D. Lewis has consistently delivered excellent customer service from their drivers to the office staff. We will be using them for a very long time for all of our dumpster needs with no questions asked.

They always are diligent and on time to requests to pick up trash in-between normal pickup times. The woman in the office is professional and pleasant to speak with.
I cannot say enough good things about D. Lewis & Son. We've been customers of theirs since 2003 and wouldn't consider anyone else. When we put out odd things for collection, we need only let them know so they can bring the right truck. Don't get me started on how many times I've forgotten to put out my rubbish. One call and pow, they come back. Great local family service if you live in the North Kibgstown, Exeter area. Professional, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They have my highest recommendation.
D Lewis was responsive and easy to work with. The roll away dumpster driver was very helpful, i.e. he explained what could be put in the dumpster and comply with landfill rules.
Yesterday we were only able to get our recycling bins up to the road (one of those mornings), but when the garbage truck came, the driver kindly backed into our driveway and emptied our trash cans. He went above and beyond, even taking some heavy items out of a can that really should have been in a bag. His thoughtful and kind actions turned the day around. We’ve been clients for many years and will continue to be.
My parents used Don Lewis as their trash pickup guy in the 80's. I continued to use them as an adult. Needed a roll-a-way for a job we are doing at the house...easy to order and available for the time of the project.Reasonably priced.Great service.Thanks for being there over the years!

Unfortunately D. Lewis & Son, Inc lacks professional behavior. Called to express concern that the recycle man was found on our ring doorbell deliberately breaking the lid off our recycle bin. A 50 gallon rolling recycle bin costs $78.00 to replace at home depot. I requested them to subtract the cost of a new bin from my bill that I pay in full for 6 months, however, they declined and did not offer any solution. There response was "its hard to find help, sorry he broke your can". Considering their prices continue to increase since we moved to the area from $37 to $50 dollars a month within 2 years and the fact I will likely have to repeatedly purchase new cans, we had decided to terminate their services.
Well if this isn’t rich. I received a letter dated April 1, 2020 on June 26, 2020 with a 17.8% price increase effective July 1st.
Well it’s a good thing my last rubbish pick up day is June 30th!
Need I say more after 22 years? 17.8 % increase, yikes!

D Lewis has been great for the 22 years we have lived in NK. We are moving out and they take “just about” anything (within reason) you put out there. Christmas tree disposal is free. Missed a monthly payment? You get a friendly professional reminder.
