Hands down most reliable, trustworthy and overall quality Auto shop that I’ve ever dealt with .. I live an hour away and if I ever have a problem, I would rather make The hour drive or even have it towed to them before I’d take it to someone closer or even cheaper for that matter! It’s hard to know who you can trust to work on Your vehicle These days, so to find an honest shop is a blessing!!
I've had a transmission put in. Steering pump. Serpentine belt. Oil pan replacement. They were all pretty affordable for me. Staff is friendly and professional. They're the only reputable auto care business in the Beech Island/Jackson area. That is good for us small town folk. I highly recommend them.
Had an a/c compressor go out on my wife. I was fortunate to be across the street from this place when it happened. Quick diagnosis, left overnight, picked up the next morning with a brand new compressor and refrig charge. Highly recommend and will be my go-to guy from this point forward!! 👍👍
Bad communication..didn't explain to me what was going on with my vehicle. Had my car for almost 2 weeks and I had to call for updates and added extra charges! Never again!!!
Friendly staff and overall great experience. My particular issue stemmed from timing chain which they were open about not being the place to handle those kind of issues.
On the road traveling to Atlanta and had a flat. Pulled into Lively and we had 3 holes, deeming a new tire needed. He didn't have a tire but he plugged the holes and filled the tire to get us down the road a bit! Thanks guys!!!

We took truck for oil levels low. Nathan and worker put a self tapping screw on my accelerator....and it stuck after I got in the truck. Almost killed me and my family. They wanted to tell me I need a motor and transmission. They do very shady business. If u care about your family and vehicle dont take it to them.
A genuine 5 star shop! My big boss recommended this place after having a company truck fixed and our admin lady having her classic car fixed. I dropped off my 93 F-150 with it not running and having been sitting for years. They got it running right! Truck runs like a sewing machine! Fair priced for the work performed too! If you don't go to Lively's, you'll regret it because these guys are top notch!
Very professional and courteous staff! Explained work to be done very thoroughly! Even coordinated ordering parts and me dropping off car so that I wasn’t without my car for a long period of time. Pricing is very competitive. I compared with other price estimates and wait times and they beat them all! The work done was top notch! Body work looks fantastic!!! They even washed and detailed my car!! Added bonus I did not expect! Highly recommend Lively’s….they will not disappoint.
I just want to say. These people and the energy are so the vibe. They are humble people and can tell they have a special spot in their hearts for the Lord. Long story short me and my 6 kids and my sister and 6 kids were traveling from GA to Hilton Head Beach on vacation last week. When I ran into a pothole that was pretty large. It bent my rims and made a hole in my tires, I believe, and there was some air coming out of them. I was so stressed with 6 kids that far away from I could just imagine, lol. I had no idea what to do. We were headed 278 ways when this hole out of nowhere came about. So then I started to Google tire shops what you know and behold these guys was looking from the clouds right across the street from the incident. I came very nicely. The nice lady was concerned but definitely said you're in the right place. I mean, it was a sign from Jesus himself. I just knew they were going to help me. So the owner came out and didn't change any words with me. He jacked my truck up in the air. And him and his workers jump on it. They were so nice to my kids and you they were running all of the place, lol. But those men were so patient and helped. They did state I needed new rims and tires, but they fixed them well enough that I could begin to enjoy our vacation and go home. They for sure gave me the go-to finish out my trip. And they were right. I really am so happy that God made them. I wish I had a place in Athens, GA, that was concerned more about the safety of lives vs. the money. I offer to pay, and they refuse to look at God want he do it. I will be back just so I can support them. Continue you being great at what you do and the assignment of God. Thanks from the bottom of me and my kids' hearts.
I have a 96 Chevy Silverado Z71 that I had been having issues with it starting. I jumped it at least once and then used my dad's rechargeable jump box several times with it never starting. Finally I decided it was time for a new battery and I was right. It ran great for a few days. At least I thought I was, until I went out to the truck so I could make it to an appointment. It wouldn't do anything, no lights on the dash, no interior lights, and finally it wouldn't even turn over with a fully charged jumpbox. Remember this is a brand new quality battery and after trying to jump it a few more times, I figured that I would take the new battery out and hook it up to a charger (it said it had a full charge). The next day my Dad called Lively's and explained what had been going on. I was already in the process of putting the battery back in the truck, they said if it didn't start then we could have it towed to their shop. The truck cranked the first time, but they suggested that I take it by so that they could try to determine what was going on. After being there for a week and it starting every time, they weren't sure what happened the previous times. They didn't even charge me a cent. We have been doing business with the Lively's for close to twenty years. They have always done fantastic work and even better, their pricing is extremely competitive. If you have a new vehicle, or maybe one just out of warranty, to a vehicle as old or older then I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lively Automotive for any future automotive needs.

I don't hate it just had issue of them misplacing my keys having vehicle 5 days gave spare key then they went on vacation for a week the next Monday they said it was done but wanted to keep it over night when I picked it up the car was on empty were i had at least half tank in it when I dropped it off but they did fix the problem and it's driving fairly well
Quick, efficient, reasonable price, and the friendliest people I've had work on my car. It's almost enough for me to wish for it to break down again just so I can give them more business.
Just dropped my vehicle off today, so will have to follow up on the level of actual service they provide...But if it's anywhere close to their hospitality and professionalism during the troubleshooting and proposal phase then I know it'll be a 5 star rating as well. Will follow up upon job completion.
