I love this store it is my goto store for just about anything. I have met with a few employees over the years and there is one particular gentleman named David who is very welcoming and always willing to help when it seems like no one else is. Friendly smile and a good solid handshake.
This it the absolute WORST parts store. We own a business and have brought all of our business to this store from day one. And it has gone more and more down hill every single week. Time and time again specialty parts are not ordered properly. We are given the wrong parts heck we even have to look up our own parts numbers from your website and give it to the employees. We will never use this horrible excuse for a store again.
I came here after the Advance down the street was clueless. The lady here was very helpful finding an obsolete Corvette part number from VDO. They didn't have the part, but helped me in finding the one I needed.
Very clean store with good customer service. This one employee name Joe went above and beyond to assist my family and I when we had issues with my AC. He was very helpful, professional and polite!
Very helpful already have what I need they're always willing to help me find it if I can't and tell me how to use it if I don't know how so overall great experience every time
Excellent, friendly and professional service. Had a unique item in stock I did not think they were going to have. Other automotive stores did not carry it
Awesome experience called the gentleman who answered the phone sorry I didn't catch your name was very helpful let me know they did have the part and stock told him I was on my way to grab it he had a pulled and waiting for me when I got there there was also a young lady there with him as well I asked if they had any tire repair kits she pointed me in the right direction and even told me exactly where they were very appreciative thanks guys been a long time since I've been to a part store and had a knowledgeable person assist me And was able to help me you're very friendly are doing a great job So whoever the gentleman and the lady working on the morning of June 12th 2021 keep up the good work guys you have great attitude and a very good knowledge of what you all are doing there appreciate it and hope you all enjoy the rest of your weekend
Don't shop here, very poorly run store. They promise to have a part, I set up a mechanic, the part never arrived. I tried to get the manager to help,it was a waste of time. I will never shop here again.
Went in for a trolley Jack had what I needed on the shelf on sale. Went to Napa Auto parts nobody knew what a trolley Jack was.. thanks O'Reilly's you're my number one auto parts store
Always have what I need! I've saved a ton of money using O'Reilly Auto Parts and the staff here are always helpful and pleasant to talk to ... they offer a military discount and are knowledgeable with automotive parts questions!
Was told the item on the website that said "call store to order" could not be ordered in the store. This location used to be incredible. It's just went downhill in the last year or so. Sorry to say I will not be going back to this location.
Ordered a part today to replace another part that broke a few days ago. And they stated they were going to be more than happy to replace the part that broke with a new one. The only problem is we got to wait to get one out of North Carolina. The good news is though it'll be here tomorrow morning. fast friendly customer service.
I really do enjoy going to O'Reilly's because they always have what I need the price is reasonable the employees a very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and I like that
