Went in about an hour before they closed to have my car battery replaced. The two gentlemen working there were very knowledgeable, patient and kind. Overall great customer service and they did a great job at replacing my battery in a timely manner.
Joseph Gabe is a good and very polite employee I came in off the road I'm a truck driver and needed help and he helped with no problem keep this guy around if you want my business!!
The manager Don and his staff are awesome. Then there many times this is by far the best crew I've seen in the place. Always helpful always in stock. Highly recommend
Incredible customer service. I ordered online and waited about an hour before calling to see if the order was ready to pick up. It turned out that there had been an issue with the order. The item was not actually in the store, but the online system was out of sync with the store’s inventory, and my order had not gone to the store. The person I talked to was able to get the item delivered from another store and I picked it up first thing the next morning. The person in the store the next morning was a different person than I had talked to the previous day, but It was clear when I went in that the issue had been communicated between the evening and morning crew. Thank you for the excellent customer service. I will be a return customer.
The worst Advance of all of them. They're always bad but this is the first time I've had to leave a review. They let me use their code scanner and then after I purchased and replaced spark plugs they told me it was against store policy to let me clear my code. I went 100 yards north to O'Reilly and so should you.

I accidentally picked up the wrong weight of Castrol Dexos motor oil the other night. Naturally I had cleaned out my car shortly after that and discarded the receipt. I thought that they would have made an exchange but no, the manager on duty refused. Of course I won't be doing business there any more. I guess they don't care though.
Lady working counter was helpful, and helped me where\when she could while buying parts to build an aftermarket exhaust for my truck. However her "help" stayed in the back of the store on her phone, you could hear her hollering and cussing all over the store. Very limited on certain supplies, only 1-2 of something you may need 5 of. All in all I was able up accomplish what was needed though w\ a few modifications.
Whenever we need a part for our vehicle, we go to Advanced Auto store in Ravenel. The employees are very friendly, courteous, very helpful.
If she is working, we always get Theresa Poland to help us with our parts. She is very knowledgeable about car parts and if she can, she will put the part on for us.
Never really had a problem with this advance Auto parts. It's actually a reallycomfortable feeling place to go and right now during the co visit they are taking their policy and making sure people wear their masks and they keep things clean. I mean I honestly didn't see anybody walk around and spray thanks and wipe it off but this isn't a restaurant it's just a place where you buy your car and truck parts.
Most recently, I had a positive experience at this location. I purchased oil and a filter. Rick check my engine to ensure I purchased the correct kind. He was very professional and patient. I called in today and had a positive experience as well.
The parts were not available in store as the website inventory indicated. I wasted 5 hrs of my life and drove 63 miles and accomplished nothing.
I will no longer do business with Advance Auto Parts.
We've been dissatisfied with their service many times in the past and this system failure sealed the deal of Permanently losing our business.

Terrible in every way. Unskilled and completely unmotivated staff. Have no idea what you are talking about, and do not care. If they do not know what it is you need, they will lie to your face and tell you they don't have. Can never get anything, and seem to stock very little that is actually useful.
