Was having issues losing coolant on my 2014 Chevy Cruze. Everybody I called said to bring it in the next day. Imagine my surprise when I was told to bring it on in. From the time I got until the repair was finished a little over 2 Hours. Highly recommend Mike and his crew.

You can make an appointment for common repairs and he'll get you in and out. He'll let you provide your own parts and he'll provide the labor. His receipts list his warranty so there is no surprise. And if you like, he'll pray with you if you ask. He has a big heart and works really hard to be there for you! My husband and I have used his services for ten years for both of our vehicles and will continue to do so for the long haul!!
They repaired my vehicle when no one else could find out what the problem was. With great hospitality and the most pleasant experience and professional work on my car I ever had. I'm not from here, but they treated me as if I had known them all my life. I definitely will be recommending them to everyone I know.
My car will never go back here and my friend said the same thing. My car had a transmission leak , Took them a month to call me to bring my car, Take my car over there my car sits for two weeks before they even look at it, or do anything with it meanwhile, my husband tells them he’s going out of town that we need my car back so I have a way to go They wait till the third week to even look at my car and do anything with it just kept giving us the runaround when it was gonna be fixed. Tell us one thing to another. Finally on the day my husband is going out of town he tells my husband it’ll be ready at 3 o’clock. There is a nine hour 10 hour job and all this stuff. Well needless to say it takes us an hour to get to where they’re at so we called to make sure it was ready around little after 3 they tell us again your car is not ready. It’ll be a couple more hours. So we waited around till It was 630 then we finally left. My car will never go back to the shop ever and I do not recommend it to anyone no matter what. Your shop is in a drug infested area plus You all are clueless on what you’re doing giving people the runaround instead of being straight forward why do you need to keep someone’s car for three weeks just for a leak makes no sense at all. If anyone is reading this, please do not take your vehicle to these people.

I ALWAYS PRAY FOR AN HAPPY ENDING but AS WE ALL KNOW IN TODAY'S WORLD YOU CAN'T BE GREAT AND MY FAIRY TALE MIND DON'T WORK WELL WITH TODAY'S PEOPLE. SO, MR. MIKE WENT TO PICK UP MY CAR FROM ANOTHER SHOP THAT HAD IT FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS AND FROM THAT I SHOULD'VE JUST GOT RID OF THIS CAR, but THESE MECHANICS KEEP TELLING ME DON'T YOU HAVE A VERY GOOD CAR AND THE MILES ARE GREAT, SO I KEPT THE CAR, BEING FROM NEW YORK I REALLY DON'T KNOW TO MUCH ABOUT CAR'S KNOW TRAINS AND BUSES ARE MORE MY SPEED. WELL MIKE DID GO GET THE CAR AFTER 3 WEEKS OF TELLING ME HE WOULD, KNOW IT HAS BEEN 3 MONTHS AND THE CAR HAS JUST BEEN MOVED FROM THE FRONT OF THE SHOP TO THE SIDE OF THE SHOP. WHEN THEY DO PICK UP THE PHONE THESE ARE THE THINGS, I HEAR... IT'S MIKE'S NOT HERE, OH THAT CAR I DON'T THINK HE EVEN STARTED WORKING ON THAT CAR, I'M WAITING FOR A PIECE, I'M WAITING FOR A GUY TO COME HELP ME, AT THIS POINT I THINK THAT THE CAR CAN'T BE FIXED AND THEY THINK THEY ARE RUNNING ME IN A CIRCLE, NOPE NOT "I". TELL PEOPLE THE TRUTH, FIRST CLUE THAT GOD SHOWED ME WAS, I WEAR GLASSES AND "CRYSTAL" SENT ME MY INVOICE I MISSED READ IT AND SENT HER AN EMAIL BACK THAT STATED SHE CHARGED ME THE WRONG TOWING FEE, WELL, I DON'T DO ANYTHING WITHOUT MY GLASSES NOW, SHE CHARGED ME LESS BUT WHEN I EMAILED HER SHE QUICKLY FIXED THAT, MY THING IS THIS FOR A CUSTOMER TO HAVE TO CORRECT YOU IS NOT A GOOD LOOK AND YES MY PRICE WENT UP AND I STILL PAID IT. NSO THIS IS THE WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 28, 2023 I WENT THIS WHOLE WEEK MIKE TOLD ME MONDAY HE WOULD CALL ME AT THE END OF THE DAY AND NOTHING, TUESDAY MIKE SAID HE WAS WAITING FOR A PIECE, AND NOTHING, WEDNESDAY I WENT MIKE WASN'T THERE, TODAY 9/28/2023 I CALLED A WOMEN PICKED I ASKED FOR MIKE SHE HUNG UP, MIKE SAID "CRYSTAL" IS THE ONLY "WOMEN" THAT PICKS UP THE PHONE. SO, MIKE AND CRYSTAL SEEMS THAT YOUR SHOP TOOK ON A JOB THAT THEY COULD'NT FIXED AND NOW I'M BEING PASSED AROUND FROM EXCUSE TO EXCUSE NOT A WAY TO RUN A BUSSINESS. I'M A TRAVEL CNA AND ALL MY MONEY IS GOING TO RENTALS AT THIS POINT I CAN'T DEAL WITH THEM OR THIS CAR BOTH PARTIES ARE MAKING ME MISS THE RATS, SMELLS, EXPENSIVE SMALL APARTMENTS, THE HOMELESS PEOPLE THAT MIGHT KILL YOU AND THE 70,000 PLUS PEOPLE THERE IN ONE BUILDING. MIKE I'LL BE THERE TO GET THE CAR YOU CAN STOP FAKE WORKING ON IT. UPDATE AS OF 10/17/2023 AFTER 3 MONTHS I DID GET MY CAR BACK WITH SOME UNEXPECTED CHARGES WHICH I DIDN'T HAVE MIKE GAVE ME THE CAR AND ALLOWED ME TO DO PAYMENTS TO PAY OFF THE UNEXPECTED CHARGES. IT SAT SO LONG THE DOORS FRAME IS COMING OFF. SMH.
Browns will forever have my family’s business. I brought my Mercedes’ to them from Columbia and I will do it a million times again. Mike and Joey were amazing and so honest. Not only was the service amazing but the turn around time was also incredible. If you want an honest mechanic and exceptional service, go to Browns auto!

He's kept two of my friend's one was a truck and one is a tractor for months talking over 3 months on each one every time you call he will swear he is working on it but he ain't he's nothing but a lier I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to take there car to him because you will never get it back ..if you're car is fixing to blow the top off keep driving your better off blowing it up then stopping there I would let mine blow and push it somewhere else than go to him STAY AWAY FROM THERE
I was working out of town and while staying in Augusta my truck misfired. I called around and saw reviews and was referred to mike brown. At first everything went great he was communicating well and quoted the job for a week timeline. I understand this is a big job so when it came to two weeks I had no problem with it. They rebuilt the top half of my motor and seemed to fix the problem. One week later my engine started to knock which I was concerned about so I called and took it in. They replaced my lifters and oil pump saying that was the problem. Well everything seemed to work just fine. Until the day I’m supposed to go back home 1,000 miles away. And my engine started to knock something fierce and it sounded like someone was taking a hammer to it. Turns out I didn’t have oil in it because the job was not done correctly. I took it to a reputable mechanic in my hometown who did a full engine rebuild and showed me the problems with my engine which had not been done to professional standards. Not only was the job not done correctly but I was never informed of the issues causing my motor to overheat thus causing me to pay insane amounts of money to fix my truck paying 4,000+ dollars for something that isn’t correct is not something I wish on anyone. Think twice before using this shop. I wouldn’t trust these guys with a hot wheel car much less my daily driver.
My car unfortunately broke down in the turning lane last night while taking my daughter to gymnastics. Hood up looking for obvious stuff, and this guy (Mike Brown) who I'd never met, pulls up behind me with his hazards on. He spends about 15 minutes crawling under my car , under the dash, and figures out it's my ignition switch. Gets my car running and won't take a penny from me. Good dude. That's the kind of person he is.
Do not I mean do not carry your vehicle here. Mike will take your money and will not perform work requested. He also has a crooked cop that will try to intimidate you, well that didn’t work. If you have a dispute or choose to use this shop, document before during and afterwards. Even video if possible, especially the short cop. I pd $1600 for a repair that was never performed with old parts from another bmw in which he said were mine. Trust me there are a lot of unfinished cars there for a reason, find a credible shop because you will get screwed here! Zero Stars
Don't take your car here took 3 months to get it back and they won't answer the phone or return your call . I'm just hoping when I do get it back it really is fixed after 3 months
I can only give praise for this man and his team of hard working employees! The best way I can describe Mike is an honest real christian man that happens to be a very trustworthy mechanic! I was so thankful when he towed my truck. This was a 2nd time I had used his towing services for my vehicle. It was after hours and he had to bring his little mechanic in training (his son) with him. His son was so helpful making sure to describe his father's every move from a safe distance away with me. Mike was kind enough to find time to drop me off even though it was the opposite direction from his shop. I couldn't be happier that someone referred me to Mike. I have used Mike's shop several times including sending family there as well. The man is extremely knowledgeable in his profession and he carries himself in a way that I definitely respect. Not just as a mechanic but who he is as a person and as an amazing father. I know I don't have to worry when my vehicle is in Mike's trustworthy hands! I admire what he and his shop represent to the community! Like I said I can only give praise for such a wonderful establishment! Thanks again Mike!
If you're looking to get your car repaired in a month this is the place for youI! I ordered a engine through Mike on April 3rd and the item wasn't delivered until April 15th. I went up to the office on April 17th and decided not to have Mike install the engine being that I already waited so long. He refused to give me the warranty on the engine. On top of that he called the company that he ordered the engine from Pro Auto Recyclers in Ottawa, IL and told them not to communicate with me. Kinda reminds me of a slick oil salemans in the flesh. Take your car somewhere else...

I honestly cannot rate them even one star. They have had my car for two months..They said was done and when I picked it up all the same dash lights were on. He told me bring it back for an hour as he had the software, that was 4 weeks ago..I am not kidding! Mike Brown won't answer his cell phone, and the store ignores my call..He always says it will be ready in a couple of days. The most horrendous experience I have every had with a repair shop. Mike Brown, if you are reading this PLEASE give my car back.
Revised review. Great service & satisfied with the repair to our vehicle. I wasn't used to the delayed repair time, but I have never dealt with a small business so I am understanding of that. Nonetheless, our matters were resolved & I think everyone's happy. :) They give you a 12-month, 12k warranty for their repairs so definitely try them.
