The place is great!! Peter is Awesome!! Great Customer Service! Genuine help and takes great care of his Customers to make sure they leave Happy! It was almost an hour away but would definitely go back . He can also help you get a cart and customize it for you ! Also rents and drops it off to you ! I mean can it get any better? Any issues with your Golf cart most definitely give him and his company a call . Will Not be disappointed. He's the best at what he does and you can feel it. He will build you a cart or help you a In any way possible. Thank you Peter it was great meeting you and will call you on the cart !

I like to do things myself but found myself lost on one of my carts at the last minute before Halloween. Not only did Pete help me promptly overe the phone but they took my cart in right away and were done with it next day and got me out for Halloween with my little girl. Massive help! not only did they fix the problem I brought it there for but for an extremely minimal charge they took care of another minor issue on the cart while they had it in their care! Pete personally checked up on me a few days later as well... I own a business myself and when I say this type of customer service is almost non existent out there, I'm sure of it. These guys are the best and extremely reasonably priced! Highly Recommend!

Last April when I decided to buy a golf cart I googled all the dealers in New England. Most of the ones that I called were very businesslike or had very little inventory at the time. Then I got in touch with EW Gardner Golf Cars and it was a totally different experience. Jim from sales treated me like a valuable customer, answered all my questions and offered me a good deal on my cart. There was no pressure to make the sale whatsoever. You can really tell it's a family-owned business because they know how to treat their customers so that they will be returned clients. The whole experience right down to the delivery of my car was completely awesome. Yesterday when they picked up my cart because they're going to store it for the winter (for a fee) I told them of a very small issue that I was having. In less than 24 hours I received a call to say that the issue he had already been resolved. I love my Bintelli cart but I could have bought one somewhere else. I'm glad I didn't. I will definitely be a return customer because of the unbelievable service they give their clients.

My mother swear by her golf cart. When a piece broke, I drove it out there and they fixed it on the spot free of cost. Very friendly, cheerful and great dog too!

Camp at nearby campground and I have used their services repeatedly. They have always been super professional, skilled and knowledgeable with their services. Pete also has been repeatedly gracious trying to walk me through steps to make my own repairs. I would highly recommend their business as I have always been thoroughly satisfied!

Where do I begin? Let me just say that I hardly ever write reviews but felt that I had to in this case. I recently bought a golf cart from a private sale in order to take me into the woods where I hunt. It’s an older cart that had some wiring issues. I’m suffering from a vestibular disorder that makes walking very difficult, especially in the dark. Paul explained what he thought I could try in order to get it going. I try to fix things myself when possible. After spending hours on it I wasn’t able to get it going. When I spoke with him again he told me to bring it in. Keep in mind that I did not purchase this from him and that they were extremely busy. It’s the beginning of the height of my hunting season and this rig is a game changer for me making it possible to get to the woods without issue. I told Paul of my medical issues and if there was any possible way for him to get me going it would certainly be appreciated. I was hoping to get it back in a few days or within a week. Amazingly, he took it right in and had it going that afternoon. I couldn’t begin to tell him how appreciative I was and he was just as happy as I was knowing that they were able to help. I couldn’t thank him enough. If I could give ten stars I would. So thanks again to the good folks at EW Gardner golf carts for understanding my issues and going above and beyond what I could ever have expected. Just great down to earth people who I highly recommend!

Peter and the guys helped me with some service parts I needed for my golf cart. Were quick to reply to email, had parts available on-site for great cost and their Sat hours made it easy to pick up parts on a day off. I have a list of a few more items I'll be going to EW Gardner for!

My husband could not get our gas golf cart to start. He called E W and spoke to peter who took the time to tell him what to check and how to blow out the vacuum line too perhaps diagnose the lack of fuel problem. My husband could not figure it out. We brought the cart in, fixed in 2 days, engine cleaned, oil change and a new plug, filter $150.00 after trying to help fix over the phone! Peter is not ordinary, rare to find somebody like him. I never review but peter deserves it. They will get all my work honesty + peter = win win

EW Gardner delivered a rebuilt 2013 EZ GO Golf Car that exceeded my expectations. It’s like having a brand new Cart. Big Thanks to Carina for guiding us through all the available options. After 2 months of use I am impressed with the performance and detail of this Cart.

EWG is a great place to purchase and service a golf cart. I have recently had my cart serviced by EWG. Peter was courteous, knowledgeable as well as fair. They picked up the cart serviced it and returned it promptly.

We bought our first golf cart from EW and had a great experience. Peter stayed late just to meet with us to walk around and see what he had available. Once we chose what we wanted, he did a great job at fixing, cleaning and delivering our new baby to us. We will always use him for service and will definitely recommended him for sales or service!

Just wanted to say thank you for my new amazing golf cart. We went in to see about renting because I had foot surgery and need to be off it for 12 weeks🤦‍♀️. The Worst!! Brought my engine in to be rebuilt. It was Smoking.. after 6 weeks $250 and a bunch of bull I got it back. I reinstalled in cart and it was still smoking just as bad!!! I contacted Peter, and he said bring it back and they would take care of it!! After 3 weeks I went to pick it up!! Still Smoking!!! THEY DID NOTHING BUT TAKE MY MONEY!! HORRIBLE!!!

Yes it will fit in a van! Great Service. Jim and Peter were very helpful and knowledgeable. A pleasure to work with.

So I bought a Bad Boy Buggy a couple of years ago from these guys. It was electric and gas combination and right away I started having problems with it. Every time I did I called Jim and he was very accommodating to my problems but it became clear my buggy was a turkey. Instead of saying oh well these fine people, Jim and Peter gave me a brand new all electric BBB and even upgraded it with baddass lights and a great stereo. Now that's great service. I can't speak highly enough for their professionalism friendliness and great service. I'm a diabetic and my BBB are my legs around my property. They know it and treat me accordingly. Thank you EW Gardener for being there.

Purchased second golf cart from them. Peter and Jim are great to work with. Everything has been good so far. Very responsive.

Called and explained my Club Car was not charging and it appeared to be a bad fuse and fuse holder. I submitted 2 pictures and I received a comment back to me that said that looks like it got hot. He, Peter, suggested a visit to replace the female connector which included the fuse, the person he sent was what appeared to be a driver, as after replacing the plug in, he had NO other tools to check anything? He could not even check to see if his "used" part was any good. I was presented with a bill to be paid of $150.00. $65 for the part (same price online as new) $75 for a "service" call. The driver was here 10 minutes. What would you do? I did not pay and asked for an adjustment. What I got was a call from Peter explaining that driver was returning for the $65 part or a Check for the $150.? I told him to come and get the part.

Very good work, highly recommend. I constantly do work with them because I'm in the navy and we have a lot of golf carts. Every time we go to them, they are fast and the carts always come back working like they are new.

Buyer Beware!!!! I bought a used golf cart from them in 2009. The cart was 2 years old. I had problems with the batteries from the start - they corroded and spilled on my garage floor. What a mess! Gardner replaced the cart (of course, they wanted ME to pay to have it picked up, because of course, it wasn't their fault). Last summer I had to have the batteries replaced......at a cost of $1,500! I smartened up - I bought them from another vendor. Now, the battery charger is not working. Looks like another $350-$400. Do yourself a favor, CHECK THE BATTERY DATE ON THE BOTTOM. This place will try to rip you off!!!!! Wished I had bought new.....and NOT from Gardner. The cost of my cart increased by $2,000.......I could have put this money into a new cart. NOT a happy consumer!
