Kidnapped my vehicle, told me it was at a location that it was not, wouldn’t answer the phone, and was extremely rude when trying to find the location of the vehicle. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Awesome, awesome, awesome! Best prices for parts and labor. Checks everything whether you request it or not and does the work in record time. I will be returning for any and all my mechanical needs. Very nice guy,nice clean shop that shows his pride in his work.
They are not very reliable or helpful! The older man does not remember what he tells people over the phone, and they charge for everything! Do not recommend!
Really appreciate these guys and really appreciate they can move our diesel dually when we've had trouble. I've also worked on the diesel with great results. Very nice Christian men very professional nice family
I got stoped at a license check right before New Years. I called my wife as soon as they pulled me over and they called James Auto repair to tow the truck. I told her and she called him right then and he told her she had 30 minutes to get all the way to Honea Path from Broadway Lake or they would keep it for a week and charge 40 a day. They were very difficult to deal with and intent on taking every penny we had by continuously coming up with new charges. I definitely would not recommend them. I also still can't find my jump box that was in the truck when they towed it, smh...
Very rude! They do not care if you have a car or not, they take their time. Closed early on Halloween night, did not post a sign or anything! Worst business etiquette I've ever seen! Absolutely no morals, they must have so much money they do not need business!

These guys have no idea what they are doing. They failed to fix my car after 5 days, and even broke parts that had nothing to do with the car’s problem. It was so bad I had a tow truck take my car to a real repair shop that found and fixed my problems, and the screw-ups James’s made, in 2 days. They burned me for $450 for fixing nothing and causing more problems. If your car has problems take it to a repair shop for your car brand, these guys are amateurs.
Our dealings with James Auto started in late September. With the passing of my brother I inherited three cars. James and his son Rick have been super professional and helpful. Today we hauled the last car to the house. I highly recommend this company for all your towing needs. All of our vehicles were transported with great care. Thanks James and Rick for all of your help
Do not get car towed there they charge 50 dollars a day including weekend to store I had car there for week I call he wanted to charge me 729.00 for storage and 229.00 for tow I asked him to if he would take 500 that day and give me two day to give the rest he refused
