would recommend Blood Hound Towing for anyone that needed a tow job.
