Frank, our tower from Tommy's, was amazingly kind and gave prompt and professional assistance when my daughter needed her car towed to a tire shop on Saturday evening. Highly recommend Frank from Tommy's for exceptional service!!!
Never go here. They said they could repair my valve cover gaskets that were leaking. They're repair included braking both of my valve covers, trying to do repair with JB weld, everything leaked oil. They did not put the screws on the fuel rail correctly. They also left bolts off the valve covers. And they did not put all the bolts in to secure the on my turbocharger. This place totally sucks had to go to a real reputable garage they charged me to repair and replace everything Tommy's did.
Needed a tow and used the AAA app, chose my window time and AAA had someone come at NOT the time I picked. I was still at work.
Got home and called AAA and David A. from Tommy’s Towing came pretty prompt and was very helpful and courteous.

Great experience with David A. who towed my car in response to a AAA call. Prompt and very responsive, and even texted me when he dropped it off at the service shop.
I’m watching this tow truck going 80 almost crashing into cars honking and speeding down 278, I have video of your crazy driver if you want it. I tried to call your company to report this reckless driving.
Very rude guys, the did some job for me and i waited way to long to get receipt from them and when i called i got yelling and screaming. Guy just hang up on me when i started explaining what i need from them. I will definitely not recommend this guys to do any job. There is couple of shops who can perform job better and cheaper and would be polite, at least.
I love my Tommy's experience! Tim, Tracey, Chelsea and Cameron, I might be wrong about his name, but he's the grandson of Tommy Burrows, who recently passed away. They were all great and helped me so much!
Tim at Tommy's Towing is amazing! I was in a wreck a few weeks ago and had my jeep towed to Tommy's. The other driver's insurance was a pain to work with, and there were several miscommunications that dragged the process out. Tim had my back and was so kind and compassionate to my situation. I am so thankful for Tim's kindness and will continue to use Tommy's towing in the future.
I used to frequent Tommys for all my service needs. Unfortunately that will no longer be the case. The lady on the phone seemed annoyed to have to talk to me about getting my truck repaired and told me someone else would call me back that afternoon. That never happened. So now I’ve taken my business elsewhere along with two other trucks for repair. I guess they don’t need the business.
My car overheated on Thanksgiving Day, it took them 5 hours to pick it up and they charged me $260 to tow my car 15 miles. The driver was able to drive my car onto the wrecker and unload without the winch. I understand gas prices are high but this is absolutely ridiculous. I will never use them again. I would highly suggest you call someone else
This company told me they would be there to tow my truck by 4:00 and kept pushing it back but they never showed up. I understand other things happen but they didn’t let us know. We lost a whole day of work because of them
Worst Service. I calmly gave them directions Twice and they didn't find Me. Told them the road and mile marker. The Tow Truck driver called me said He couldn't find Me and I told Him Mile marker. Route number and west direction. Waited for a long time and called Him Back. He sounded like He was high. I would not use them
You need to tell your driver who was driving on 05/27/2022 by the walmart/auto nation around 2:45pm to learn how to drive and not pull out in front of vehicle going 50mph. He/she endangered everyone around him including my daughter in the car!!! Your a towing company for goodness sake you literally tow cars after wrecks yet your driver almost caused one!!
40' RV broke down in Bluffton. Tommy and his driver, Anson came out in a bad storm to haul RV to a diesel mechanic in Ridgeland.
He was very professional and sympathetic to our situation!

There was an older lady who answered the phone and wasn’t very much help. Seems like you guys pick and choose who you really want to deal with. Just a little tip: if you don’t like answering the phone and talking to strangers who unfortunately have to spend their hard earned money on your services, the quicker you act like you know what’s going on, the quicker we all can get off the phone with each other. It’s as simple as that.
DO NOT RECOMMEND. Called here to see about getting my vehicle towed, and just no. A woman picked up the phone and sounded so bothered .. It’s unfortunate I had to spend my money here because I damn sure would have loved to spend it else where, to a small towing company who actually appreciates their customers. Won’t be using this company again, and will definitely tell family friends and neighbors in the area that they are better off using someone else.
The day after Thanksgiving we were in a six car pile up on 278. The tow driver was AMAZING! He was here quickly, he had the wrecked vehicles loaded and ready so fast, and was very good at what he does, even in the middle of mass chaos, of six wrecked cars and the craziness of six cars full of upset occupants, he was calm, cool, and collected. I was very impressed by him, and appreciated all his hard work! He was amazing!
I will never get services done here ever again. Not only did my so call new tire I purchased from this place flatten the next day. I call to see if they can help me resolve the issue in which I was told I would get a call back and never did. This place only cares about money not good quality services for the vehicle and or people hard earn money and time. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
Received AAA service from Tommy's Towing today. My tow vehicle had broken down, and I needed my vehicle as well as my 26' camper towed to my house. The drivers were communicative and a pleasure to deal with in light of a bad situation. Their equipment was top notch, not adhering to the stereotypical beat up run down trucks that you don't want anywhere near your vehicles. AAA chose Tommy's for my needs, but if I ever need anything in their market again outside of AAA service, I will definitely be calling them.
The technician from Tommy's was friendly, competent and was able to get my spare from under my truck without a complete crank tool which I did not have in my truck. For his ingenuity and hard work, it was easy to get over the time it took him to respond and given the fact that his prior service call was 60 miles away, I can only blame AAA for not sending a service from Savannah which was less than 3 miles away.
These people are amazing. They helped us so much when our vehicle was wrecked. They answered questions that other “important” pieces of the puzzle could not answer. We would definitely use them again. The yard is crowded and I wish it was easier to get around but they are making it work and still providing a great service.
A tow charge of $300.00? It was at 11:00 at night so I get that might cost more. Towed maybe 5 miles. Then $50.00 a day storage. They are not open on weekends so I couldn’t get the car out until Monday. Had them tow it to my house on Monday and they charged me $60.00 to tow it further than Friday night. Only accepted cash. Something isn’t right here. Call someone else that is on the up and up.
